My husband and I went on a date night to attend the Trace Adkins concert on Sept 6th. Afterwards we went to your Burleson location for a quick bite. It was about 11:00 pm. A young African American gentleman waited on us and was very nice in the beginning. We requested 2 drinks from the bar and the appetizer tray. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another 20 minutes for our appetizers. He was constantly waiting on his friends seated in the booth behind us. They were served at least 2 sets of bucket margaritas and food before we even got our drinks! We will never go back there again!

If youre not a regular, you might as well be a fly on the wall. Had 2 different waiters and obviously didnt communicate, but otherwise the were eager to serve. The food, meh, brutally honest wasnt great and tasted like frozen food ya get from the grocery store. The drinks were heavy handed, but not mad at it. HOWEVER, the many reason we wont go back, is cleanliness, theres was none. The smell walking in was overwhelming, think boys locker room, and the bathrooms, can we get new seats in the ladies room, still rocking the 90s I think. So if thats your thing, no judgement, personally if Im get spend money to eat out, Id like to eat something I can easily make at home.

I honestly just want to express the over and above service I received from this gentlemen tonight JAYLAN at the burleson location just dont now how much of a impact he gave on my daughter and I his customer service was immaculate Thank you for you service in the military .. but this young man don t know what my daughter and I was dealing with tonight when we came in he made things soooo much smoother by greeting us pulling up a chair to express his emotions I understand duties but we are human .. Waited for 20 min to be told that it would be 45 min to an hour wait. I counted 6 staff members walking around only 3 tables had people at them. Place was pretty deserted. I can see why. It was 1am. The last few times Ive came here, it has been absolutely horrible! My father in law came in on a late night flight. He hadnt eaten so our choices for food at this point was Applebees, Whataburger, ihop, and Jack and the Box. We figured applebees might be the best decision, oh how we were wrong. We ordered our food and then sat there for an hour waiting. Each of our food came out at different times. I ordered an appetizer for my meal, but made sure the waiter was aware it wasnt for an app, but my meal. That came out first. I decided to wait to eat it until the other two peoples food came out, surely it wouldnt take too long, WRONG! My husbands food came out a half hour after mine, he started to eat his. Still no food for father in law. He ordered some kind of bacon cheese fries, that was it! At this point weve been here for nearly two hours and still no cheese fries. Our waiter finally comes back to say how they used the last of the cheese for someone elses order and wed have to order something else. My father in law declined because hes tired and it was almost closing time. I ended up sharing my very very cold tacos with him so he at least had something to eat. At no point did a manager come to speak with us, no apology, no comp on part of meal, absolutely nothing. I also hate that when you come at night, they try to force or guilt you into the bar section. Its always too loud, the service is even worse on that side, they skip your songs even if its appropriate, no cursing, ect. Or theyll blare the music as loud as can be so you cant have a decent conversation. Its just turning into the worse place to go. Theyve even served us raw chicken!!!! They did apologize and told us that order would be taken off our bill. But what they really meant was they would take it off the bill, but ring you up again for the same item. Ya know what kills me too about this, they cut up the chicken into slices to serve on top of the pasta, so how did the cook not notice the raw chicken? Even our server was shocked about it! During the day isnt nearly as bad, but perhaps the night crew needs to be retrained.

Lets see, it used to be that the chicken quesadilla was good and I got a good amount of filling, this time I realized that you have really shrunk the size of it, out of the 8 small sections I got 5 was only cheese and the other 3 had a little bit of chicken and it was cold, no warmth in it at all, my husband got the crispy chicken salad and it used to not come with cucumber that he can remember but this time it was LOADED with cucumber and he cant stand it he only got halfway through before he had to stop. What happened Applebees? Did the Bidenomics hit so hard you have to shrink portion size and use more cheaper veggies in the salads? Our waitress was great so I put no blame on her at all.

Put 5 stars so it will be at the top. The waiter (Mitchell) was snatching stuff out of my hand. And having attitudes because I asked them to add more strawberry to my strawberry lemonade. They tried charging me to fix it and I declined it. So they got upset. And didn t come back to the table to check on us. I noticed and asked for the check. Which he brought back with the charge that I had declined . He was supposed to bring a fixed one back but kept walking passed us. I walked up to the manager and asked her and she rolled her eyes. He came and got my card and swiped it and it declined cause it was locked . I asked him to hold on while I unlocked it. And he proceeded to swipe it again and brought it back saying it declined and I didn t have enough funds but said it loud like he was trying to embarrass me but I just stated for him to try it again and then he said I DID real loud. So I just asked for my card back so I could leave . Then they called the police on me and they came and said I can t go back to that location or it s criminal trespassing. I said I won t because of how poorly I was treated . And the manager was the one who called them. Before they got there she was yelling at me in my face and I put my hand in her face and said mam please swipe my card so I can go. She said you can go when the police gets here and she KEPT my card. I was literally the only black person in the building. When I walked in I felt their energy change . They didn t even talk to my Caucasian friend in a bad way. Just me . I was crying so bad. And embarrassed.

To be fair, it was 10:00pm and everywhere else just closed. If you want a bar like atmosphere, this is going to be your place. Music for the twenty something crowd, sticky floors, mediocre food, and mediocre service. While you could get a better burger at any local cafe, it was fine for a chain restaurant. When you are in a town that has limited options after 10pm, we were thankful this place was open. Better than Dennys but falling short of beating Chilis. This location has its own crowd, of which we didnt quite fit. Still, we are thankful they were open and the food was decent for the price.

For some reason, not all the time, but most of the time, there will be 3 people in the bar, and the TVs are so Loud! 3 people and it can take 10 min for someone to attend to u. 3 people! This was the worst I had quit going here my kids want it. Me and my son did endless food he had BBQ wings I had shrimp my other daughter did blackened salmon.. service was horrible my son waited on his refill she saw said he wanted a refill she went on waited on people never brought it stood at the register said oh his drink still took time our food came out cold I was waiting to tell her cuz the kitchen brought food there was a hair in my plate sHort n black not mine or my kids. My sister and I went today to partake in the free veteran meal. Upon walking in, they were already overrun with people of all kinds being disrespectful, letting their children run free reign, and customers blocking every aisle wanting to stop and chit chat, leaving the wait staff struggling to get food delivered. Our waitress Tobi was an absolute sweetheart, kept the drinks coming, and was so polite and quick. The manager Ashleigh had great control of the absolute CHAOS and things were handled, both professionally as well as appropriately. I greatly appreciate Applebees for their generosity, and for giving us veterans a free meal. I sincerely hope todays experience didnt ruin anything for next year. All of the staff were so absolutely wonderful. My sister and I are so appreciative for a special time to hang out and have wonderful food and service. My apologies for those customers who couldnt behave themselves with simple manners in a public setting.

Applebees was never my choice until we moved to Burleson. By far the best Applebees out there! Weve never had a bad experience here. One time my main herself was too watery and they replaced my whole meal with a complimentary dessert. We always leave here super-satisfied! Our waitress Tabi was an absolute delight, super adorable and friendly The food was great, but the weird thing that my boyfriends double patty burger was just 1 patty that they cut in half and stacked on top of each other. No big deal, but we thought it was silly. Overall, food was still tasty, atmosphere was fine, and the service was great!

I m not sure if the website lets them see the modifications to orders but at this point, somethings gotta give. I m sure they can sine they didn t put the cheese in the chicken wrap. I didn t want cheese or the Mexican dressing but I did want lettuce and pico de gallo which was missing. The chicken had a funny taste to it. (Not sure why) management should really look into that problem.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. Brought me the wrong order. Then when they tried to fix it Was then informed they were OUT of what I ordered to begin with. THIRTY MINUTES for the wrong thing! If they had put my order in correct to begin with they could have informed me they were out of it in the first place... THEN when he brought my steak... He sat it down in front of me and just when I was unwrapping my silverware HE TOOK IT BACK and said it was another tables... AND GAVE IT TO THE OTHER TABLE. Now obviously Im not sick but what if I had been? He put food on my table then took it to another customer!? Nearly an hour before I had any food because of this. The classic combo appetizers we ordered were cold. My daughter ordered chicken Alfredo, and they brought her plate out with chicken on it and her broccoli. Without the pasta, it is just chicken. Those cooking the food should know how to prepare the meals correctly, and the servers should know what comes with what. However, the staff was very friendly and worked quickly to correct the problem. We will come back because we all have off days, even Applebees is allowed an off day. Thank you to the staff for being so quick to get her a new, correct plate of food, or was very much appreciated.

My recent visit to Applebees left me with a sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction. The overall dining experience was marred by several glaring issues that I feel compelled to share. It was clear that the broccoli had not been properly stored or inspected before being served. This was a major turnoff and a concerning lapse in quality control. Additionally, the salmon I ordered was undercooked, leaving it raw in the center. It was not only unappetizing but also potentially hazardous to consume. The lack of attention to detail in preparing such a basic dish was unacceptable. The pretzel bites I ordered arrived cold, lacking the warm, comforting freshness one would expect. The cold temperature made them unappealing and stale, ruining what should have been a simple and enjoyable appetizer. To compound the issue, the accompanying sauces were also served cold, which further detracted from the overall taste and experience. Cold sauces can significantly affect the enjoyment of a meal, as they fail to enhance the flavors and blend with the other components of the dish. The only redeeming aspect of my meal was the iced tea, which was refreshing and served with timely refills. However, a single positive element does not compensate for the numerous shortcomings in the food department. While the service was satisfactory, it was overshadowed by the overall poor quality of the food. I regret to say that based on this experience, I cannot recommend Applebees to my friends or consider returning in the future. It is disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fail to meet even basic expectations in terms of food quality. I hope Applebees takes this feedback constructively and works towards rectifying the issues mentioned. As a customer, I expect more attention to detail and a commitment to providing enjoyable dining experiences.

They ran out of Ribs and lemonade on a week day. I wasnt too happy that my child only drinks juice and water. There was no juice. My child was upset about that.
