I could give 5 stars for the music and also the good service, but NOOOOOOO. Ive been to other places in Ojos Locos, but this is the worst...I came with friends, we were dancing and having a great time, when security approached us to say that we couldnt dance, because it made other people uncomfortable. OSEEEEEEAAAA HELLOOOOOO Why am I going to go to a place where I cant dance and have a good time? AND I CLARIFY WE WERE DANCING WITHOUT DISTURBING THE OTHER PEOPLE PRESENT WE WERE AT OUR TABLE . Great food. Sizable portions. Food music/tele/vibe. Poor service: The bartender Paula took too long for the simplest requests. She was not very friendly and rushed through orders, bringing incorrect drinks twice. She seemed annoyed that the bar was getting busy and that she was the only bartender. She definitely needs some retraining or to have another bartender help her out (customer service suffers).

The chaos, lying waitresses and lack of management is what this place will be remembered for--not tasty food or great service. These breast-staurants are trash as a business model because NONE of them give a damn about food quality or providing decent customer service. Hidden menu prices and clueless waitresses that conveniently dont know the price but will get back to you are just one of the many ways they stick you with unexpected amounts and bills that arent even yours. They are a scam. This place was a waste of time and money, never to be repeated.

This place scammed us. A waitress that wasnt even taking care of us accused someone at our table of touching her inappropriately, which then got em kicked out. Then didnt even ask em for their tab and made us pay!! $100!! Saying its company policy that if they at the table with us its our responsibility but they refused to show us the policy. But theyre the ones that let money go out the door. The manager is horrible and unprofessional. The security took the whole thing as a joke, one just kept looking at us playing with his pocket knife. This place gave horrible vibes. 0 out of 10.

But other than that, place is excellent. Good food, great service overall 20/10 there. Beautiful Spanish waitress Isabella is the absolute sweetest ever, will have to come back another time.

This was my second time at this specific Ojos locos restaurant, during the day time. I must say so myself the pineapple margarita with tajin rim dip is so refreshing and delicious must have one , or two or three during happy hour but don t sleep on them because they do pack a silent punch . 2nd is you must try there Aguachiles mild(verde) one and again don t sleep on these as they say mild but they are a bit in the spicy side. My husband ordered wings, fries and tacos. Now everything was delicious until we came down to the tacos those leave those to the taco professionals, the flavor wasn t there for the tacos ONLY. Wings were bomb along with their house ranch, along with there fries they are so good. Don t sleep on this place. And if your married and your a jealous type of female i wouldn t recommend you going here with your husband, boyfriend or don t make this a first date. Women are hosting with thongs and bras. Beautiful women. I myself ain t jealous so I take my husband because hello why not.

Food is kinda pricey for not being that good. Waitress was nice but we were never told that they charged for any refills for fountain drinks. Thought that was weird seeing as how most places offer free refills on fountain drinks. At least give a heads up you re gonna charge for the refills so we could have changed our minds. Food was absolutely horrible. First they were out of roasted chicken. Sides for the fajita trio were not good, rice and beans were burned, chicken and fajitas looked under cooked no flavor at at. I had an empty plastic cup that I was trying to throw out when I got inside, and the bouncer wouldn t let my friends and I in because they said I must ve been drinking before. Well me and my fiance went to this place on a Friday. It was packed nice crowd. Ok lets start off with the drinks. The best thing they had going was the shots. When I ordered a actual drink with alcohol it tasted like it was a ton of salt in the drink. My fiance drunk it because I didnt want to be mean because the waitress already had a attitude from jump. N i didnt want to ruin the night with my mouth. Ok so the fajitas were Ok I will give then that. My fiance paid 111.00 with no tip on the reciept he actually put a zero in the spot to mark tip. But a few days later a transaction for 186 was taken off of his card. So now we have a problem. 75.00 was a tip. Thats a big problem. We go back to the place to speak with the manager and give him our proof which is the receipts that we kept that we paid 111.00 he takes one and leave. Now we dont know if this man went to an office or a quick trip to mars. But we waited at the front entrance for almost a damn hour then he finally comes out. He said our ticket was mixed up with someone else who left a tip and they charged us instead. He said this is a common thing that happened when its busy. But usually it be $5 to $10 but this is a large amount. He gave us cash instead of putting it back on the card which was cool we really appreciated the fact that he fixed the situation because I honestly thought we were gonna have some problems and look at God no problems at all.

I m not sure who s in charge of the To go orders. Probably 6 times that something was missing from my order didn t say nothing just always went back and told them what was missing. The 6th time though y all are just playing with me now. I ordered ceviche this last time and it was late and told my boy make sure there s salsa, utensils, limes and make sure at this point my ceviche is in there because I never know. So I get my order and my bag of chips are missing. Y all this is ridiculous I order the most simplest thing. The to go orders are just as important as the people ordering there. Good and service where great, the drinks however where either watered down or served in the wrong glasses. A crown apple and sprite should not taste like straight sprite. Also while it was New Year s Eve when we went, armed guards doing pat downs sets a totally different atmosphere
