I do not recommend herman and Herman. I went through a few different medical clerks and case managers. If you happen to get Vanessa as your case manager ask for them to remove her from your case. She is very unprofessional and rude. I just had an incident with her a while ago and she basically called me a liar and was rude to my fiancée as well. This isn t the first time she was rude to us. So just be aware of who is handling your case. Lastly be sure they do all they need to do for you prior to closing out your case.
