I moved my mother in years ago and it was kept cleaned and well maintained. However the new management company does not! The place is extremely dirty, elevators are always out - this being a 55+ facility makes elevators very important for people in wheelchairs or walkers, the irrigation has been broken, the pool is not kept cleaned, the staff are rarely at work and when they are there- they are not concerned. They do not manage this complex - they work for a paycheck only and do not care about the people living there.

I took my dad to rent an apartment and the staff is super nice, they met all my expectations, they should raise the salary because in few places you can find that treatment and understanding

The Providence Staff is very very helpful. I had been running around looking for an apartment at these different places but when I stopped at providence it already felt like home. The staff too their time with me and helped me along the way. I also want to give a Big Big Shoutout to Deanna Chambers for assuring me that I was gonna find an apartment that would fit me and she gave me encouraging words along the way to make sure I was ok so I thank her a lot for all her Help. I would recommend anyone go see the Providence staff!

Everyone seem so nice and friendly in the office and when I wasn t sure how to do the rent process on the app she took time out of her busy day as it was October 2 and help me get the app set up on my phone. It was so much appreciated.

STAFF was very pleasant and helpful. garage reserved for my apartment. great amenities provided by property. lots of social activities offered. and worked with me with the housing payment process. the neighborly tenants seem pleasant and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and plenty of cabinet and closet storage space. have been very comfortable and the accommodations have been satisfactory.

Elevator is broken. Wont be fixed for 4 more weeks. The poor residents that cant tolerate 2 flights of stairs, or walk all the way to the front of the complex are stuck in their apartments..very sad

The apartments are great, the residents that IVE had the chance to get to know are wonderful. Management on the other hand is truly messed up. They need to take a few classes on how to talk to people, also on how to respect and respond to others. They take the coffee and ration it out to us as if we are some kids. We are old enough to be their parents and grandparents how dare they think they can treat us in such a way that shows disrespect. If you are not careful they will put a notice of eviction on your door. So far I have witnessed them evicting residents without the correct process. They will look at you and tell you that you must be out. No 30 notice and paperwork from the court

Beautiful apartments with a huge pool and work out facility. I love the apartments, especially inside.. very updated! I just have one complaint....our Jacuzzi works it just never gets hot!! Theyve been saying, the parts on its way! .....for almost two years!! I looked forward to that hot Jacuzzi since I moved in because of the neuropathy in my legs and feet, that hurt everyday...all day! Please get the part!!!!

My mother lives here and it helps me to rest easy at night to know that she is surrounded by wonderful neighbors who my mother has become close friends with. She has tons of activities to do which keeps her busy and keeps her smiling.
