The marina may be OK but the swim area is not..Not enough trash cans to handle all the visitors..Please fix the outdoor bathrooms..The port o lets are a total nightmare..If you have to use them be prepared for the shock of your life..Please have them serviced and cleaned so you wont be traumatized...

Absolutely a divine hidden location to capture a breathtaking image of such a beautiful sunrise at its finest. Too bad the photos i did take, and posted on google maps do not compare to what you would actually witness in person. P.S. the ones i did post i had used a Metro phone ( Motorola Moto G Play ) so imagine a photo with an iPhone ( Eww ) or a Samsung Galaxy S/23-24 ultra/plus ( Would Love one! ) or even better an actual higher resolution, high dollar, hi-tech camera built for professional photography. Must check this place out if you are all about fishing the calm mirror-like waters as well!! Very peaceful scenery

Very poorly laid out boat launch. Courtesy dock is located behind floating tires. The area around the launch is to shallow to saftly beach your boat. They charge per person, vehicle, and boat just to use the launch. The launch its self is in disrepair. The bottom of the ram is washing away.

I am 20 years old, my dad passed away unexpectedly on their property less that 30 days after he purchased a boat slip from this establishment. They are not issuing a refund even though he is deceased and not going to be using the boat slip. I cannot be more disgusted at how this business has handled this situation, it really shows their morals lack of compassion.

Lake Levon is a nice place to rent a boat and go boating. We rented a boat through airbnb. It was a nice and clean boat. Easy to ride and the lilypad was so much fun. Kids had a blast.

Be sure to keep an eye on all your belongings especially your vehicle!! There s a guy ( Lupe) who lives on the campgrounds who has been caught by 4 people for stealing. Management has been been notify and nothing has been done. BEWARE This is in regards to the rv/campgrounds!

I am a kayak fisherman and I like fishing here because of the protected area from the wind. Although its a heavy pressured area and I dont catch much. Its still fun to go and you never get any trouble from the owners as long as youre respectable and dont pollute. You pay a small fee to get in but its like three to six dollars or something. nothing big its worth it. Three people have tomaintain these Parks. They cant do it for free. Theres also access to two boat ramps and also at Frisbee golf course. You can rent boats. Really pretty cool place pretty cool hidden Little treasure.

Im staying at the RV park here and Ive enjoyed every minute. Its a beautifully small park! Perfect! The opposite side is the marina yacht club boat rental boat slips Park Day area used boat ramps. Its beautiful and the restaurants great and the people are great you really enjoy yourself there. Its a clean part and its well kept due to the excellent management of our Park. This review is just for the campground. They call this an RV Resort which is a joke. There is not a single amenity in the campground to justify calling it a resort. Lets start with the arrival. As you come to the end of St. Pauls Road the campground is to the left and one of the marinas and the restaurant is to the right. But, there are no signs telling you that. We pulled up to the guard shack to the left and there we saw a signing saying to check in at the other guard shack (to the right). But, now we were blocking the entrance but couldnt back up with the attached car. So I parked and walked over to the other shack to check in. Of course, someone showed up and couldnt get in because I was blocking the entrance. Even if Id known to come to the right there isnt enough room to then turn around and go back to the left. Once checked in we entered through the security gate. The interior roads are atrocious! They have huge lumps, cracks, and pot holes big enough to swallow a car. We found our site, #32, which was at least level with 50A full hookups, but nothing else. No patio area, no picnic table, nothing. We did have a view of the lake which was nice. The RV Resort appears to be populated with old, permanent RVs that havent moved in a long time. They are either permanent residents or long-term seasonals that people use when boating on the lake. Didnt see a rig move during the 3 days we were there. The bathhouse looked like a crime scene. Graffiti on the walls of the mens room, peeling paint, a toilet that looked disgusting and the womens room has no doors. Not on the entrance, not on the stalls and not on the shower. Just some nasty curtains. Overall, the campground served our purpose as a place to stay while we visited family in the area, but whoever owns this place should be embarrassed to call it a resort. It needs an overhaul.

Stayed at the RV park for about 6 month Great tenants, the only problem was we were harassed by the manager Nikki Simmons probably the most disgusting evil nasty person Ive ever met. Wind up throw me out because 4 x 3 platform to help me in and out of my camper cuz I have a disability she would not allow it. And she made me leave with a cop escort and didnt have time to get all my possessions which she wind up taking a $500 12 foot a frame ladder and a bunch of raw Edge Lumber I was using to redo my trailer the woman is without a doubt little Hitler what the tenants call her. wouldnt recommend this place to a dog all because of Nikki the nastiest woman I ever met. Not to mention Lake Lavon is not the best lake in the world.... youre better off going to Lake Ray Hubbard

Very disappointed in our camping stay. We reserved a week in advance and were given a flyer with all details of the park. We check in and first thing said to me is u cant bring pets. Website and flyer both say u can. She said no big dogs like her. So our small dog can stay but not our large dog. If my husband had not already unloaded, set everything up and paid earlier in the day we would have left. Next day we were walking along the campsite trying to find calmer waters to fish. We are approached by a lady in a car who says we cant be over here. She said this is hazardous area and we have to fish at our campsite only or on other side of the park. We asked if we could fish by the marina and she said no. There are no signs of hazardous area posted anywhere. Sat night at 6pm we decide to go eat dinner at the marina restaurant and do some night fishing. We were told there is a 7pm curfew. If we are not back by 7 we will not be able to get back to our camping area cause no one will be there to open the gate. Sat night? A curfew at 7? So cant go fishing in the area she advised us we could or get dinner because of a curfew. Terrible experience here and would not recommend it at all. Will never be back. Seems very poorly ran..lots of miscommunication from website and management.

Wonderful place for Lake trip. You can relax beside the lake side, do party or grill, swim in the lake and do boating as well. Entry for adult is $4 and for boat it varies. You can hire a boat or bring your own boat there is a marina and a Harbour Restaurant at sight. Lots of parking place and it ia a popular destination for local residents. Lots of birds and natural elements are here. Bring your tent, hammock, grill and pass a Wonderful day beside the lake.

Good boat access and there is the marina with a dedicated swimming area. No life guard. Kinda pricey for what you get. Its $3 per vehicle and each person to just drive in and take a look. The person working the entrance said it was worth the fee. Ok, so I paid. It took all of 5 minutes to see. Bottom line is that it was definitely not worth the time and money.
