The hostess was nice. We waited over 20 minutes and no one greeted us or took our order so I placed the order at the bar. A waitress eventually asked us if we had been greeted and brought our drinks and order to us. My husband s rice was old, burnt, and hard. My daughter s popcorn shrimp was also overly fried.

We love Razzoos, always have great service and delicious food and drinks! But def deserves to go a step further, this past Saturday I had given blood at a blood drive and as we were walking past to check out the farmers market I started to feel super light headed, the manager saw me from inside and checked on me. Brought me a water, then realized that was working and it must ve been my blood sugar that was low, brought me an orange juice! Def saved me from passing out! Very disappointing, will not be back. Had no non alcoholic drinks or no sweet red wines available, they said that was corporate s decision. Manger came out & said he was trying to change that but did not offer anything complimentary for it. But then when we got our bill and were over charged for several things & told their machine wouldn t take the chip on our card & it might have been there machine , that was the straw, as we have had no problems with the card anywhere else. Our poor waiter was doing the best he could with the weird rules that evidently corporate has & other problems out of his control. The food was ok but not great, so we will stick with going to our non- chain places like The Brewery & Sammy s who do try to accommodate their customers. I do not usually write anything but good reviews but felt I needed to on this one, hoping Corporate gets it.

As I made my way to the restroom, I witnessed a manager publicly reprimanding one of the servers in front of guests. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe that investing in management training could greatly benefit your team and improve the work environment. Unfortunately, this incident soured my experience and diminished my appetite. As a result, I have decided to visit the Bryant Irving location instead. I hope you take this feedback to heart, as fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests is essential for success.

Was there for a gender reveal this will be our first visit to this location,my wife ordered the oysters they were so tuff she couldnt chew them so they were sent back and a second order was brought out this second order was no better in all their was 23+ at this gathering and nearly half of the group was dissatisfied with their choices, it has probably been about 8 years since visiting a Razzoos and I think we may have just started another 8 year clock the service was good our issue was with the quality of the food that was sent out of the kitchen of course I payed the bill 132.46 for 3 people and I left a good tip but I doubt well be back!! Parking: Parked nearly 2 blocks away and 1 of the 3 in our party was in a wheelchair

I appreciate the laid back atmosphere. Though not a sports bar Id appreciate some tv channel changes. Parking: Obviously this location has many competitors and parking fills during normal peak times. But plenty of parking within a block if dont have to be at door. Kid-friendliness: Kid-family friendly restaurant. Not a big bar scene and quick access to kid-friendly play areas and structures right across from the door.

A little disappointed with Razzoos $21 bucks for seafood combo platter and had to ask sever for my second side it didnt come out with meal and other meals that was order. The food was marginal, over the last few years the food quality has gon e down and the cost is much higher for less quantity. Hush puppies came with seafood sampler in the past but now it is a side order, and it is just a plain one, without the peppers and corn like in the past. 230pm on a Tuesday. Not very busy. You advertised to-go service, you take my order quickly and make me pay for it up front. You said it would be ready in ten to fifteen minutes and I dont doubt it was. But when I arrived, at the togo door, there was no one there with other customers that have ordered togo waiting. Multiple employees walk right past me and pass me off to other employees at the bar across the restaurant when i ask for assistance. Then the bartender tells me, I need to fill out a piece of paper sitting on the bar top. Then she rushes to other tables to take their orders. The manager sees all of this happening while he sits at a booth, Looking over applications, Im assuming. Im sure the dine-in service is excellent. But if youre going to Take my money for a go order then give it absolute last priority, Id rather go somewhere else. You obviously have the staff to handle to go orders. So its very insulting that you treat customers this way Because they choose to order something to-go. Update: you could have at least completed my order as well... SMH Do better.

I ve been here multiple times and loved it went tonight with my daughters and husband and the server was absolutely rude for no reason. We would ask for a refill or a Togo box and she would walk away with an attitude at one point said oh my god while walking away. I never don t tip and ended up not tipping our server waiting 15 min for lemon drops shots that weren t even lemon drops.. wrote a note saying don t complain about your job and don t be rude and the manager walked out to us and said not to write rude things and we explained his server was absolutely rude the whole time and then proceeded to tell us we were never allowed back because his server was mean and we didn t tip. My mom, myself and my baby were all eating here the other day in between lunch and dinner! Allen was our waiter and he did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of us! He frequently checked on us, made sure our drinks were full, our bellies were satisfied and my son had a good time! I would highly recommend eating here! Thank you Allen for your awesome customer service!

Grayson the hostess made me go from 2 stars to 5 stars . Me and my family of 4 sat on the outside patio . One waiter for the almost full patio wasn t enough. Service wasnt good took forever to take our drink order Grayson from inside noticed we were frustrated . He came out apologized and was quick to step up to the waiter role . He was fast and very very nice my kids loved him keep it up Grayson

We arrived around 9pm, not busy at all which was perfect! The establishment itself was very clean. We waited at the host desk for a minute before we were greeted and seated. Once seated we waited and waited until finally someone in our group reached out to a staff member walking by and asked if they knew who would be waiting on us. I m glad we waited to some degree because we had an amazing waitress, Lauren! Her energy was so positive, we even cracked a few jokes. And despite them about to close at 10pm she never rushed us, she would check on us here and there and kept a smile the entire time, she s definitely a people person and does her job well. Thank you for creating a great memory for our 1st time visiting the Burleson location. I will definitely return

Love love love Razoos!! Macklin was our server and he was amazing! His customer service skills were through the roof and he always made us laugh which made for an amazing dining experience! Great service and great food! 10/10 would recommend!!
