Unfortunately this Starbucks often gets my mobile orders incorrect. There is always something missing from my food orders. Today missing brown sugar for my oatmeal which I added in customizations instead I got nuts like that adds so much flavor. About two months ago I received a cold sandwich still package up in the wrapper. This Starbucks is the most convenient but now will go out of my way to a different one that can guarantee my order will be correct!

I usually dont go to Starbucks I walked over while my car was getting new tires. It was the worst service I had. The drive through was packed with cars. When I got to the front of the line I was ignored by both cashiers who were more interested in working the drive through. After 10 minutes and asking for assistance l eft the place. No more Starbucks for me!! Dunkin donuts is much better.

Twice now I ve order a blended mocha with 3-4 shots and tasted zero coffee. Just sweetness. First time could have been a mistake. Happening a 2nd time a week later makes it become questionable.. Sucks having to inside to the ones in Kroger or Tom Thumb down the road but at least I get my shots there.

Home of the Grouchy Barista, K . We come here often, today they used old whipped cream in my coffee, it was flat, I asked for a different one, K dumped the coffee out, used the same cup, and used a different whip cream dispenser, all in a huff. Sad as I come here and tip daily.

They had their mobile order ahead service turned off. They had at least 5 baristas when I got there. It was early Sunday and hardly anyone at the store. No one wanted to take my order or greeted me. Finally someone deigned to take my order, she mumbled incoherently through her mask but spoke clearly to say well I was just confirming your order with an attitude. i just smiled and said great I was just verifying I said light and not extra drizzle. Overall will prob not come back to this store and their sour baristas. UPDATE: another customer just walked in while I was writing this review, this time it was a different barista. She didnt greet the customer immediately if at all, the customer waited a bit to get his order taken, The original barista I had the misfortune was hanging around, she was just sweeping the same spot acting busy. I live right next to this Starbucks I drive an extra 5 minutes to the one off Old Denton and Josey because this one is so bad. Poor service, limited parking, terrible drinks (I mean, they can literally mess up a black coffee here). Do yourself a favor, drive a little further and be rewarded by a positive experience nearby.

I love all the opening peeps that make my coffee. They start my day off right and love that they all know my first name. Name recognition is a great part of hospitality. There are many places where you can go get a cup of coffee in the morning, its not the cheaper cup of coffee, but I keep coming for the hospitality and the people that serve the coffee.

I used to be a lead and master barista at Starbucks some years back and I always note how well this Starbucks location runs. The staff at this location operates like a well oiled machine the vast majority of the time, they are friendly and the staff does not seem as burned out like a lot of other locations. The only real feedback I could give is to make sure sandwiches dont look with the bun half off and that the food makes it into the bag in a better condition. Great job guys, the team at this location are fantastic.

I hate writing bad reviews for places but I feel the need to warn people. Whatever you do, do not go here late at night. Me and my partner mobile ordered two drinks at 8:59 pm. We arrived and saw they were pretty busy. There seemed to be only three people on shift at the time, but the drive thru line was pretty long and there were a couple other people inside ordering. We were fine waiting though, we ve both worked in food service (Starbucks in particular actually), so we get being understaffed and having a bad night. We waited 25 minutes until we got our drinks, not great but again, it was totally fine! We did however see one partner get snippy with one of her coworkers. But the real issue is that my drink was made incorrectly, there were no syrups included when I asked for 2 vanilla and 2 cinnamon dolce. My partner kindly asked the girl if it could be remade. We then sat at the bar and I didn t know the girl was making my drink until after she handed it off but she I watched her put 6 pumps of EACH syrup in my grande drink. When I tell you, it was completely undrinkable, I m not exaggerating. Even my partner who loves sweet coffee said it was awful. So not only did I not even get a drink that was correct or good, I wasted 25 minutes and money on it. I did not want to stay any longer and was frankly so upset that I got in the car and cried because it s not like I have a lot of money and had really been looking forward to treating myself all day. They seem to be the only Starbucks in a 10 mile radius that is open past 9 pm, but if they keep these employees who are going to do spiteful things to customers who were kind and patient, it is not worth going to or spending money there. I sincerely hope the shift supervisors/managers take action to ensure their evening shift employees know how to not be rude to customers.

Not a good time. I ll place my order online and still have to wait 20+ minutes inside after the estimated ready time. I just waited total 40 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 danish. They make everything out of order. So i got my danish, but by the time i got my first drink that was cold, and by the time i got my second the first was melted. It seems faster to order inside and wait or else it gets all mixed up. Don t go before work, you ll be late for your job cause they re bad at theirs.

Worst starbucks in the area. Rude employee taking order from the drive thru and wont give you your drink. Three girls working at this hour will keep you waiting at the check out window even though your drink is ready in front of the window. Picked up my mobile order and paid for almond milk. They did not put or attempt to put any almond milk in my drink but still charged me for it. When I contacted the store they infirmary me that I would have to come back to that location or any other location and have them fix it.
