Beware of this location. They falsely advertise (posted) that it is unlimited toppings included, yet they charge you extra after 3 toppings. Then the workers give you attitude about it and say it is the economy. Very rude workers and this place is a fraud!

Went here this afternoon for an evening snack. Ice cream was great. But I would have liked to have a clean table to eat at. I believe in the philosophy that If you got time to lean, you got time to clean. One employee was on their phone while tables were dirty and the floors also. Hopefully, this place will clean up and not just at closing time.

If I could give the place more than 5 stars I would and a raise to the girly that attended my family I would, went in today and Inti greeted me and my kids with such a heartwarming welcome, this girl does such an amazing job giving an amazing atmosphere and service!!! Will not go back. This place needs to learn how to work with there costumer. You have 3 people working and they only took care of my husband I had to wait till they finished his order to make mine. Pretty bad when it takes 3 to make 2 things.

I hit this place 2 minutes before close for a chocolate shake the staff was great and friendly and werent trying to slam the doors and close up before their 10:00 closing time unlike a lot of places nowadays where they need to close at 9:30 if they want to be out of there by 10:00 and the chocolate shake was so good Im going to try the Marble Slab Creamery in my town

Ordered an ice cream cake and it was not as described on the website. The cake was missing the crushed peanuts on top and the actual cake layer in the middle. I totally understand that things happen and restaurants run out of ingredients, but as a customer I wish they would have at least said something instead of sending out an incomplete order. The cake tasted good, but the lack of communication was disappointing

Last night was the first time that my husband and I went to this ice cream store, and I dont regret it. I loved the customer service, these two young women were working so hard to make sure we had a good experience! The ice cream was delicious and very sweet. It energized me, kind of what coffee does, which is strange but I liked it. I enjoyed all of the options that were available. How creative. I can say birthday cake is my favorite and well be bringing our child very soon to try it out too. My husband loved his coffee shake. Great job guys!

There s never anything wrong with the ice cream because you can t really mess it up, but the customer service is always off here. I understand the staff is mainly young people, but they could really use some basic training on welcoming people into the store or simply asking, How may I help you? when customers enter the store. Tonight, I arrived here and noticed one worker was talking to people in a car in the parking lot and she ran inside as soon as she saw that I arrived. I entered the store and stood there for several minutes in an empty line besides people that were already checking out. The young lady did not help me. Another young man entered the store later and walked right past me. Then he started rummaging through the trash for a receipt. We finally received help from the girl and the young man rang us up. When it came time to sign the receipt, he stands there, stares at me and says, no pressure, no pressure . I definitely did not feel any pressure when I wrote $0 for the tip. I remember having at least common sense at his age. It s not worth it going through the awkward and lackadaisical customer service to get Marble Slab.

Ice cream was creamy but not sweet.used to live in Abilene and frequented Marble Slab there. Their sweet Cream was sweet but not as sweet as regular ice cream. This was hardly sweet. Service guys were curtious, funny and fast. Glad I went n will go back if ever that way.

Fantastic establishment, amazing value for what you get. One of the cleanest places like it Ive visited, fantastic customer service, always a truly friendly face behind the counter. Quality of the ice cream is amazing, nice creaminess that you just cant get elsewhere. Being able to add whatever youd like to your order at no cost, is phenomenal. The novelty of watching them make your tasty creation on said marble slab never seems to wear off.
