The pizza is great! However every time I order thru DoorDash they cancel my order which makes me not want to order from them again! So annoying. Updating review: The owners response stating the $10 order... our orders are consistently over $10 and still get cancelled, we have receipts and there is no $10 anywhere. Very poor response as that was not true.

We had ordered several super-large pizza pies for our office luncheon. Apart from the pricing being more economical than other pizza places the flavor and taste was awesome. We ordered through Door Dash, and amazed. I wanted a bite of pizza and some lasagna. We each ordered a slice, and shared the lasagna. The slice feeds 2 easily. My goodness, the ingredients are fresh, crust is amazing, and lasagna is better than what I make. That lasagna comment was hard to type, but I have to admit it. I make great lasagna, but this one hits differently. Pizza was thin, crispy, fresh toppings, and fast delivery. We will definitely be back. Id type more, but my pizza is getting cold.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I have had. The crust is not too thick and the specialty pizzas are really good. The sauces used are really delicious and that makes the pizza quite different. Ordered from Emily s tonight. I ordered delivery on line. They use in a 3rd party delivery service. That charges $7.00 to deliver. I reached out at 6:15, my pizza still wasn t here. I was told by Slice (We apologize for the inconvenience, we see through the delivery company that the driver has marked it as delivered , because we have contradicting information we will need to cancel the order , We went ahead and canceled the order along with the charge) I called Emily s and the gentleman told me, they made it and it was picked up . A hidden gem in the Allen area! Pizzas are tasty and the customer service is amazing! Most of the time the owner is there cooking the food and greeting the customers. The food is good, but it seems to be one of those places that is heavily reliant on online ordering systems like Slice. Online ordering is good and convenient, but its nice to be able to call a place as well. After placing an order I realized I forgot one item, so I tried to call to see if I could add the item. The phone just rang and rang. I eventually called Slice, and they got through to the restaurant. I was told that they were busy and stopped taking orders, which I thought was weird since it was only 6:30 PM. Anyway, the food arrived and was good, but I was unable to correct my mistake. Its just frustrating because with a 60 second phone call, I could have either added the item, or found out that they cant do that and cancelled to order from somewhere else. Instead I spent 30 minutes calling trying to correct my mistake instead of spending time with family that was in town. So yes, the food is good. But I would say that the business is a little odd/flakey.

This is a one man operation, and he does one heck of a job! The slices really are the biggest, anywhere. One is all you need, but buy 2 anyway to support the business! This would be the perfect pizza if there was just a little more dough for the crust for taste, but also i feel like the crust on full size pizzas comes out overcooked, but not so on the slices. However it is still the best pizza joint i have tried so far in the McKinney Frisco Allen area. Update: Emilys is now my go to pizza joint. It has been difficult to order via apps, slice, or menufy. They will say the restaurant can not take orders. So call or just go there during their normal business hours if you run into this issue.

1. The service here is amazing. I placed my order online and they called me to confirm everything came across correctly. 2. What a hidden gem! I m new around the Allen area and wanted some really good pizza. I researched on Google and Emily s Italian Bistro was the very first restaurant to pop up. First off, they were 5 stars so that was a major plus and reading the reviews I had to try this place. WOW... This is some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. Ordering was super easy through google. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how classically clean the restaurant was decorated. The kitchen is completely open and visible to everyone walking in. They had one of their 30 inch pizzas in the display case. That thing was huge. If you want to make an impression then that is the way to go. The staff was extremely friendly. When I got home and looked in the boxes I was amazed. First off the weight is heavy. The crust is thin and crisp. Not soggy like you find so many times. And the vegetables you can tell they are fresh from market. If you need a new favorite pizza place then this is it. We will be back for more.

Found this place by a flyer on my door and figured, why not? Ordered their meatball parm sandwich lunch meal. The thing was massive and unashamedly I admit I ate every last bite. It was delicious and the bread was crunchy in all the right places. I will order it again!
