The group is very easy to talk and work with. Everyone I spoke with through this process was very polite and helpful. If they didnt have the answer they would check with other people in the firm and get the answers. I did have to decide between a 3 and 4 because of communication issues in the office. So here is how I rate the actual firm Lawyers get a 5: very good at helping me understand everything and getting things done. Office staff very nice and friendly: 4 Communication, following direction when phone numbers change and returning calls 3.

This is by far the best legal team in texas. The team is compassionate hard working. Knowledgeable skilled. They will bend over backwards to make sure there clients are taken care of.
