Mr. Paul I.E. Mr. Uuu la la laaa is the one and only Hibachi Chef my Family Appreciates and Cherishes! He was the first Hibachi Chef we had and the only one we anticipate on serving us even if we have to wait the time needed for him to care for the line waiting for him. He has gone above and beyond with His professional, proficient and proper service! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! Mr. Collin and Andrew always alert, diligent and outstanding! Everyone is professional and I would like to shine some light on Andrew, Collin and Paul. Totally recommend!!! Thank you for reading and I hope this helps.

Expensive prices but you pay for the atmosphere. The table lights up, the chef puts on a show for the whole table. The food tastes good. I ordered the mahi mahi for lunch and was only given 2 small pieces of fish. I should have ordered the beef, chicken, or shrimp since they give you more. The other meat options, I m not sure what the quantity is because my table didn t order it. Both the side salad and onion soup were delicious. I came during lunch hours where certain items are half the price. The hibachi itself is heavy and buttery. I left feeling stuffed. Dining space is small since you share a table with other diners (if you want the hibachi show. I think there s space at the bar and regular tables).

This time. I was really pleased of the portion of food that Ive got cause most of the time, it seems like I dont get enough food like its not shared evenly but this time it was really great. The Food was good. The cook was entertaining. My girlfriend did give him a little bit of a hard time For the way. She wanted her food cooked . But he handled it very well. It seems like your prices might be a little expensive. I Spent $96 just on me. I got the seafood trio I bought a mango Drink Got some California rolls. What could have been an enjoyable experience ended up being horrible.. They rushed us to a seat, then came to get our drink order. Finally the appetizer order soon after. Once the waitress left, someone else approached and asked for our food order seconds after, when we stated we were trying to see what we would like, the bad experience also took place. Waitress mentioned the cooks were mad at us due to not having ordered our food, as we understand they have a rush to this, we were rushed to seats to fill spots, we asked if we could actually hold back some, so those that have never had the opportunity to experience could look things over.. they said no, ok, so then we were pushed to order, at this point no one was happy and we weren t happy with the cook that was mad at us because we would have preferred to understand their menu rather then not. I talked to the cook, asked him why he insisted on pushing people to just pick he had no idea, he stated, he wasn t aware of any of this.. the manager came as I paid the 171.00 bill, he apologized, I did not want to make a scene, but I did let him know of my displeasure.. I let him know, my bill was paid, but you won t get another dollar from me. This wasn t a situation for something free or a discount.. Hibachi staff.. If I give subpar work, to earn my paycheck, I ll eventually lose my job.. If your staff continues to give subpar experience, you ll eventually lose your paying patrons and be another restaurant that just didn t get it. We are no different, I want what I pay for, I expect good service. You are in business to provide a service.. The food smelled good, too bad i didn t get to experience it, which is what I paid for.. The manager was apologetic and hopefully he fixes the issues that aren t minor here..

I was sat at a table near the back with a perfect view of the kitchen. I witnessed a cook grab chicken and then shrimp with his bare hands and put it on a tray. Cross contamination galore! I told the manager about it and then saw him put on gloves but the damage was done. How many other times has he done that? Our chef Sunny was great though! Our server never cleared any of our plates and was slow with refills. This use to be my favorite hibachi spot but will have to find a new one now!

My lady surprised me with lunch here for a day date. I have been wanting to try hibachi for a while, so this was a delightful surprise. The only thing I wasnt fond of was dining with strangers. Because one family truly had no table manners whatsoever. The experience itself was very entertaining. Our chef was super humorous and highly skilled. We ordered two sushi rolls (captain crunch & shrimp tempura) crab rangoon and scallop/steak hibachi. Everything thing was delicious, fresh, lightly seasoned, and full of flavor. I ve been to my fair share of hibachi restaurants but this one is my new favorite. The open floor plan and style gives just the perfect ambiance for the wonderful food you are about to enjoy. We had a few drinks at the bar to start off the night and the bartender was great. When we got to our table, the waitress was attentive and timely. The chef was engaging and made everyone comfortable and set the perfect tone. This place is clean, smells great, and the restrooms were maintained as well. What else can you ask for? It s Hibachi you been to one you been to them all theirs nothing more as far as presentation wise they can do. So you can really only rate off food taste. This place is great. Great food, good show and clean. They did extra for my son s birthday at no extra cost. Price is the only reason for my 4 stars. It was the highest price for a meal like this I have paid for. 3 adults and a kids meal was +$150 no alcohol

Came in a few nights ago, it was the BEST!! Gracie (the hostess) was very patient with our big family and helped get us seated pretty quickly. The food was 5 star quality and could melt your taste buds off!! It was my mother s birthday and the staff made it extra special for us which meant a lot. Mr. Hibachi seemed very taken care of, very clean, and also very sanitary. I am very impressed overall.

Food, Staff and Service is perfect! My family and I have always hoped of experiencing Hibachi and this place delivered. 10 customer seats per Hibachi Chef. Sushi was great, staff is quick to get orders, respectful and everyone has a good time. Would recommend at least one person of the 10 people to upgrade from steamed white rice to fried rice so the chef can cook eggs and display his/her skills with eggs. Food was great, only thing I would comment on is you could get unlucky and be served last with the fried rice or noodles which is soiled in the soy sauce however everyone else gets perfect rice & noodles. However if you love soy sauce theres no complaints, regardless 5 stars and would recommend to friends/family.

Had John again serving us at the bar and was so kind and thoughtful. He works Sundays a lot so always try to get him to serve us :) John has served us multiple times and is always helpful. So much food for the price and love the many options. Definitely can get busy on the weekends. Parking: Parking can be hard to find during dinner hours but there is more parking behind the building

Mr. Hibachi is one of the best place to eat thanks to my regular server John. The first time eating here he was my one and only server. Never had better service in most of my dining experiences. This guy never fails to keep me, my wife, and my kids most importantly happy with our visits. Never had a hard time with us and was always attentive when needed. Though the food always hit the spot, it couldn t have been better without John Tran. Never lose this guy!!!! That s our number request when we eat here.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of visiting Mr habachi last Saturday, and I must say we had an unforgettable experience. The food was amazing, especially the sushis. The service provided by the girl manager was exceptional. She was very professional, warm and went above and beyond for us. She took great care of us throughout the meal and we noticed how attentive she was towards other tables as well. I am not sure of the name of beautiful manager, but it was clear she was passionate about her work and provided top notch service to every customer. This was my first time at Mr. hibachi. We sat in the restaurant portion and did not do hibachi, although they serve hibachi all day! Some places only do it for dinner. The shrimp lunch special was only $12, they also had chicken or steak to choose from. I came with veggies and rice. It was a really good size portion. Service was really fast and the food was super well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The waitress was fast and it was overall a great experience. I will definitely be back. This is a great place for people who are in a hurry or on their lunch break.

Had the worst experience! I ve gone here a couple time, but I was completely surprised at getting such terrible service. I don t remember the women s name, but she was a white women with short hair and a bandana. First off, we didint get the salad that comes with the meal , and after asking about it she claimed we ran out . We ordered appetizers two table that came after us got theirs and we didn t have one. I asked her about it she claimed she sent it to the wrong tables. I got one appetizer the other one sat on the counter for a long time so by the time she noticed it was cold. After everything it took the lady over an hour to get our checks. She had no clue what to do. I spoke to the manager, and he said the salads they had , she just chose not to make it for us. The manager also was saying how she s training, but if she was then someone should ve been training her. The people that sat with us ended up walking out because the lady was yelling at us, and tried to be disrespectful. She even tried to make my boyfriend pay for someone who walked out because of her taking too long. My boyfriend tried to talk to the manager which was next to her and she butted in, and started yelling at my boyfriend claiming he was in her face when a person was between them working on the server computer. As she was doing so the manager didn t say or do anything . I was completely shocked with how terrible the service was, and disappointed that management let this happen she should ve been walked out at the bare minimum. To add even more on top of it this was my boyfriends birthday dinner. They didn t do anything for his but everyone around got a song and dessert. We usually don t do date night cause we have two kids so I tried to make it special and it went terrible. I truly hope I don t get to see that women in there again, but plan to speak with someone higher up tomorrow.

I asked to speak to manager on a Thursday. She replied to a hostess that she was to busy to come over. Bill was 220 for 4 people no alcohol! The food here is really good a bit overrated. Our server was really sweet and helpful. The ladies at check-in seem a little bit lost and confused but overall pretty good. The steak was really good and juicy. I usually get mines medium well . The chicken was dry but everything else was good. Their fried rice was my favorite . No complaints.. we chose to sit at a table because of the weight which is better. If you ve already seen the show, I would definitely sit at a table because that way can be long. Sometimes they let you call ahead of time to reserve a table and sometimes they don t. I guess it s just based off of the crowd they have..

I enjoyed my meal soo much, I ordered so many thing, The Kani puffs were good, I Prefer a but sweeter but it good, I enjoyed the chili sauce that came with for dipping, I also tried the crispy torpedo shrimp, it had shrimp and a cream cheese mixture just like the Kani puffs, I didnt care much for those, the shrimp in it was good. Now 2 of my favs the avocado crab tower this was sooo good. Yall have to try it! It has shrimp chips. I love this! I also ordered the captain crunch roll, I love to order this again also. My daughter ordered a filet mignon, I ordered the steak amd chicken, next time Im ordering filet mignon cut, it was soo tender. I ordered sushi online at 745, got an email saying it would be ready at 830. Went to the bar spent an extra 50+ on drinks. Waited for my food. 910 comes around and my food is still not ready and being baked . They didn t offer anything for the wait. Just said sorry and sushi was 2 hours behind. The bar was good. All other service was horrible.

Here is my honest review. I have been hearing good things about this restaurant, so we decided to order take out. Spent 105.00 before tip, drove 30 minutes to pick it up. They put it in a paper bag and stapled it up, so I decided not to open and make sure it was all there (bad choice). Get home and the fried rice was missing. Ugh, called the restaurant and noone answered. Decided to drive back up there to get the fried rice. They decided to refund me the 6.00 for the fried rice. Food probably would have been good if I was able to eat it when I got it. Reheated filet mignon and shrimp was OK. I was so excited to try their food, what a huge disappointment .
