Came to celebrate a graduation. We had a pleasant meal with family. It was our first time. What attracted us was the byob. I love not having to pay a bottles worth for a glass of wine. And I knew since we were celebrating that our whole table would enjoy some wine. They provide wine glasses and open your bottles. We really enjoyed most of the food (pizzas and lasagnas) except for my Chicken Castellini. The sauce tasted watered down and my dish felt soupy because of the excess amount of sauce. But other than that, everyone else enjoyed their dishes. The prices are pretty fair.I will definitely try to come back.

Came here after a hot day at River Legacy. We got a Stromboli, meatball sub, kids spaghetti, and mozzarella. Everything was delicious! Also happy to learn that a lot of their ingredients are house made/not bought from a major supplier. For example, their jalapeños, which are super spicy, are purchased from a farmer in Fort Worth. They bring them in and pickle them in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

ROACHES! Thats right! ROACHES were dining with us! Freaking ridiculous to pay that much for it to be unsanitary. If I could rate it with 0, I would. Our waiter was sweet but seemed unsurprised when we pointed out the roaches crawling on the walls right next to us! And then when he went to tell someone (just happened to be walking by) the guy seemed MAD at him and asked if I saw them... As if that should matter! When I got back from the restroom, THERE WAS A ROACH ON THE TABLE!!! The company I was with said a lady (manager/owner) went by the table with a napkin asking, Where are they? As if to smash them right there! The waiter came back to give us our bill and ask if we wanted anything to go... UMMM NO!! I dont want to take those things home with me! NO TY!!! And no comp or anything! But she kept saying, Im sorry, we just had them come and spray this morning. And you know they come out when you spray... AS A FREAKING OWNER/MANAGER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT, WHY NOT CLOSE!!! I understand you need to make money, but really? You would rather have your patrons eat in unsanitary conditions than take care of that first and then reopen later! I can only imagine how unclean it must really be for them to have this problem! WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT EITHER! $70 for three people just for that! Thats a NO for me! And for those wondering, the food was not good! We tried something new for the seemingly good reviews, but we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I ve got two boys one is six the other three they love going to the restaurant. They ran over to say hello to the owners and the staff. They always do the same to my boys. I feel like they get the VIP treatment .. but that s is how they treat everyone. This review and recommendation is based on countless dinners at this location and to go orders. It s not just based on one visit or one experience. We have enjoyed many different dishes here some of our favorite are the chicken piccata spaghetti and meat sauce, chicken Alfredo, pepperoni, thin crust pizza there are so many that you can choose. Great mom and pop place. They get pretty busy. I was there on a Sunday morning and the baseball group was there so maybe it was just the day. Servers quickly seated us and got our food orders. This is by far the best restaurant that Ive ever had the pleasure of dining in. Incredible, fresh food with huge portions, all while having several great options cheaper than any combo meal at a fast food joint. I have seen this restaurant for many years and never went in because I was always passing through on Randol Mill. But I always said to myself I have to try them. Now I am upset at myself because I never stop until today. When I tell you this family owned restaurants that has been here for 30 plus years is the best pasta and pizza place I have been too EVER. Carlis customer service is exceptional, I havnt seen this type of best customer service in years and years. The owner she was just as polite and nice. It was good to see the owner because you dont see that anymore. My whole experience was so pleasant from the time I walk in to the time I walked out the door. I normally order from Romas in Lancaster texas. But theyre under new ownership and the quality of food has drastically changed in the quality. So I looked into ordering from Monis and Google said they close at 9:30 on a sunday. So I placed an order through my slice app three Pizza pies and a cannoli. My husband went out to get the . He arrived by 8:22 p.m. and saw the gentleman was closed up by 8:00 p.m. he was waiting on my husband with the pizzas ready. I just want to say thank you for doing that. I really appreciate you making the pizzas even though you were closing up. You could have denied the order and closed up and went home. Wonderful dining, both Moni and Mama make you feel like you are at home and will do whatever it takes for you to have a pleasant visit with them. Their children and additional staff provide service representing the restaurant with favorable mannerism. My wife and her mother have been coming here for years and I hope to keep coming back for as long as I can. Did I mention that the food is incredibly delicious! No picture, but trust me the Calzone with sausage and pepperoni is the chefs kiss. The marinara sauce thats paired with it has that homemade feel...the food gives you a warm and cozy feel.

We normally love the food here and have recommended to many. Today we went in around 3:30, there were only 3 other tables of people there. When we walked in, there was a girl up front straightening the menus and completely ignored us an walked away. A young gentleman approached us to seat us. He took the menus and tossed them over a ledge to a table around the corner and said there and then he went and sat down at a table and was on his phone. We sat for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged so we got up and left. We won t go back.

Most delicious Italian crisp with memories mixed in with the food. Beyond a doubt a definite stop in time as much as it is an experience. And the sauce is a ringer for authentic and rustic base of what it means to be Italian.

A quaint little place hidden in a strip center. Don t let the outside fool you. The service was excellent and the food wonderful. I had the chicken Castellini and it was supreme. My wife had the sausage with peppers and she loved it. We added a piece of tiramisu to Go.

GIVE THIS A TRY! The reviews don t lie. Never been here before but went in on a Saturday night at 9 PM. Friendly staff sat us right away, brought water and break quickly, and was very attentive. Our orders were delicious - seriously like really good Italian food, and that s coming from someone who lived in Chicago and has family in New York - I ve had a lot of pasta in my time. The Leonardo was exceptional. Plus, it s BYOB with NO CORKAGE FEE! You can t beat that. Will certainly return. Loved Moni s !

We love this place! Probably the best Italian food in Arlington. Our favorite dish is the rigatoni vodka. They were even able to host our large family dinner with no issues. It is a staple of Arlington cuisine.

Great homely atmosphere. Amazing food. Never had a dish i didnt absolutely love. The staff are very attentive, and welcoming. If your are going later in the evening i would recommend calling in a reservation if they are available due how popular it is. All around wonderful place to enjoy a meal, and the company you bring.

We tried this place yesterday and it was GREAT! Soon as you enter, the aroma of the food makes your stomach growl. We only tried the pizza and cheesy garlic bread and loved it. Will be back to try other things on the menu. We went on a Tuesday around 6pm and it was pretty full. I love that you can bring your own wine. It s a family restaurant and they all are very kind.

THE FIRST BITE WILL WOO YOU Ive been eating pizza for most of my 75 yrs. Monis has the best for miles! We live in North FW and there are dozens of Pizza places between us and Monis, (most of which weve tried), but theyre all passed over, both logistically and in the Cullinary sense, by Monis. It is worth the drive. Heres the rub: Im pretty sure Monis other dishes rank just as high as the pizza but I may never try them cuz I cant quit eating their Pizza! The Atmosphere is as authentic as the fare: Murals of famous Italian Celebs; Sinatra and other Crooners your mood-music; Voices, like the savory smells, wafting Italian from the kitchen,..its the real deal. The Waitstaff are pretty amazing too. Its like they are psychic; coming-round at just the right time with impeccable bearing and promptness. Wrapping up, Ill simply comment that your Dining Experience here will be excellent and will not damage your budget. I would follow with photos but the Pizza wouldnt be still long enough to capture an image. Enjoy!

The most flavorful Italian food I have ever had! However, I have never been to Italy, but I am sure Monis is just as good. Support this local, family run business! Be prepared to wait for a table, but soooo worth it! As of Sept 2023, closed on Mondays.
