From someone who lives 5 hours away from Austin and was her first time contacting an attorney, I highly recommend the Law Office of Ramiro Lopez. From the moment I explained my situation, they did not hesitate to take over my case even though I was from another city. I cannot recommend the law office of Ramiro Lopez enough. Him and his team helped me through a very serious motorcycle accident in October of 2020 and handled it with a friendly and professional manner that I think you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. They recently handled an issue with an insurance company after I was rear ended. Thank you to Ramiro and his entire staff!

I brought a case to this law firm on 2016. I was young and uneducated on what to expect from an attorney handling my accident as this was the first time I saw myself in a situation like this, but I had hope that I was in good hands. Unfortunately my case has been dragged for years and today I m yet to hear from the attorney. No updates have been provided to me in years and I honestly do not trust this firm on closing out my case fairly nor honestly. If you are young and unexperienced like me and end up needing to hire someone to handle your lawsuit do your research and be carefully on who you hire to handle your case or you might end up like me trying to get an update on your case 7years later once the attorney has already gotten paid but your still waiting on a call back.

Mr. Lopez is very polite, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and works fast. His staff is also very friendly and makes it easy to get in touch with Mr. Lopez while also providing frequent updates via text. I had never used a lawyer in a car accident before, but after my experience with his firm, I will never traverse the world of insurance without him.

Im very impressed with Counselor Lopez. I texted him during sleepless night thur/friday and he actually called me on Saturday evening. By the way, your command of the Spanish language is excellent! My father and I, who are from CDMX and are university professors here, would say that he sounds like his colleagues from Mexico... But with a human quality that is almost no longer found. Highly recommend!!! My wife was driving a Nissan Maxima when she was hit head on by a big truck flying through a red light. Mr. Lopez sent her to the best doctors that got her feeling better than she was before the accident and he literally took care of everything so that we didnt have to worry about anything at all. Couple months later we got a large settlement! If we ever get into an accident again, he will be the first person we are going to call!!
