Ordered from kiosk. Started going through our order at a table before we left. Ordered 4 drinks, recieved 3 asked for the fourth, still wrong when we got it. Missing 4 food items, got 2 and decided we should just leave judging my the look on the 2 girls faces. I was nice trying to review our order and even showed them what was wrong. Still looked angry like it was our fault the cook messed up. Should have handed the whole bag back and asked for our money back. Paid for food we did not get and the 2 females need jesus or a spa day. We will not be back.

I used the computer screen to order my food. Two people that ordered from the counter after me got their food before me. No big deal but defeats the purpose of digital orders. After we all placed our orders and paid, thats when they inform us they only have Pepsi Zero. I told the older lady that if thats all you have I guess I have no choice to which she replied You have no choice. No apology for being out of all other drinks or anything. The machine out front was broken as well. Then I watched as they put my quesadilla in the wrapper and then placed it on the burner to cook it. Thought it was strange but figured thats just the way they cook it. When I took it out of the wrapper it was over cooked and burnt. The older lady that gave me fits about the drink shortage, comes out to the dinning room area and you can tell shes in a foul mood. Shes dragging chairs across the floor making loud noises while everyone is trying to eat and carry on conversations with their guest. Im guessing she is a supervisor/manager but she clearly hates her job. One positive note, every other employee in that building was nice, kind, and professional.

Always go through the drive-through day shift is good at putting the food together properly, but the night shift is always Im guessing stoned, never make the food properly or they dont give me all my items. Was supposed to get my money refunded once because I didnt end up having enough money on me so I went home to get cash, never got the $8 they charged me on my card back and they charged me the whole total when I went back with cash.

They have a very hard time putting hit sauce in your bag even if you request it in your mobile order. I asked if my was in there and she said it was. Surprise it wasnt. She then handed me a handful with no bag. So it just sat on the car seat all the way home.

There was a purple rubber band inside our quesadilla. It looked like one of the ones you use with braces. My son found it when he took a bite. We brought it back and they denied it. Was a bunch of high school looking kids. They said it was cabbage, but it was definitely a rubber band. They didn t do anything about it and we just left. Update: Upon getting home and eating my food, I found a long black hair cooked into it. I took a video and picture. Absolutely disgusted my this place now.

This location has disappointed taco bells across the US since I moved here. I used to give at least get a 3 for their food, but the veggie burrito (only thing they knew how to make) is now gone . I dont eat taco bell anymore, maybe one day on a road trip I hope , Also, they will never get your order correct, always check before leaving . Vegetarian options: They took away the only good vegetarian options, replaced them with chicken . Dietary restrictions: They dont care. Dont do it. Parking: Prepare to walk a good bit for pick up, but dont go drive thru unless you have 30+ minutes Kid-friendliness: When single Mom works 12hrs and brings home not enough food because taco bell didnt do their job, not kid friendly.

It s a Taco Bell. You go there, get food, have a great time talking about politics with that annoying uncle you have, and then you go home and regret having Taco Bell only to return the next day because you suddenly want yet another chalupa. Was informed by the cashier that Taco Bell no longer gives reward points if you pay cash even if you order at the kiosk. The app asked me to manually enter or scany barcode on the receipt which is why I spoke to the cashier. Highly disappointed. To much competition around you guys to be doing this. The only time Ive ever had a pleasent experience at this location is when theres this super friendly guy working at drive thru close to midnight ish. Hes extremely sweet, helpful, makes recommendations, ect. Every other time I get one of the two extremely rude and attitude filled females! One of my main reasons for coming here is for the baha blast freeze and nacho fries. Their machine has been down for almost a week now. I wasnt aware it was still broke down and I placed an order through doordash. I reached out to the taco bell employees and stated if they dont have the baha blast freeze, just cancel my whole order. Dasher shows up with that nasty strawberry and cream freeze. I personally cannot stand it so I had to deal with doordash to get refunded for the item. Theres been several times Ive gone thru the drive thru and Ill only get a few items and at least one of them is messed up. I understand mistakes happen, but half the crew just seem to hate their job and dont care about customer service besides the one male I mentioned earlier.

I drove thru this location because I had recently eaten at Taco Bueno where I was disappointed by the portion and cost of their party burritos. I was sure it was the Beefy Melt tacos I had tried some months before at the Bell... Yep, $2 each. They are substantial enough the average person can eat 2.. Why I always order is a bad habit.. Lol I got 3 and on this day they GAVE out a FREE DORRITO LOCO TACO. The food I like better at Taco Bell and the price was several dollars cheaper. I have several stomach conditions so I have to customize my order and take things off usually. They intentionally ignored that and caused me tremendous pain by putting something spicy on my food. It sent me to the hospital. Thats how important it is that your employees follow simple customization orders and/or diet restrictions! They can t get an order correct for the life of them. Constantly forgetting large parts of an order. If you order extra cheese, Expect them to give you no cheese. My last order was so horribly messed up, and when I called to try to have it fixed, the person on the phone had the worst attitude and was very snappy. I didn t trust them to remake the order and risk them spitting in it again. (Which has happened unfortunately, but I thought the newer staff would be better) So I just got the missing items and extra cheese for the Gorditas. But for some reason they sent liquid cheese? And normally would have just said they are busy and move on, but there is never anybody there when this has happened. They just stand around talking and it takes 15 min to get a few tacos.

The food is hit or miss depending on the age of the workers at the time. Often I get fresh food made well, but every so often you get a taco with almost nothing on it, or a real light burrito. Otherwise its the better Taco Bell in the area.

When I was eating with my family the food was hot and delicious, but what really made me upset was I looked up and saw a cook on his phone with his gloves on, when an order came through he put his phone in his pocket and proceeded to used the same gloves to make that customers food. I have been a manager at a fast food restaurant, you need to change your gloves every time you touch something not involving food related.also another thing the high chairs were dirty we had to clean it out self with my daughter wipes. Like we were the employee if that s the case then pay me for doing your job.

This last visit was a better experienced. The team of the evening shift is finding that rhythm that characterized a good work team. Keep the good work guys. I understand there is a new unofficial rule around fast food for the customer to asked for what they need (condiments, disposable utensils, etc) instead of a drive thru employee put them on the bag automatically. But what I have experience before it is employees running in autopilot with the mindset of oh I dont have to put anything on the bag, just the food they order. The Taco Bell app is a good one if not the best out there and one of the things I like the most is that once you hit the check out button, the app takes you to another screen asking you what kind of sauce do you want and how many. When a Taco Bell worker ringing the orders on a drive thru window served an order in the screen without looking at that important detail that even the app creator took the time to assure the client didnt forget to ask for it, then there is something wrong with the employee (auto pilot mindset) or the screen in front of the employee is not posting all the items as it should.

This one always forgets something and their nighttime drive thru people are rude or doesnt acknowledge their customers. Go to the other one in Burleson off 35 MUCH better service. Just adding the drive thru lady got our order placed in right but the line made it wrong.....it was slow there was barely anyone in line (just us at the time)

Lazy evening employees except for one guy who looked embarrassed when another employee gave us ugly looks when we asked for sauce. He then proceeded to drop 53 sauces in the bag. We went there at 9pm through the drive through. When we got home all the tacos were stuck to each other and tasted gross.

Edit-its been one month and Im STILL suffering from the contact diarrhea.... Well it WAS late at night...ish..but still. Never have I ever, except at Lame-a-burger, sat in a drive through line for this long! From ordering to receiving my food, I was there for like 11 minutes. Literally, its Taco Bell. Its dog food scooped into a tortilla sprinkled with cheese. And then the chick looked at me weird when she woke me up to give me my food and I had to ask again for hot sauce. Youre slacking, Taco Bell. It was for my wife but Im pretty sure even being around it gave me diarrhea. Which is normal for T-Bell...oh well. Bye.
