They mixed up my twins in the composite pictures that I put in 2 different color shirts in 2 different classes to keep it from happening. But, were very prompt and respectful to fix it. Made for a good laugh and silly memory later, but when one is paying 20 per sheet, it is a little bothersome.

Why does our school system even use this place? Is it just a curse that school photos always have to be bad? Then I have to pay for them before I ever see them. Also, who in the world wants 8x10s or wallets anymore? Yet they are included in every package. Thanks for making my special kindergartener s graduation pictures look like she was asleep.

Sons eyes are half closed in the pics I just received. Hes 10 and looks stoned. SMH. I emailed western photo and asked if they can retake the pic. I will update my review to 5 stars if they do. We are a low income family, despite me working 24/7. We really couldnt afford to buy these pics in the 1st place so I really hope they fix it

My daughters photo was the wrong pose, and I ask for the correct image, and they printed it the same day and took it to the school. The reply was prompt, concise, and very professional. I appreciate the pictures and how quickly the issue was corrected. I am very happy they will be doing more photos for my daughter in the future.

Only gave one star because we have to give something. Our district uses Western Photo for their school pictures. My daughter had retakes and they lost the retakes but kept the one with her eyes closed. My son just recently had his senior pictures and they are absolutely horrible and I would not spend a dime on them.

Received our photos today and really regret buying 2 packages of school pics from them. There s glare all over my sons face from the flash and he wore a diamond lions head pendant on a gold chain and the pendant was cropped out. So unless you want pictures that look like state issued I.D. photos; I d say don t waste your money on these guys.

Im giving it five stars because they were able to quickly get my son in for senior pics on the same day appointment. However in 2020 they did not get two of my kids in the yearbook however they did make it up which we did not collect because there was nothing to do about it

My son s first school year pictures were initially lost in September. I got someone else s pictures. They never arrived at the school so I had to follow up with Western photo. Never got a call back from them when they found the pictures. My son is very photogenic but his first retakes needed to be done. Retakes NEVER came in November. I once again had to call Western photo. When I arrived to pick up his retakes, the originals were printed and his retakes couldn t be found on the main computer. They had to look at another computer to find the m. Now they are reprinting them.Its December. And throwing in 2 free 5x7. Ugh...this whole process has been so frustrating. And throughout the whole time, no apologies were made till the very end

Great experience, pictures were not delivered. Not the school or Western Photos fault. Linda answered the phone and she walked the problem back until she found the reason why. She helped explain how we could make sure this would not happen in the future and started the process to reprint the pictures to make sure I got them. Thank you, went above and beyond.

Photos for Senior Pics were very fast it felt very rushed. In 2017 Randall High used Prestige Portraits and they were great we had several different poses and the photographer took his time and paid attention to detail, the experience was great. With Western Photo It felt very sit down, flash flash flash done. Not much care went into the pics.

They take pictures for my sons school (like many others Im sure) and two years in a row they have messed up my photo order, causing me to have to pay extra for the photos. I have to call and explain the problem of receiving what looks like 50 photos of one child, and 10 of the other. I order the same package for both kids, I called the store personally to make the order too! When I called to tell them Im missing photos from my order, she told me they actually printed extra copies of one, so I got those sheets complimentary! She told me they accidently put me down for two packages on one child, but was trying to cover up their mistake by saying they had given me extra sheets of photos. Then when I asked for the manager, she said the owner was there, Dave, and he couldnt come to the phone and she would take a message, I could hear him telling her to get the message - so why couldnt he just answer my complaint? It has been 3 days, no returned call and they charged my card an extra $24 for pictures! I told them this is the second time (last year the same EXACT thing happened) this has occurred and I was very upset and would not be buying the school photos if they continue to use western photo! They obviously do NOT care about their customers or the service they should provide us. AND the pictures arent even that good! Im no pro, and can do better than these people-my son had longer hair last year and they didnt bother to say move that hair before snapping his picture and sending him off! I even did retake and it wasnt any better, very disappointed in paying that much for something I dont even want, or want to hand out. (And I have beautiful sons I love to show off, thats just how bad they take photos!)

This place has the market on school pictures in this area. I was a bit surprised when I had to pay for a photo package up front before pictures were even taken. I didnt get to look at a few and choose may favorite and then decide what I was going to order. He had a weird hair thing that could have easily been smoothed out, but I guess no one took the time to fix it. Bottomline I didnt care for the photo. I would order again if there was a class photo with the teacher and the school in the background. Those are my favorite photos from childhood. Since it is only a subpar headshot, I will just go with family photos every year.
