To start, the lady taken our order doesn t listen very well. Had to repeat the order multiple times and we both told her that we are eating here, but they still packed our order to go. After sitting down and unpack our food, I had to build my super nachos. Things have changed here for the worse. The chips for my nachos were very close to stale and the shredded cheese is different. Casa use to have the best cheese. Soft track was good and the food was hot. My wife paid extra for black olives and there was literally 7 of them on her chilada, which now by the way is smaller than it used to be to be. Unfortunately this is the closest one to us, but it has definitely changed. It s not the worse place, but seems to heading that direction.

Big Man in the drive-through is always awesome. He is a model employee. I ve often thought about borrowing him from you guys :) besides providing superior service , none of my employees would dare step out of line with him as their supervisor.. I have been here a few times in the afternoon and service was pretty decent, but I expected more from the morning crew. Food was good but Ive had a couple of run-ins with a woman there my past couple times. If something is wrong and you tell her she will disagree with you and argue with you. I asked one of the employees who she was and they said that was the manager. She is not friendly and definitely does not handle customer service issues correctly. Taco Casa will be losing a lot of customers if this manager doesnt ship up her service skills and understand you dont argue with the customers or make dirty looks at them. I dont think Ill take my business to this particular establishment.

Taco casa best fast food Tex-Mex in Dallas metro in my opinion. Ive been here three or four times usually around 9:00 p.m. its typically three employees and an empty lobby maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru if theyre lucky. Unfortunately every time I come to this Taco casa I do not feel welcomed and I feel that Im not wanted here. Im guessing because its so late but thats no good. Very rarely in my life I have found napkin holders and restaurants with zero napkins

I love Taco Casa and typically dont ever have issues or complaints regarding them. The tostada shell was soggy, Casa delights bag was barely half full. When asked, I clearly declined any hot sauce yet there mustve been a dozen packets in my bag. What a waste as I totally just throw them away.

I ve been here numerous times and tried over and over..It s not every worker just the manager that s the face of the company that is horrible, for the ones that do see this I apologize you know if your doing an okay job or not I have little expectations on fast food I ve served so I understand how things can be and how sometimes you can t control it This taco casa is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to, I m a huge fan of the taco casa corporation and what it stand for but this place is so bad it makes you wish you had just never went in the first place if you don t believe me you can read through some more reviews at the bottom and even there bland generic responses by the moderator on here are off putting I truly hope this place gets closed down I don t ever feel welcome, and especially with the new Melissa location being so incredible.. if you live close just drive further for taco casa this ones not worth the risk of making you dislike one of your favorite places HORRIBLE

Went through drive thru. Got home, 15 minute drive, to discover they made items wrong and forgot items. One of two items they forgot they didn t charge for. I had to drive 15 minutes back to the store for them to remake the items they made wrong, which one including items my wife ordered without as she is allergic to it. They then inform me they cannot make and provide the $4.50 item they never charged us for as we didn t pay for it. My response was you can make it for us if you choose too but you are choosing not too. You agree, as well as I agree, that there is misunderstanding in the drive thru but yet my hour long trip to the store and home twice for your mistake on the food isn t enough for you to make it right by providing a $4.50 item that should of been charged and provided to us to begin with? Bad employees and bad management at this store!

I just finished eating my Taco Casa meal that I purchased through the drive-through, and my initial feeling is that I want to pour bleach down my throat to get the awful aftertaste out. I ordered the super nachos, because the display photo showed a pristine platter of amazing-looking nachos. The photo is a lie, my friends. It is not served on a pristine platter, at all. The truth is, it is served in two large Styrofoam containers, one containing an enormous amount of very hard chips and warm cheese, the other container contains an assortment of refried beans, tomatoes, sour cream, and something that is meant to pass as ground beef. Try satisfyingly mixing this concoction while sitting in your small SUV, containers in your lap. Doing so will make you frown. Oh, how I wish Taco Casa served those nachos like they were displayed. As for the aftertaste? Pardon me while I go induce massive vomiting.

This restaurant somehow surpasses my expectations of mediocre when it comes to cheap Mexican/Tex-Mex foods. While cheaper than average (especially on Tuesdays), youre in for the subject of what one would think resembles tacos and burritos. I would say the idea of tacos and burritos, but even I can imagine something more tasteful. Every food item Ive had here has been bland. I even tried their spicy options to find next to no difference. Ive also tried their nachos, and theyre not so much chips as they are bland tortilla strips. You come here for cheap food, but not anything good by a long shot.

Stand alone restaurant with ample parking. Order at the counter, give them your name, and they shout it out when your order is ready. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bun on the chili burger was rather soggy. The meat was not very flavorful. Tacos were pretty good. Good place for a quick bite but not as good as some other local fast food Mexican restaurants.

I have been coming to this location for years, it was always great food and service until the previous owner sold the location. Since then the quality and customer service has been abysmal as seen in multiple reviews. I decided to write to Taco Casa corporate about my complaints and received a curt response saying I was welcome to never return. And as an icing on the cake the owner blamed the residents of Allen for being lazy and only complaining about work. Email response: We received your email regarding Taco Casa in Allen. I m sorry that you feel we are not upholding Taco Casa standards and have been doing worse than the previous ownership. The old ownership declared bankruptcy and was not able to run a successful business. If I had not purchased this location, there wouldn t be a Taco Casa in Allen today. This is an independently owned franchise and I cannot be fired. I have single handedly increased the sales and it s far from a ghost town. I have very loyal customers who think our customer service and food is great. I admit we aren t perfect but which location is? You ll find faults wherever you go and we re doing the best we can. If you choose not to return to my location, you re more than welcome not to. Other customers will continue to enjoy our food. This location won t go into new management anytime soon. Unless you are able to provide constructive feedback which we can use to make our business better and improve service, your feedback doesn t help anyone. We have been struggling to find employees to work. Just realized Ive gone through the Drive thru 3x in February, odered the exact same thing each time (tostada, bean burrito, frijoles and a small coke with extra ice) and each time its been a different price! This is my second time going to this location after the gym. The first time I order the Taco lite. Tonight I order Taco lite and bean burrito. The older Manager was mopping in the area of where the preparation of the food is, he stopped and proceeded to make my food without even washing hands and putting on gloves. I said that is nasty, unsanitary and a violation and you needed to wash your hands and put new gloves on. He yelled and lied to me said it was for him which twa true. I told him I didn t want him touching my food because that s the second time that happened. So the young man at the register switch gloves and made my order. When I got home I called back up there and request for the manager name the young man said he was the manger but I said the older man that I need his name because I m reporting him. Anyway this is awareness because someone could get sick by him not doing his part. Serving customers with dirty gloves smh. Update 12:24am went to bed and woke up vomiting for over 30min now of what I order 2 hrs ago smh tacos where the only thing I had in my stomach besides a smoothie. I will be reaching out to the store or general manager / corporate office and public health dept. I think the store need to be inspected.

Taco Casa is a standard franchise taco shop catering to Americanized taste buds (Tex Mex). It meets the expectations of a fast food shop serving decent ground beef crispy tacos. Two minor quips: 1) the meat is seasoned with a bit more salt than I would have liked 2) the taco shells were not completely as crispy as I would have liked (there was a bit of chewiness to them that are not typically associated with crispy taco shells). Overall, this fast food taco shop is on par with the Taco Bells and Taco Buenos of the world. There are very few subtle differences between the three of them that are hardly noticeable to the general population.

Taco Casa has always been my go-go for fast food! This order I just received from GrubHub is horrible!! I did not get my extras, the order was late and my taco looks like they forgot to add the filling! Never using this location again!

We have ordered this exact meal from them several times and today it was absolutely horrible. We paid extra for extra cheese, meat and tomatoes. This is all we got for the entire nachos. Nothing else!!! This is insane!!!

I absolutely love this place! Because of the pandemic, their Workforce has never been back up to full strength. Despite that handicap, those that are employed here work tirelessly to deal with the incredible volume of orders. Your work is seen and appreciated, yall! I just dont understand why you would choose this place over Taco Bell. First time trying it today. Disgusting. No combos. Food was disgusting (Beef burrito, nachos). How do you mess up nacho cheese? It was too gross. Stay away
