We had an absolutely amazing time for my daughters birthday. The staff was OUTSTANDING! I can not speak highly enough of how well the staff did. Very very helpful, very hands on and kept us caught up on what all the next moves were. I got to really enjoy my kids birthday with her. I highly recommend birthday parties here!!!!

Fantastic place to host a party for a child. There are caveats, though. They keep a train-schedule-like strict timetable for their parties. An hour and 45 minutes, and it seems that they have the activities timed specifically. The interior is a little dingy, but not too bad. Theyre only open to the public on weekdays, and host private parties from open to close on Saturday and Sunday. Once you get past the caveats, the kids absolutely loved playing here. Lots of bounce house style attractions, tall slides, and plenty of stuff to make small children want to come back for more. I cant speak to the cost of having them host your childs party, but theyre pretty organized, and cover most everything but the cake from my understanding.

Fun for kids AND adults! Took my preschooler here for a friend s birthday party a few weeks ago. The bounce houses are well maintained and clean - they have multiple bounce rooms/zones and the staff are good at keeping everyone moving through the different areas on schedule for a party (The staff was younger and were a little unprepared/lost when it came to actually being the hosts in the party room the few that were assigned our friends party were somewhat timid & shy - if you have a party be prepared to have their *help- but still orchestrate everything yourself.)

Visited for a birthday party & both my 5 & 7 year olds had a blast. There were lots of different inflatables to play on, 2 different rooms with different options. Staff was tentative to the kids using hand sanitizer when changing rooms and were very helpful & friendly. Liked that the party had each room to themselves for a period of time.

Whew chile... went here for a childs bday party. N before I even arrived my spirit wasnt right. First off, the navigation directions were wrong and took me to the wrong area. Second, the place was filthy. The party room floor was sticky and my brand new shoes were getting stuck to the floor. The bathroom smelled atrocious and I dont know what that was about. Third, the place is a bit outdated and ran down. I shouldve known by the location something was up. The carpet was worn and visibly dirty. You expect children to remove their shoes but your carpet looks a mess. The equipment was old and dirty and definitely could use replacing. So I can only assume no one had sanitized a thing. And given the small space, theres only a few pieces anyways. Sorry guys, but its time for an update no shade. And lastly, for those interested in parties. Dont do it! Its a ghetto hot mess! Ive never seen such dysfunction! They hv party pros which is nice but they are a bit of a waste imo. Your child will only get about an hour of jump time. The other 45 mins will be in the party room. I personally dont like the fact that my time would be sooo highly scheduled. Our party pro was nice enough but when it was time to open gifts, she proceeded to hand a 5 year old gifts to open without warning. People didnt even get to see their gifts opened. Other children started playing with his gifts because as he opened them he just threw them anywhere. His mother remarked jokingly, wow I dont know who gifted what. I think she was trying to make light of the situation. Then she later stated, 5 year old parties are brutal, to which I responded, eh... not really, signed a former event planner. N maybe its me and Im biased due to my background but for the amount of money ur spending I would expect sooo much more. This was prob one of the worst kid party experiences Ive ever been to.

Could not recommend this place enough, this was our second time coming here. We have been both a guest now and hosted my son s 8th birthday! Both times were amazing, the staff was so helpful, and it s very affordable. They do the party favors, pizza, sing, and pass out cake for you! I barely had to lift a finger and the staff was so excellent. Definitely have your kid s party here! You won t regret it.

Today was our first time there and we had our daughters 12th. This place was awesome and I only gave it 4 bcz I wish they had more stuff in the rooms. One thing I ABSOLUTELY loved is that we had the rooms all to ourselves!! No other kids or adults to fight with over the inflatables . My 2 year old also had a blast! And a definite shout out to Mr. Jims pizza! Havent had that since I was a kid! All 5 of our party hosts did an amazing job unfortunately I cant remember any of their names . Would definitely probably go back again!

I had my son s 8th birthday here today. After I attended a birthday party at the one in Houston and saw how nice and clean it was, I was eager to have my son s birthday here. Setting up the party to check in was very smooth and the coordinator did a nice job getting the kids from room to room. However, for the exorbitant price, I expected the place at least be clean. There is no disinfecting the bounce houses between parties. Only in the party room did I see cleaning going on after the party was over. There was a noticeable smell in the first room, like sweat and old carpet and speaking of the carpet, it looked like it hadn t been vacuumed in several days. The bathroom was dirty with a hole in the wall and a diaper on the floor. Party wise, I felt like the kids had an amazing time and didn t notice the dinginess of the place but I did. I suggest taking a little more time to clean thoroughly at the end of each day to make the experience nicer. Otherwise I had no complaints.

Pump It Up is pretty straightforward for a kids party place. They go through two bounce rooms and then to the refreshment room for food and presents. No worrying about your kid running out or getting lost amongst strangers; its just your party group in the rooms. The party hosts are great! For those with celiac or gluten sensitivity, a gluten-free pizza (with precautions against cross-contamination) is offered at this location at least! It is recommended to have the glow in the dark option added... just because without it, you can see evidence of all the bubble parties that have happened, and you can definitely feel it. Which, Im struggling not to give just four stars because of the lack of cleanliness. Then again, are any kids places doing a regular good cleaning?

I took my daughter to her friends birthday party and the front desk associate, named Anna, was very rude. When I tried to get her attention, and I did speak to her respectfully, she said I heard you. She said it in such a condescending tone and she only looked at me for a brief second to answer my questions. She answered my questions in a monotone voice as well. I will never book here again. I was looking forward to celebrating my daughters 3rd birthday but unfortunately the GM and the staff gave a bad experience. Before booking, I specifically called to see if dates were flexible once I book due to work and some party confirmations. Employee mentioned I can change dates 7 days prior to actual party so i booked once I knew the actual date. I asked about changing times, and how that worked. She never mentioned anything about a fee. The fee only applied to the 7 days. General manager calls me back saying i basically lied and the employee knows better to say something like that. The communication is horrible and unorganized. This location needs better management and staffing. I arrived on the date of the party with my own decorations because it was a certain theme, expecting them to set everything up as it was included in the package. When it was time to go to the party room, half the decorations weren t put up and the ice cream cake was half melted. We didn t even get the chance to sing happy birthday. I was so disappointed how they handled it. After leaving and we all walked to the car, my brother ran in there for something and came back telling methe manager was still talking about me and saying I wish she would . Again, I will not be booking here again.

I would NOT recommend this place for a birthday party. I had my daughters 3rd birthday party here on September 2, 2023 from 3:30pm to 5:15pm and it was definitely not worth the money. The whole party was rushed. When I arrived at Pump It Up, I thought it was going to be a good experience. When we got in the first bounce house room, it seemed like it was a going to be fun. The first bounce house my party entered, there was a pacifier and another object left behind by the last group. This tells me that they are not thoroughly cleaning after each group leaves. Another problem is there were notable holes in a few of the bounce houses. Also, when you book your party it is supposed to be 100% private, but there were two people (at seperate times) who opened the door from the second bounce house room and entered the area where my party group were at. They were only passing though to exit, but they should have went around the other way and should not have been allowed to enter our room. This is one of the perks of having a private party. At 4:00pm, the party host had us enter the second bounce house room and right away you notice how dirty the floor is. As you walk on the floor it is sticky, especially below where the bubbles come from. The giant slide steps were very slippery and like two of them are loose and needs repair. Also, the air hockey machine was out of order. At 4:30ish, my party was instructed to enter the party room. When we arrived, one of the party hosts has hand sanitizer and offering it to everyone. Personally, I would like for everyone to be able to actually wash their hands, especially after playing in the bounce houses, but there isnt enough time to do that. Once we sat down, one party host brings out the cake and we sing happy birthday to my daughter. Then they start passing out pizza to the children and adults right after. Then we get drinks and cake afterwards. When passing out the pizza, drinks, and cake there is only one party host passing out these out to each person, which took up a lot of time. If anyone wanted seconds, members of my party did so themselves. During the time in the party room, one host continued to tell us what we can and cannot do. Because we only have 45 minutes in the party room, the hosts continued to give us the option to do something, like passing out ice cream and opening presents, but inferred that we might not have time. After our time was up in the party room, it felt like they are rushing us out the door. They literally had everything on carts waiting for you in the lobby after your 45 minutes has expired. Because they literally rushed the party, they didnt even hand out the goodie bags that was included in my party package (Ultimate 10). I think this place has potential to be a great place for parties, but need major improvements. First thing, the amount of time provided for the party is not enough. This place has to adjust the party time to at least two full hours and stop booking parties back to back. This allows time to actually wash our hands, eat properly, and enjoy ourselves in the party room. I understand that this is a business, but it shouldnt come at the expense of customers dissatisfaction. I truly believe this place is losing money by not having customers return. Another thing to improvement is the conditions of the bounce houses and rooms. The bounce houses need repairs and the floors need cleaning, specifically in the second room. Also, make sure each party is fully private. Its posted all on your website that its 100% private, but I had people coming from room two to room one to get to the lobby. When my group was moving on to room two, the door from the lobby to room one was wide open with people waiting at the door. Bounce houses are fun, but the whole party was rush. I felt like I could have booked a party elsewhere and received a better experience. Please make the changes I have suggested for future customers because you will lose them as you have done with me.

August 2023 Update: I revisited this location to see if things had improved during the summer. The manager or owner definitely is trying to make improvements. I was informed that the carpets were cleaned. No urine odor to be smelled but still some odor. I guess it s to be expected in a children s entertainment venue. The owner/manager informed me that they were getting new inflatables and they were definitely making space from what I observed. I wish they had a really good air filtration system. Maybe it would help. But my kids really enjoy visiting this place and the price is worth it. Plus the owner/manager is really trying to maintain and improve this place. And I really appreciate that. Two extra stars for effort and fun times. May 2023 review: We ve been coming to this location for a few years cause our kids enjoy the slides. It s fun for them and there s always other kids here that they can play with. However, the condition of some of the equipment and the odor is less than desirable. There s tears in the equipment that haven t been patched up. But the most offensive thing is the odor. One room smells like feet and the other smells distinctly of urine. Both are strong odors that hit you immediately when entering these rooms. They should have cleaned these rooms before the summer break from school.

We went to your pump it up this morning for open jump from 10 to 11:30. We had three families four adults and seven kids. The children enjoyed themselves and had a really nice time. My main concerns are no employees were walking around in either rooms and kids were running behind inflatables and jumping over the electrical cords and blowers by the walls...The young guy only came in one of the rooms when there was only 10 mins left before jump time was over to let the kids know they had ten more mins.

Really great birthday experience for my twins 5th birthday. Everyone had a blast! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful and attentive. Im so pleased with this experience and will recommend to everyone. My only suggestion is that they hang command strips or have something a birthday banner can be hung on. I had a birthday banner for my kids, was told it could not be hung on the wall but they could secure it to the table.. well they did not put it on the table, a minor thing but would have liked for the extra decor. Overall this was a wonderful experience, my kids and their guests had an absolute blast. Would definitly do this again!!

The young lady at the front desk was personable, super kind, and accommodating. Our party team was top-tier! Jordan and crew were simply the best! They even accommodated my extra and changed over the standard party decor to our party theme without hesitation and within a blink of an eye! Staff is very helpful and makes it special for the birthday child. You provide the cake and candles, and they provide everything else for a packaged fee. Tons of space to host a big party. There are plenty of inflatables to bounce on. I purchased the glow party pack for my childs birthday, and it was a hit (glowsticks, lazers, music). There are 2 rooms of inflatables each you get a set amount. The only thing I wish was that both the rooms were glow themed. The first half was just the bounce experience. Kids were a bit confused about that expecting it, but they still had an amazing time. Would recommend!

The company is cool, indoor bounce house with like 4 or 5 giant bounce houses per room. But the people working there make it a full experience that is well worth the price. I went to a location in San antonio and the workers obviously did not want to be there. Here in Arlington the workers were so engaged with the kids and parents in order make the party seemless and super fun!

First time here for a child s birthday- I hadn t heard of this place and not having paid for the visit, it was a great experience. When a party is booked it is literally just the kids in your party in each area which was awesome! Staff were young but very helpful and when someone from another party wondered in our room, they politely asked them to return to their group. 30 minutes in each area then lastly to the party room for pizza, drinks and a cake if brought in. Only 4 stars due to the room with the bubble machine- which was cool but it made a mess on the floor which was not so good. Would highly recommend for a birthday party.

Let me start by saying this is one of my sons favorite places to go. He has a blast! And we have been going for years. Unfortunately, things just seem to keep going down hill (especially the last few months). Almost all the bounce house have rips and holes, the carpet in the second room is STICKY and it seems like feet and mildew from all the bubble parties and never being able to dry out, and there is dirt EVERYWHERE. We are talking inch thick dust on chairs and in corners. The paint on the walls is cracked and there was actually kids drawings on them this time. Benches held together with duct tape. I cant remember the last time I was here and saw an employee cleaning. Today one was actually sitting in the massage chair. Some fresh paint, a vacuum, and pulling up that mildew carpet would go so far! This time last year I was thinking I would book my sons summer birthday here. Today I had to tell him thats not happening, because I would honestly be embarrassed to bring other parents here. Really disappointing to see.

It was fun with family and friends and staff were friendly and helpful to an extent but I did not fully enjoy the experience because: 1. The play area looks old and dingy. There is a particular smell in the 2nd play area. Maybe a wet rug that has never dried. 2. The play structures are not visually appealing and arranged well. 3. I felt rushed through the whole process. I believed that when I paid for that slot I could do whatever I wanted in my party room but that was not the case. The room wasnt mine until the play time had been exhausted. And then eventually when we got in they kept telling us what we could and couldnt do. I know youre in it for profit but please not at the expense of the customer experience. Considering the price for a Deluxe 20, I felt I overpaid for the experience. Youre overbooked and so there isnt any wee room to extend a party for even a few minutes. Would not recommend for now.

I ll give two starts just because of not having to worry about settling up or cleaning after but It wasn t worth the money I paid for my daughters party . It felt super rushed and workers weren t even coordinating in the bounce houses . If I m paying that amount I don t want to rush my daughter to eat her cake and pizza one worker even asked did I want to wait to have her open her gifts at home. Also was told by a worker if kids didn t show up at the party then they would reduce the price and when I went to pay they told me the price couldn t be reduced. Wouldn t recommend this place .

Awesome party idea, they took care of making sure everything went through smoothly. Although I wish we had more than 1hr 45min. I wish I would ve known you could purchase extra time. The only reason they don t get 5 stars is because I paid for the glow in the dark and only 1 black light was working which made the room extra dark and we had many toddlers running around. Other than that, the staff was super helpful and sweet. Would recommend for anyone s kid party!

One of the perks, if u have a bday party here the staff will take pics of the kids and adults, they then put together a slideshow while eating. My son loves to have his birthday parties here. We ve been doing it for years! This year I feel like the wear and tear of the building and inflatables are showing. The inflatables aren t holding air like they should be. The music in the first room wasn t working. The air didn t seem to work in the second room. The floors are super sticky. The glow room was more like the lights off room with one or two areas where a black light was present and then moving light/lasers. The kids working were helpful and put forth some effort. I hope they decide to put more money and thought into the location soon or they ll be losing return customers.

Its ok for a party. Wearhouse full of bounce houses. Loud music and kids left to run around wild. Some of the houses were not well inflated when we went and some were old and cracked. No real coordinators there to help organize the kids to play games or anything. If you dont have a space in the yard for a bounce house this is a good substitute but for a larger party for the price. Its a quick in and out.

Was invited to a birthday party here yesterday and the service was amazing! Greeted with a smile sent to the proper area and given great instructions. The icing on the. Cake to my experience was the young man who noticed my son was signing and went out of his way to communicate using his ASL with my son. Im not good at showing gratitude but I definitely felt it. Well kids had fun last night for my granddaughters 9th birthday party. I has some issue with staffs. They seem unprepare for us...such as they didnt see our granddaughter name reserve but few minutes later they found it. During party in the room, staffs did pretty good but one of them didnt stay whole time while kids want more drink and more pizza. They went out of the room for while when th kids eat and drink...im not surprise one of staff didnt do for us. We end up do the staff job as to pour kids more drink and finally staff came back and pass our more pizza to kids. Then birthday cake time, when staff light the all candles but one she didnt even light one in the middle (the one is for sparkly pop) and staff told my daughter about it didnt do anything even staff didnt light it...shame on staff. Im not happy with staffs. They suppose to host the party whole time in the party room.....its need more improvements... im glad all kids had fun to play and jumps around in dark room....
