Very friendly and attentive staff that can professionally handle any shipping needs. However, avoid the store manager at all costs. She is extremely rude and will almost certainly greet you with disdain and indifference.

If there were negative numbers to describe the service and ridiculous charges and verification codes, this FedEx location would receive a rating well below zero! Save yourself hours and find a different printing and shipping store. Very disappointed customer.

Worst place to get anything done , very lazy employees, went to get simple copies and was told to send an email to start process. Was in store for 20 minutes never hot copies now I have to go to another place. Never going back. Need better employees.

Where to start all of us were to stand in 1 line while full service print shop was vacant. Took some time familiarizing myself with getting onto their Wi-Fi and getting a printing code. Entered credit card 1st time. Then had to fax at over $2.00 a page taking over 2 minutes per page to fax - 2nd time to put in credit card. On 2nd fax, it said error and by the time I got help, I had to put my credit card in a 3rd time. The manager said, You know that Everytime you put in your credit card we charge you $10!!! I had to go to get help 4 times and the women employees would utter a sentence - that s all. Only one time did someone come to the printer to show me how to do something. Meanwhile, during my 2 hour visit to Fed Ex, only 3 people needed to use full service print so employees were available. I ve been to many print shops through the years. All time worst experience with 2 hours spent on degenerative knees. Not coming back!

Minus stars- stay away from FedEx- no wonder they call you guys Fedup- ur packages will arrive late, the lazy driver will send a message saying attempted delivery when reality he never showed up at the delivery address- either they are lazy or they have so many packages that they can t handle it (time wise).

Came to fax two sheets of paper and had to wait more than 10 minutes before one of the 3 employees acknowledged me. It wasn t until the lady behind me said excuse me, I have a package to drop off with a label . That is when one employee asked me what I needed and informed me that I could fax it myself using my credit card. I understand they we re busy tending to other customers but a simple I ll be right with you might have not prompted me to write this review.

Hi I need to make a complaint of a employee from this place that works here 1100 North Expy Suite A, Brownsville, TX 78521 yesterday I went to make some copies I ask a guy that works there need some help with the card he told me what do you need with a loud voice like he dont want to help me or something he told me what did you do with the card asking me questions like it was my fault he was so rude to me he checked the card and told me see theres no money I told him I did not know he told me how much you going to put on your card I told him I only have coins he like those is say coins I give him coins he went to the cashier with the card and shows the card and the coins to another employee just there seating not doing nothing they both laugh just because I put $1 of coins when he give me the card in that moment I turned around I heard him telling the other employee that I was weird I was feeling uncomfortable just to be their thats how they treat customers can you please take some action to this guy in this place

I paid alot of money to deliver a food package the next day to a residential I specifically told them it was food I was sending they assured me it would be delivered the next day its been 2 days & still the package hasnt been delivered. Now they say itll take another day been 3 days ice doesnt last 3 days & since they dont allow dry ice to be used we are dealing with food poison now. Its not if its been shipped across the USA or another country its only 6 hrs from where I live. 1 package made it give & they were mailed to the same city & yet the other package was left in 3 states away from where in was supposed to be delivered it stayed their 2 days I believe I should be refunded for not delivered as told. This is a dangerous issue now . Food poison is no laughing matter. Now my family is having to pick it up. When I paid alot of money to have it delivered the next day & to their door steps. Noone has contacted me aside from me calling them & texting them numerous of times. Nor a refund has been issued.... well after 3 days my family got my goodies just to receive them spoiled I think I deserve my money back. What a disappointment indeed. I pd so much just to have it spoil cuz they didnt do their job right.

Went to ship some expensive boots. Guy sees them and trys to shove them in a box thats obviously to small for it. Then puts them in a box thats way to big and fails to seal it properly and they fall out. Its almost like he was trying to mess them up. Paid 14$ for a box and some paper and his service. Im not expecting those boots to arrive in good condition. Horrible, he had one job.

I was in a hurry after work and had to send a package to japan to someone very special and a gentleman helped me out very kindly about the shipments around 7:30pm on 01/15/2021. He explained me about the taxes in japan and customs in japan how they check and regulate the orders or shipments. Very attentive and experienced about his job. Got me everything in the package and described the items inside so there wouldn t be issues while sending the shipment to japan and saved me from sending it in priority dispatch. Im so thankful that they were open late and helped me with the order. If iam correct his name is richard. Thank you

I went to make copies and there were only 2 customers and the copier was not working and of the 4 workers, 3 men and 1 woman, none of them deigned to assist me when I asked for help. It is annoying to see that the workers were talking instead of serving us.

Horrible rude people working in there. When I went to ask for the restroom key, first one of them barked at me to get in line. Then they had to have a little conference among themselves, and finally one of them indignantly resigned herself to letting me in. Rude! Prices too high for the project I did. Taking my business elsewhere.

They have good customer service and are reliable. They do a good job and I had to print out in an emergency something and they did it quickly for me. The person was named Antulio or Antonio from what I could read on the name tag, and he was nice enough to print what I needed after my printer broke down.

fedex is my go-to shipping method only because of the employees here. They are simply wonderful, the lady greets me so kindly every single time I go in, and she s super kind and helpful to everyone. All the other staff is very helpful too but I have to say that I won t ever ship via anyone else because of the staff here.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The employes at this location are rude and unhelpful. I have been here three times and each time it gets more convoluted to pick up a redirected package. I will be using USPS or UPS exclusively when I can help it based on this one location and their horrible attitudes. Even the manager was argumentative with me.

My experience, well, I have to say, this is the most expensive place that I have visited for my copy needs ever ! The staff did not even acknowledge me when I walked in and I was the only customer in the store. They were too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves. Then to top it off, the computer, very conveniently, was super slow and rigged to make any operation take a lot longer than it needed be. I ended up paying $7.00 for 3 emails I needed to print! What a rip off!!!!!!!! They take advantage of peoples emergencies. Im never ever going there again! Its highway robbery!

Completely discrimination, let me waiting with no line at all for 10 minutes and help other Mexicans right way. Refuse to take my package because my package had a little gap about 1/4 inch wide (I completely taped them over). Making fun of me because I dont speak perfect English. Stay away from this place, no help at all. Also some employees are the most racist person I have ever met in my life !!!!!!!!! Needed to get a simple poster printed. Called ahead to see when they could print it. She said as soon as you can get here, we can print it. So, I hopped in my car and drove on in to town. When I arrived, I was told that they need to scan any hard drive or thumb drive they plug into their computer, which, in the case of my terabyte hard drive, would have taken hours. So, I opted to forward an email with the document to the store so they could print it from there. There was one minor edit I needed to make prior to printing, but, even though the document was pulled up and editable in PowerPoint, I was told they dont allow edits in the store. Seriously? It seems they were wrong about as soon as you can come in we can print. I drove down the street to Staples where I was greeted promptly and warmly, then I was served quickly and without hassle. Dont go to FedEx; UPS ships better and everywhere else prints better. Cheers

Went there today and had a really bad experience, I wanted to fax 5 sheets and send a fedex express. After wasting 20 min in there nobody helped me fax my papers and I just left. Went to a local print/fax office in Brownsville and they helped me really fast. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
