This is the second time now I have ordered online for pickup and paid the extra fee for my salad to be chopped. The first time it didn t happen I thought okay, it must ve just been an oversight or they were too busy to notice my request. Then today I get back to work to find again no chopped salad that I payed extra for and is noted on the receipt. I know this isn t a huge deal but when people pay extra for something and continue not to get it, there s a problem.

Wow! I m so delighted to have found this gem! I got the Greek salad and added gyro meat to help me stay on a low carb diet! It was so delicious and fresh! What a winner! I was also so pleasantly surprised at the friendly service I received at the counter. The kind woman who smiles and greeted me politely and patiently asked me about the toppings in the salad to make sure I stayed on diet. (They usually put potato salad and beets on their Greek salads) and I thought that was so kind! Most restaurants aren t interested in making adjustments like that. Thank you Little Greek Fresh Grill! You made a BIG forever fan out of me! Dietary restrictions: Great for Keto and low card diets!

When youre hungry for Certified wild caught Salmon and fresh veggies, this is the place to dine! The salad is fresh, crispy, and I love the homemade house dressing and a few olives. My husband always orders the freshly made fries; theyre big! Crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. I ate a few; mmmm, delish! A complimentary plate of pita wedges, and their homemade tzatziki is placed on your table, and it is fantastic! My salmon platter arrived, and the salmon was half the size of my plate, with veggies filling the other half. It actually comes with Saffron rice, but I sub grilled veggies instead. I have a Happy Plate indeed, and its such a generous portion, I take half of it home. Allans order is chicken kababs with Saffron rice and a side salad. Of course, we HAVE to order 2 awesome Baklavas! Theyre bigger than any Ive ever seen, and its absolute perfection! Ready for it?? Little Greek is a BYOB!! How awesome is this? Enjoyed every minute here; the customer service is outstanding, and the food is exceptional.

Ordered a regular gyro pita, fries, mini Greek salad, chocolate mousse cake. Gyro and fries were good. Salad literally had 3 olives, 1 piece of tomato, a few onions and some feta. There was a scoop of something yellowish on top. I found out too late it was potato salad. Ruined the salad since I mixed it all together. Very disappointed in the mini salad. Chocolate cake was inedible. The cake part was hard like a rock. My fork wouldnt even go through it. The mousse part was way too sweet and wasnt mousse at all. It tasted like a generic store bought too sweet cake frosting. The chocolate chips were not helpful either. My daughter had the spinach pie and that was very good. Overall, just so-so. If I come back, Ill stick to just the gyro and fries and possibly a spinach pie.

EDIT: I visited the Little Greek location on Hebron Parkway in Dallas, Texas today to pick up my phone order, and I couldnt believe that the plexiglass divider separating the customers from the people behind the counter was still in place. Were talking about a plastic divider thats 6-feet high with a little tiny hole in the bottom and you literally have to yell at the kid behind the counter so he can hear what you are saying. Were talking about a useless plastic divider that serves no scientific purpose and does not protect any person from any virus. THE PANDEMIC IS OVER, why are you people still using these useless dividers? The CDC is even admitting to making mistakes on the efficacy of masks and dividers. I refuse to be demeaned and insulted by your continued use of these dividers and will now boycott your restaurant until these ineffective, useless dividers are removed. - Came here for the first time the other day. Ordered the lamb skewers and the sampler platter. Everything was delicious. The meat was prepared perfectly. Customer service was good and the atmosphere was comfortable.

I ordered the lamb and my friend the chicken. Her food was ready a lot sooner then mine cos lamb takes longer to cook. The food was delicious. My friend complained that the salad was too watery. It didnt bother me. There were plenty of employees there that day so there really was no reason that our table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. I had sanitary wipes with me so we wiped down the table. The bathroom was nice and clean. The prices were reasonable especially for lamb. Sometimes the meat reminded me more of beef but other pieces definitely tasted like lamb. I will definitely return. Vegetarian options: They had plenty of veggies meals.

Dissapointing to say the least. Chunks of Lamb were so tough it must have been mutton. Gyros generally have slices of tender, properly cooked meat. But then the Gyro is called something else. A Lamb Pitta! Ive seen more mayonaise on a pizza than I did tziki sause on my... gyro/lamb pitta. The pitta itself wasnt cooked - doghey and gross. Ive yet to tackle the Dolmas... Pft! Worst customer service EVER! They re rude, unhelpful and got our order wrong MANY times. Will not go back again. We kept putting up with them because we like Greek food and it is near our house but enough is enough. Their staff before the pandemic was way nicer and effective. No wonder the rating kept going down recently. Today I ordered my food on DoorDash and when my husband went to pick it up they insisted on not having our order. He went back again after I had confirmed that DoorDash said food was ready to pick up and showed them various screenshots of my order. Turns out they put the wrong name on the top and only showed in small print half way through the receipt it was meant for me. This cost us extra 20 minutes that we didn t have over our short lunch break. In the past few orders they either missed an item or gave us something we didn t order. It s the same experience when we ordered directly on the phone to pick up or when we ate at the restaurant.

The was my first time ordering here today. I only get a 30 min lunch, so I ordered by phone for pick up. Lady who took my order was rude, because she more focused on me pronouncing gyro correctly. I asked if fries came with order she tells me the price of fries. I asked for a gyro with fries. I get to the restaurant and wait to be helped and the rude lady is just standing there on her cell phone like I am not standing in front of her. I said excuse miss three times, she never looks up from her phone. Nice young man comes over to help me. I stated, I had a call in. He reads my order back to me and it is only a gyro NO FRIES. I had the GRILLED SALMON Grilled salmon over rice with a Greek salad with an added STEAK SKEWER and a CHICKEN SKEWER. And a beverage. Pricey, but I was treating myself. My daughter is gluten free & she asked if they have gluten free menu, no they do not. She then asked to sub the pirate bread for French fries & without mentioning, they charged for the sub. She then told them to leave it like it was if they are going to charge extra. Our order was ready, so my daughter was going to help the young man carry our food & she asked him if he needed help. He didnt respond, she then said that she could help him carry our food, still he said nothing & only handed her a small plate with French fries on it. My first sad review in our community ! I ordered dinner last Thursday from the Little Greek Restaurant on 3020 E Hebron. I ordered via Uber eats Lamb Skewers Souvlaki and Potato Salad for $30.16 without tip for the driver. The meat was cold and had no flavor. It could have been horse, cat, dog or the tail of the Armadillo in my backyard. A rat on a skewer on Sukhumvit in Bangkok is a luscious feast in comparison. Luckily I was able to fill the holes in my teeth with the potato salad which I ordered extra. The portion of the extra potato salad was NO JOKE literally inside those little plastic cups, usually used for salad sauce. I assume I was unlucky or no leadership for quality control in regards to online orders. It is a disgusting service or $30

EDIT: Maybe the management has changed. Have been here a few times, and wait times are 20+ min in an empty store. I am changing my review to 2 stars. Gyros also have less Taziki sauce (picture of sauce-less gyro attached) than before and additional sauce costs extra. I will be looking for another place to get my Gyro fix. Looks like others have changed their reviews as well. When service and food quality fall, so do profits. I expect to see another restaurant here in the next year or so. I come in for lunch most times for the Gyros. I got some of the chicken Skewers. So juicy! The salads are really good too. I expanded my sampling to the Greek potatoes and lamb skewers. This is now my go-to overall Greek restraunt. My only complaint is that its not a full service restraunt. The food quality is certainly worth that experience. Perhaps they will open a nice sit-sown place.

Asked for a falafel platter. They said they didnt have one and could substitute chicken in another platter with falafel. Food tasted good, but was not good value. The platter had 4 small pieces of falafel, some rice and salad. No pita bread. It was $11.36 for that. Update: when I was getting ready to put away remaining paper napkins and toss the plastic bag in which the food was carried out, I saw a 4 tiny pita bread slices wrapped in paper. Gyros and salads are great. Food is fresh, people are super nice. Not impressed with dinner. Steak and lamb in the dinner skewer meals were cooked well-done even though we requested medium.This is Greek fast food, just remember that and you will be fine.

Went in and ordered the Gyro Platter, by far some of the best Greek food arpund. From the rich but suttle rice to the AMAZING Gyro meat, to there house dressing, which is bottled and by far some of the best dressing i have had in a long timr. If your looking for a semi quick place for Greek fopd, then this is the place for you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This was our first time at this great little grill and we were very impressed. Its order and sit with a salad bar they help you with. Cashier was delightful and the service professional and friendly. The food is very light, fresh and authentic. The dolmades are excellent. I would recommend the sampler and share it with someone. Its a lot of food!! The baklava was super sweet and tasty. Were going back very soon!

Little Greek had amazing food! I went to the restaurant on Park in Plano. I was starved and was looking for a few things to trY! I ordered the dolmas, spinach spaetsomething ( which was delightful with a flaky pie type crust stuffed with fresh spinach) and homemade hummus with pita bread! I brought everything home! It was all delish for sure! Of course, I had to try the baklava (sinfully delicious), WOWFRESH! LOVED IT ALL!

I ordered the sampler platter for me and my wife. We frequent the location in Richardson, and love it. This was our first and only Carrollton experience. Basically they left out the humus and served me dolmas with human hair in them. When i tried to rectify the issue they offered to refund the dolma. Okay so thats $1 dollar on a $50 dollar meal and did not give me confidence to want to eat it. So basically I spent $50 for me and my wife to have a lovely mothers day meal and neither of us wanted to eat any of it because of the quality issue of the hair. I mean if you are so sloppy as to allow hair in your food, how careful are you about more serious issues like covid 19 precautions. Plus we did not even get what we ordered.. missing humus, not that we would have ate it after the hair. The grub hub csr wanted a picture of the hair, i told him i could take my trash bag into the restaurant but i wasnt digging it out. If this had been a sit diwn experience it would have been quickly taken care of, but because the server would have seen, but given it was a curbside pickup.. which incidentally i had to go into the restaurant to get it, i was basically robbed of my $50. So no, no, it was not a good experience. I am just hoping i do not contact anything from the hair at this point.

I just bought $60 worth of food four separate boxes. I asked for three taziki sauce and I was told I will get charged for each additional sauce. What a petty way to make extra cash. I dont see other reputable fast food chains like Chick-fil-A McDonalds etc nickel and diming for sauce. Little Greek gets f minus for customer service. I should have got at extra sauce for each box no questions asked. When I got home my order item were wrong. The food had no flavor.
