Do not order online! People are stealing food from the machine that stores online orders. They are pushing and scraping on the doors like rabid animals to steal food. Call in or order food in person instead. Embarrassing. Apparently, its been an ongoing issue at this store. Big inconvenience.

Great system to pick up your pizza. Simple to order. A little expensive when you add a lot of toppings. The specials did not really appeal to my family. Too bad. UPDATE 2024 August 11. I went in expecting to get a hot and ready thin crust, just like advertised in a big sign above the cash register. I was told we dont have any. All we have are regular pepperoni hot and ready. I have been buying here quite often and enjoy the hot and ready but this is a good way to lose my business. Btw...I had tried to order online but it said the site could not take my credit card, that I needed to phone in my order. I dont use my phone anymore. It sounds like this restaurant needs a little help before they go out of business.

The manager at the Wylie location on Hwy 78 gets your order wrong and she argues with you about her mess ups. She needs to be fired!!! Her favorite response is thats what you ordered. The news media needs to be notified and investigate this disrespectful Hispanic woman. She is unfit to manage a pizza place. Im going to share with everyone not to go to this location.

On 06/26/2024 we arrived at the little Cesar s in Wylie tx on 430 N HWY. When initially ordered 3 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Once checked out (no, the person at the front counter did not verify our order before checkout.) we realized that our pizzas were incorrect as we looked at saw 2 combination sausage/ pepperoni pizzas. The employee went to go get their (presumed) manager who was wearing an orange boat hat and a braid and she came to figure out the situation. She had an I couldn t care less attitude from jump. The manager informed us she would have to refund the ticket and ring us up for a new order ,but that the refund would take 2-3 days which we did not have the money for (at this time she did NOT start preparing our CORRECT order.) We let her help another customer and then my wife returned to the counter to continue trying to figure out a solution. When up there The manager caught an attitude because my wife had asked if we could take the mess ups plus a pepperoni to compensate instead of a refund. She caught an even bigger attitude, speaking in a condescending and demeaning tone saying I will make the order but I will not give you the mess ups and it will be a $2 charge. At that point I was over it, the $2 was obviously more important than making the order right and so we payed it and went on but the girl didn t apologize for the trouble, thank us for our patience or do anything but make the process long , drawn out and irritating.

Thank you, for giving us 1 out of the 16 that we bought, something that actually resembles what youre calling Crazy Puffs As for the other 15, well, honestly, theyre crazy flat, crazy dishonest and crazy pathetic. Leaving some photos, so you can try to work on serving to your community, something worth paying for.

Got an old premade wrong pizza. I ordered extra most bestest pepperoni at 6:32. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Literally 3 minutes later, I get a notification that the pizza is ready and it was loaded into the pizza portal. So obviously they didnt make it fresh. Upsetting because the EMB always used to be made fresh. On top of that it wasnt hot and hardly warm. I get it and get home and my wife notices its not EMB, but regular pepperoni. So instead of making the pizza I ordered, they just gave us a cold old one they had laying around. Too far to drive back for $8. That earns you one star. Wont be coming back to this location.

I ve ordered the crazy stuffed crust pizza twice through the app and both times they gave me regular. It s not that big of a deal but when I called to see how we could get this fixed the lady was incredibly rude. She told me she did not see the problem and that I was being dramatic. Im editing my review last night, (October 11, 2023)I called this place to place a simple order, half and half pizza, and the girl answered my call and told me they couldnt do that. i was what in the hell... so i ending call pizza dominos they prepared what i order with no buts... unreal this place to keep buy food when they can take ur order...I went to pick up my order and I was able to witness how the manager is an unprofessional person to direct her charge scolding one of her employees for a very bad attitude and anger in front of the customers to the extent that the employee cried for it... this She is not professional to run a company like Little Césars is and I hope whoever is over her head supervisor is sees my comment since this is something else and that is why I publish it so that they know how she treats her employees just because of a position...the employee didnt do nothing wrong for this the one is guilty is the dasher didnt put attention to take the pizza from 2 boxes from the box number....

Came here a week ago and had the worse customer service. One of the lady from the back was so rude about me having my baby on the counter. He was not even on it for long. I only out him there so i can carry him. She spray chemical on the counter and started saying that we dirty it. Telling her she was rude and she walked away. This place is the worse ever. Next time have a sign saying that, we cant sat our kids there! Just ask Karla! She was the cashier and the other lady I dont remember her name. They never apologized back to me! I had originally ordered on line, I noticed I had accidentally ordered a cheese pizza and not pepperoni, so once I noticed I called the store to let them know of my mistake and get it corrected. Had my first experience of Detroit deep dish pizza at Little Caesars and Ive been craving it ever since. Ooey gooey cheese, crisp and juicy pepperoni and crispy cheese edges are my favorite! will be ordering more going forward. I ordered over the phone and the person who took my order was very nice and polite. My boyfriend went to pick up the item and was greeted and had fast service.

Ordering for pickup is fine. Dont order delivery because they contract it out to doordash who will take 1.5 hours to deliver your cold, disgusting pizza. Im so irritated. The delivery driver drove 20+ minutes the opposite direction from my house and I thought, ok, I get it. then the time updated and thought hed be here soon. NOPE, drove the other way past my house another 20+ minutes and then eventually delivered the pizza over an hour past the time it was indicated he picked it up. ***I only live about 8 minutes from this location. Avoid delivery like the plague.

Been to this location numerous times, Im always greeted as I walk in and the service is exceptional. BUT yesterday at 5pm, went in to get to pizzas for the family at home, and I had to deal with the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. Young girl (name ?) Up front was impressive at 6pm on Saturday. After I placed my custom order, it got real busy and she worked the front end like a machine. Never got flustered and the communication with the guys making the pizza looked well reherst. This dang calzony is really good too. I ordered a pizza, but when I saw the guy slicing and boxing the pizzas without a mask, I got a refund and left.
