My dad and I decided to try this place and we were not disappointed. We ordered the ceviche Del Mar and it was so good! Definitely recommend this app if you are a fan of ceviche. For the main dish I ordered the mal y Tiera and it was amazing! The adobo sauce added a kick of flavor and spice to the steak and shrimp. Also, Our server Oliver delivered excellent service and made great recommendations for us to try, all of which exceeded our expectations. We will be giving the hibachi a try next time!

If you are used to go to restaurants with good food this place is not for you. When you get in it feels you are in a food court. Food is not good. They don t have there signature in their plates. The food it s so normal nothing special. I don t know how they even have the prices of a good high quality restaurant. Service is horrible. They never checked on us and they have tons of employees. Decorations are off they recycled the decorations of el fogón. I mean I will never refered this in my life.

I recently dined at Favè and had a terrible experience. The service was horrible, and I was shocked to find out that the Dallas filet which consisted of fatty tissue, costs $45, only comes with either a salad or fries. This made the plate look cheap and unappealing. To make matters worse, the steak was not cooked to my liking, and I found it absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the staff didn t even come to pick up my check I had to go up and pay myself. I wont be returning and certainly wouldnt recommend it.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I ve had. I called ahead for the hibachi they said they had 2 chefs (one for each station) that was a lie, it took them a whole hour before they began to cook for us and the worst thing they had a waiter (bless his heart) come and do the cooking for us and the entire time this dude looked and was terrified. At least he was honest and told everyone ahead of time that he doesn t know how to do the showmanship part and that it was only his SECOND time ever they made him cook for customers. He even offered the actual chef they had on staff to help finish off his station so he can work on ours and the chef rudely told him no and the manager or somebody in his staff told him to just do it . Seriously I wish I can give a zero star review never eating there again!

Fisrt time at this new restaurant, inside its small crowded place, tables really close to each others, i notice that if you are going to eat in the habashi area you have to wait a long period of time we saw a person wait at least one hour for him to start cooking. Lady try to charge us 15 dollars to put a cake inside the restaurant, michelada was good, lemonade was good, they serve bread was soso but if you are not eating they will take it away. We order the pichana was good for cook but not in taste, ribeye the same, chicken Alfredo good, kids chicken plate was not good, the corn good, and the best i think was the bone with ribeye. For the price i think you can get better food in downtown restaurant

Had a great time at this spot in Brownsville! The food was good and priced well, and the hibachi was super fun a nice addition to the area. We went during the week, so it wasn t busy, and we got seated quickly without needing a reservation. The drinks were good too! Definitely worth checking out.

Had dinner with our friends last Friday to try out this new restaurant. Our steaks were really flavorful and perfectly cooked. Our cocktails not so great as they tasted as if they were moctails. We also had to send back the kids meal which was a cheeseburger as it was over cooked and charred. Service a tad slow but as they as new I m sure these are just hiccups that can be easily fixed. We will definitely be dinning there again to try them once more.

The service and atmosphere is good but the hibachi was terrible. Low quality food way too expensive for chicken thigh meat. The steak was very bland and not a good cut of meat for the price.

They were not ready to open the restaurant. Period. The atmosphere is bland. The sound of noisy fans will be there for the rest of your lunch/dinner. The food is very lackluster considering the prices for most of the items (you can tell the meats aren t the best quality. If you are going to spend $80+ on a steak, it better damn well be seasoned properly at least as well as have more meat than fat). Generic side dishes with bad taste/no taste at all. The menu is all over the place instead of focusing on certain areas (maybe the reason why some dishes tasted like they aren t whats popular and ordered often). Does not have proper air flow considering they have hibachi/teppanyaki stoves (extractors? None). You will leave smelling like you just got out of a family carne asada. Very little space (tables are all crammed in together. Feels uncomfortable). So many things to work out that should have been worked out/thought of before opening. I have to say, this is my brutally honest review. I hope it is taken as criticism that helps the restaurant work out its issues in order for it to still be in business for the months/years to come.

The vibe in this place is horrible The mashed potatoes tasted like powder mix, the side salads were soggy iceberg, the steaks were cold. We sat for almost half an hour without even getting water. If this was a Chili s I guess it would be fine but the prices are not that. I know they just opened so maybe it gets better but they were not ready to open.

For the love of god, go try the ribeye tacos!!!! They were absolutely delicious. Make sure to get the chimichurri. The muenster cheese was also a very nice touch. The tres leche was so incredibly moist and the homemade whipped cream was a made made in heaven. Even the warm bread with the garlic and herb butter was perfection!!!

Went in tonight for an impromptu dinner after a movie. We did not realize the establishment was newly opened. (I usually try to give a new restaurant a few months before I go.) Coming from the restaurant business, I know what it takes to get everything flowing smoothly! Pleased to find a very friendly staff and wonderful food! My Filet was melt in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. The lobster Mac and Cheese was rich and flavorful. We were too stuffed for dessert. Other than the usual wait staff getting into the groove , it was a great dinner. The owners even stopped by to introduce themselves! We look forward to going back soon!!
