I came here the other day for lunch with my kids. The pizza they had out wasnt the freshest and appeared to be sitting for a while but we still made the best out of it. The games is where our disappointment came in. I didnt quite a bit on credits for the kids to play in the arcade. However half the games didnt work right or didnt work at all. The games arent just a few credits either. The one in the front was 38 or 40 and it didnt work at all. Then when my daughter asked the employee about it, she kept getting ignored. The restaurant was clean for the most part as well as the bathroom.

They turned our group of 4 kids and 2 adults away because we didn t agree to pay for the adults that weren t eating (we had eaten prior to picking them up from school). The kids were disappointed but we chose not to patronize a business with nonsensical rules. If they were burned before, I get it. However, don t make the innocent pay for the actions of the guilty.

We got two pepperoni instead one one pepperoni and one mushroom pizzas. The Buffalo chicken poppers had no Buffalo sauce on it, and the jalapeño poppers were missing completely. I assume they were too busy or understaffed since it took a while to get someone up front. Came back to update. Pizza dough was half raw.

The mangers always greet us with a kind, smiling face! The food is always hot and fresh. If you ever want a certain pizza they ll make it for you. I ve been coming for years and have never seen any part of the restaurant dirty or messy. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a Conference at the expo center. The coworkers and I looked for somewhere enjoyable off the beaten path so it wasn t busy. This is hands down one of the best CiCis locations I ve been to. Don t have much to say about the person at the register, but the ladies working the Buffet were INCREDIBLE!!! They were working so insanely hard. They were so sweet. The buffet stayed fresh and stocked. Anything asked, they had it covered immediately. They restrooms were impeccably clean. I will definitely stop back in when I m in the area. Thank you ladies!

Very disturbed at how dirty this place was. Not just trash on the floor and tables from previous customers, but yes that too. But really gross sticky booth backs, broken booths, just disgusting -particularly post covid. If theyre not wiping booths out Im sure theyre not wiping off the game surfaces kids are touching all over. Pizza was not tasty although I could tell it was fresh. Would never step in here again.

The buffet was ALWAYS EMPTY , never even had basic pepperoni. I asked to make a pasta and the girl told me it s only for takeout, (a lie different locations have done it for years) and I had to order the pepperoni pizzas and they barely put pepperoni on the darn pizza, I was very disappointed, and the lady on duty didn t give a dammmm to satisfy anyone. Love to get pizza from here! Jackie is my favorite employee there! Shes always sweet, she make sure that my order is correct, and shes always at work! Thank is lady needs to be trained for a manager, lead crew, something, she is awesome! And she remembers you by name! Pizza is always fresh, correct, and dont have to wait, but we wouldnt mind, it fresh!!! And great prices as well! You can go to order whatever pizza you want, and they will make it if our eating buffet!!! Dont sleep on cics! Just as good even better than the competers!

The manager is a white lady and she s honestly the most polite, respectful all around wonderful employee. The reason I only gave 1 star is because I paid for 3 buffets and it was so HOT in the establishments that my daughter wasn t able to eat. She sat there drinking water. We went and asked if they could cut the air conditioning down and they said they couldn t. This is our 2nd time here and both times it s breathtaking HOT

Absolutely perfect! The Pizzas are good as always and the ingredients in the Salatbar are super fresh and good! The staff tonight (August 15, 09:35pm) was above and beyond. Even we were late they left the pizza out for us and were super friendly and accommodating and every single person smiled! Nothing less than 5 stars. Normally you dont feel like restaurant staff is happy to have you there 25 min before they close and you were the only customers!

First off walking in the door was just terrible. The hot muggy air just hit you in the face and the manager at the register even said ugh its like it just got hot in here all the sudden. Theres no way it JUST GOT HOT she knew it had been hot. There was so much heat and moisture in the air that we felt nasty and then started sweating before we even sat at the table. The food was not up to par for a dinner buffet at all. There were like 5 types of pizza and you could tell theyd been sitting there, the pasta was dried out and the dressings were all empty. The croutons were stale. We love cicis but this was the absolute worst experience with them. I was supposed to bring an entire party there today and I am so glad I didnt. One of my kids couldnt even eat and had to go sit in the truck and the other is pregnant and couldnt breath so she couldnt eat either. When I asked the lady if the ac was working she she didnt know what to say. I was so aggravated at the food, atmosphere and lack of cleaning at the facility I just wanted to leave.

Ive been coming to this CiCis for years. Never had an issue until today. I bought 3 buffets an one to go. As I was leaving the cashier asked me to open my to go box to see if I had put more cheese bread in my box. At first I said no but I opened the box anyway. She told me I had put more cheese bread in my box an that I was stealing. I had just spent over 30$ an she had the audacity to tell me I was stealing 2 garlic bread. I told her that I did not take extra an I had just spent money in there for my food an she told me I was a thief In front of customers an I never felt so embarrassed. I will never go here again. I had my mom who was in a wheelchair so I had to go up to the counter a few times to get our food that I PAID for to later be called a thief. I will never come here again. It was not the usual white woman who is always nice, it was a Hispanic women who was very rude an called me out in front of everyone. Had I not just spent over 30$ dollars an took pizza then I could understand. Im just livid of the whole situation. Never again

Employees were very friendly. Pizza was mostly hot and fresh. Crust on pizza was a little thin, not much sauce, ingredients were average amount, could have been a little bit more for the price. Overall I would give 8 out of 10. The major down side was the online price maximum of $10 and the actual price for lunch was just under $12, last time I visited it was $7 - $8. I enjoyed the meal, but $12 is above my pay grade. Place was clean and stocked well. Seems to me they added the $2.50 for a drink in the price, drinking water cost same as soda. Larger cup cost additional amount, like that would matter.

I use to go here allll the time for their wings and i always get the lemon pepper with extra lemon pepper and they always ALWAYS use to remember me because I came like twice a week. Well I got burned out and it had been a while. Went tonight and the wings were trash, barely done and not a LICK of lemon pepper whatsoever! I had to season them myself and put them back in the oven. We love coming to Cici s, come here all the time because our family is big. But every time we come this girl Jacklyn is SO RUDE!!!! She doesn t greet you when you walk in, and she s always on her phone. I had to get a refund and she was very rude about it. Now on a good note, Alexis is a very hard worker. I took a school to this location on a field trip and the lady at register Mrs Terri was very patient, respectful, and helpful. We had to pay with cash and card and she help ease our frustration and offered to help lower the cost. She provided great eating suggestion that was delicious. Honestly I m a little disappointed in my latest experience. The way that the girl who opened the prize case was acting she was literally shooing my kids out of the way as if she was irritated with them. They don t let you know that tickets don t come out anymore so you re literally having to write down how many tickets the screen reads so beware of that they won t tell you. And the overall service of the place seems to have gone down. Never had any problems before.
