Its unfortunate they chose to not fill our large Tarro Milk Tea Boba and Passion Fruit Tea Boba. Ive never had this issue at any other Boba Tea locations, it was quite shocking to see a no-ice order be left with so much room in the cup, that it almost made no sense to even pay for the large size cup. Would advise others who want to get what they paid for in tea to look elsewhere in Baytown for locations that dont cheap out on out on quality paying customers who pay for the sizing of the cup.

The drinks arent that great. I asked the girl for less ice in my drink, but she still filled the cup with 75% ice. I mentioned it to the cashier when I saw my drunk, but she claimed she put more lemonade and less ice. I didnt want to cause a scene, so I left upset. I paid more for ice than the drink. Wouldnt recommend.

This place is usually pretty busy! But for good reason. We have been coming here every few days during our time in the area over 2 weeks. Used to love this place, I m a frequent customer and now will never be back. There was 2 dead bugs in my drink and the owner refuses to refund me or make it right. Ridiculous to service your customers this way. Update: yes, I got the right place. I go there frequently and can provide receipt on same day so don t pretend you didn t get phone call back about my drink having a bug. You, The owner, refused to get on the phone, the poor boy working didn t know what to say and apologized for not being able to refund or replace our drink. Really sad when you go here 3-4x a week & they won t even replace your drink when there was 2 bugs in it. I now go to top tea & experience amazing customer service every time. Support businesses that treat their customers well.

First off the atmosphere of the environment nice, and was excited to try the tapioca from this location. Was not happy of the tapioca taste. Tapioca sugar tasted burnt. Tapioca was consistent and chewy but could not get past the burnt sugar taste. I ve had plenty of tapioca from different locations to know how it should taste, was not satisfied with my drink this time around.

I never said this was my first boba tea, I have tried many different places all over houston and San Antonio and there boba and tapioca was always amazing. I have been coming to this place for a long time and I ordered my usually drink which is a Thai Green milk tea. It tasted sour and nothing like it usually does. So I took it back and said it tastes weird. Instead of them making me a new drink they were finding it inconvenient for a new drink to be made, and were arguing with me on how it is suppose to taste. I been coming to Tea City since they had been open I love it! But these few times I been going in I always ask for the same ( Oolong tea ) first couple times they made it right it was delicious. I had went the other day with my friend and they made it milky I told them it was wrong n they made me a new one. The past week same thing happen but this time they took back the drink dump it out and rinse the cup n the boba! N told the young lady that it was still milky she gave me attitude and told me they can t waste any more cups!! So she couldn t make me a new one. What if I was allergic to milk? Good thing I m not! So I had no choice n took the drink n did not enjoy it!! I was so disappointed.

I have visited this place several times, I like it even though they made a mistake in my order, I always tell them no milk and they put it in anyway, today was the worst because according to them they took away the milk that they had put in by mistake and What do they give me!! When I walked in I didn t get acknowledged so I was standing there for like 10 mins looking at their menu until another customer walked in and was immediately greeted and started placing her order! I pushed not being acknowledged to the back of my mind and still decided to try their tea! I ordered the mango milk tea with regular bobas. It was good by but a little sweeter than what I m used to!
