He is been helpful and available for you to make sure you are out of trouble.He has helped me on so many occasions where l had no solution but tool it upon himself.lam not sure we can get some one like him who is totally committed and ready to see you have a change in your status.. However, we wish him the best of the best and he deserves the quality life one would desire to live.

I can t speak any more highly of an attorney than of this Counselor of law..!!! He was not just professional, courteous and efficient, but he was able to get my fines reduced and my ticket deferred so that it won t appear on my driving record !! He is definitely worth the low cost of what he charges and I never once had to make a court appearance....

Mr. Rusk handeled my speeding ticket in Colleyville. He was able to get me a favorable outcome and I was very pleased. It was real easy and his office was friendly. Very smooth transaction. I will be using him for future court problems.

I got 2 speeding tickets within a month. One in Hurst for 10 mph over and one in Euless 10 mph over in a school zone. I have not had tickets in years so I called this law firm after reading reviews on several law offices. The lady that answered the phone was so helpful and she asked Mr Rusk what he would recommend I do and he advised me how to take care of them myself without having to pay his service fee since that was in my best interest and would cost me less overall. I ll have one deferred and take defensive driving for the other. I would definitely use this law firm if I ever need them in the future and would recommend anyone give them a call if you need a traffic ticket lawyer.

Mr.Rusk and his team are hands down the best I have ever met, they are very understanding and professional, when they sat me down in the office I could tell that they actually cared about my situation and that made me fell better, there are not a lot of people that care or even give a second glance at what you are going through in your life but they do, in one hour of being in the office and going to the court Mr.Rusk did what no other lawyer could, so seriously if you need help this is the right place to be.

I highly reccomend Tim Rusk. His staff was very responsive, I never sat on hold, and they were able to answer every question and concern I had. He was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed and keep me updated through the simple and hands off (on my end) process. Thank you to Mr. Rusk and his staff! Mr. Rusk was extremely accommodating and quick. He delivered exactly what he promised on my traffic citation, and even went the extra mile to get me on an earlier docket. He was professional and polite in all our exchanges, and directly called me multiple times before my court date (even reminding me the night before). I would highly recommend him to anyone with a traffic citation in the HEB area. While I hope Ill never need his services again, I know who Ill call next time Im in a pickle!

I have hired Mr Rusk and his team countless times for traffic violations since the early 90s and found innocent in all . They always act like true professionals rather than order takers. Anyone that will listen to me complain about the ridiculous probation fees to the city is a plus in my book. I would recommend to anyone

Ive used Mr. Rusk for at least 5 traffic tickets. He always gets my fines reduced and keeps them off my record. My last ticket, the city made a mistake and said I violated my probation. They wouldnt dismiss it without me appearing in court in front of the judge. I had no idea how to prove they were wrong. Mr Rusk came to court with me, represented me so that I never had to say a word and got the case dismissed. All at no additional charges outside of the $60 I originally paid to handle the ticket. I never write reviews for anyone, but he went above and beyond to help me out. Ill continue to use him for any traffic tickets I receive in the future and highly recommend him.
