They don t communicate, they take forever to respond. You call to ask for info and they tell you to send emails. They take days to reply to your emails and that s if you re double sending so you can get a response. The moment they send an email, I tried responding as fast as possible so they don t take more days just to finalize. We haven t even gotten to the design part because of how delayed they are. Horrible customer service. For future reference anyone looking at this review it s pointless messaging them in social media because they won t respond either. Once you call and if they answer they ll direct you to send emails. Just to not respond

Great communication with whomever I was emailing with. They had no problem with all the changes I wanted to be made to the menu. And they were alot of changes. Got the job perfectly done! Thank you! Will definitely use them for my future projects!

Unfortunately, I can no longer leave a good review due to poor service by the manager. They damaged ( burnt and stained ) our shirt and wasnt given the option for reimbursement nor exchange. We carefully TAKE and PICK UP the shirts. The same day we picked up our shirts we noticed 1 out of the 4 shirts was damaged. We called and sent proof of the shirt and was given the answer we will not reimburse nor exchange. Even though his email disclaimer states in RED ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONLY IN-STORE CREDIT. Be careful with this company.
