The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. The service was excellent and very courteous. Last but not least the food, this place has probably one of the best burgers Ive had in a while. The patties were cooked perfectly and were juicy, the cheese was melted amazingly on the patties, the fries were well seasoned, the buns toasted to perfection keeping a crisp inside while maintaining a softer outside, and the sauce they used just brought it home! Please do yourself a favor and get a shake too.

**UPFATE: I wish there was a way to reply to your crappy canned response. You clearly dont care about your customers enough to even put a real response. Look back through the low scores and youll see the same reply: We strive to serve our guests with the best dining experience out there, and its disappointing to hear we missed the mark. We hope to have you back for a significantly better experience at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes. What does that really do? Nothing! Things will remain the same and I, for one, wont go back until things change around there. I will be sure and let everyone I meet know what kind of restaurant you run there, and that you care just as little about your customers as the manager on duty that night. We have had bad experience with this location before but itd been a while so we decided to give it a try again. When I got home with my order, the fries were both cold and burned to a crisp. Cold I almost can understand, but burned black? How can they put this in a bag, just re-make them. I tried calling several times and it just goes to voicemail (like always -- Ive never been able to reach anyone there by phone) so I decided to drive all the way back up there. When speaking to the manager, he was unsympathetic, but said yeah, Ill remake them. I explained my burger would now be cold when I got home and he looked in my bag and did not see it (I didnt think about returning my burger too). He said well, Ill make the fries. I had to drive to this location twice tonight for a $7 order of french fries only to return home to a cold burger. He did not seem to care at all. When a customer has to come back for something that never shouldve happened in the first place, you should try to make it up (or at least act like you care at all, which he didnt). And to top it off, when leaving he smugly says have a nice night, bro. So very rude.

I ordered their mushroom Swiss burger and it was one of the most delicious burgers i have ever had. The bun was soft and toasted, the meat was cooked to perfection, and the cheese melted in your mouth. Everything there was made fresh including the fries which you dont t see very often.

The other day I order a meal from you and loved it: except for the pickles...the pickle were to cucumbery.... but I ablsolutely loved your potatoes. so much so I decided to give your hamburger(without pickle) another tried; It worked but now the problem is with your potatoes. The burger was great... But The Potatos smelt moldy; I can smell the mold; i dont if other people just cant smell it... Its not your fault...Mold has been showing up in all type of food stuff lately. No my nose not perfect on the smell and some...i not sure if I am tricked and smell it when its the natural smell of the product...usually when I have a cold.. but I am having no such problem today... your fries were moldy smelling today to me...But I always try the food because like i said rarely my nose is off on mold. but not this time.. Mold give the food a off taste that is difficult to explain. however today it both smelled moldy and tasted Off. However, Loved you burger. As I said so many food stuff is slightly moldy these days... But I couldnt the fries...which I loved the other day..when they were not moldy. sorry.

It wasn t very busy but everyone looked like they were satisfied with their orders and the food was ready for us as soon as we got there. They were quick to make our shakes and everything was delicious. Dietary restrictions: I needed a gluten free bun and that s exactly why I love Mooyah. The bun is a good texture and I know that it s an option for me.

We arrived to the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time which is enough time still to cook a meal for a family and still clean up. We ordered our food and received the food. We drove home since we weren t able to dine in due to the time which I understand. The burgers were cooked fine but the forgot a few items on one of the burgers. The bacon on all the burgers wasn t even cooked all the way. I was unable to take it back since we ordered to go and the time we got home they were already closed.

I hadn t been here in a couple of years, but craved a protein style burger tonight and didn t want to drive to Firewheel so we picked up Mooyah. And so glad we did! We arrived about 30 minutes before close to place a togo order and while they were slow and doing closing activities, they were still very kind and helpful. I had forgotten how good their fries are!! French cut and well seasoned. My burger was delicious, just enough lettuce to feel like a bun, but not be too much. Husband liked his too! We ll be back sooner this time for sure! I was excited when Mooyah opened in our area as I had enjoyed eating at a couple of their other locations. First visit was great! A few weeks ago I had to go to the counter to get my drink that should have been include with my online order. I showed my ticket and the kid behind the counter said OK and handed me a cup. This last order will probably be my last. The cookies were not included but I didnt notice until I was home. The burger was not as ordered. It appeared to be a premade, smashed together cheeseburger. I feel like I have been generous by tipping when they are just throwing stuff in a bag and sitting it on a shelf to be picked up. I called when I noticed my order was incomplete and left my number asking if I could collect later. No response. As of today, months later, still no response.

My wife had lunch there today. Ordered burger and shakes. Received food but no shakes.Waited a few more minutes then ent to register and patiently waited while lady at register waited on 2 other guest. Asked for the shakes and was told she could not make them now. Wife then commented she needed something to drink with her food. She was given water. and employee complained to wife. A few minutes later different employee came with shakes and appeared upset towards wife, basically blamed wife that they were short handed. TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS.

Tried calling the restaurant many times over a 30 min period and the phone was never answered. Had to go through Uber Eats for a refund for the shakes. I m not sure what is going on with Mooyah, but this is not ok. I just ordered two of The Vegan burgers and received ice cold patties. This is unacceptable for 11$ a burger! And no, I do not live far from them. I m actually 5 minutes away and ordered while I was on the way so again, this is unacceptable. Never in my life have I received ice cold food that s supposed to be hot. I m having to reheat them in my air flyer which is more work than I wanted to do. And they need to do better at answering the phone. I called multiple times before we could talk to someone about it. Once we talked to someone, they did offer to remake them since they couldn t process a refund. I m sure you re all exhausted, but if this is your job, please do your job.

Burgers were incorrect, the guy that took our order was wiping his nose with his bare hands and working like that without washing them or wearing gloves. It was disgusting I saw him make a shake for another customer and wipe his nose and continue to make it and hand it to them wouldn t be suprised if people get sick . When we received the food we weren t even sure if it was safe to eat cause we didn t know if he also helped make it since he went back to the kitchen after taking orders. I had the worst experience at this Mooyah. Usually, Mooyah has great service, but this was not the case at this location. First of all, all the female employees working werent in uniforms, nor were they wearing a hairnet, and had their hair all out and about. After I had paid $51 for 2 best Quesonarios, 1 Mushroom Swiss Burger, 1 double Diablo, and 1 Classic Combo. After I had gotten my food. And drove to my house, and only after I opened the container with the Quesonario I realized that there was no cheese cup. They usually place it inside next to the burger if its for take-out. Thats kinda the whole point of the Quesonario. Because its not made with the cheese on, u have to put it on. So, hence these 2 questenarios were a waste of money.

The store had one family of 3 sitting in a booth when my husband and I walked in, the rest of the booths & several tables needed to be cleaned. We placed our order with Ferris -I had a classic combo, my husband had a bacon cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap we both ordered sweet potato fries he had a vanilla shake. Our order came out fairly quickly- but but the lettuce was funky on both our burgers. The tomato on both was inedible. How we both got the end of the tomato is curious. The total of our order was $28.64 and we were asked to tip when paying which brought up the total to $32.93. I don t mind paying for decent food or service - I didn t receive either. We will not be going back to the Wylie Mooyah.

The burger was great, though skimpy on the toppings. I was just so hungry I could have eaten a can of peas and been happy. The service, while honest and helpful, felt bored and disinterested, and perhaps even frustrated. I wasnt impressed with the vibe this gave to the restaurant, as I waited for my food the walls of the place seemed to glare me into isolation. Odd trying to put that into other words, but the vibe of the place just felt rejecting, so I was quick to head out once my food was brought to me. If youre in need of a burger that doesnt make you feel like you just ate a bucket of grease infused with hormones, like some other popular establishments may offer (Im looking at you ya big yellow m), then this is the stop to make. Just know that youre coming for the food, and not for the vibe. One thing that will have me coming back, though, is an advertisement I saw on the wall inside: half off shakes Mon-Fri, 2-5, for a limited time - I dont know when the deal will be gone, but I hope to snag a $2 coffee shake before the summers over.

Place was spotless clean and inviting. I just stopped in with my Grandson to get 1/2 price Reeses shakes for a treat. The manager , Manny ,was working in the kitchen and handling customers in a busy pace but was very polite and friendly. People were lining up behind me at the register, so my Grandson and I quickly ordered. We will definitely be back to order burgers when then is more time (I like the Swiss, and make your own). Sadly I really like the food but the service was so slow. I ordered online. Came according to the 40 min wait. I was hoping that our experience would have been enjoyable. We loved the old Mooyah in Wylie several years ago. This one here does not compare. My burger was very salty and the homemade chips were overcooked and dripping in grease. Now my husband really liked the INDULGENT. My 2 year old granddaughter didn t slow down on the chicken nuggets but her fries were overcooked and dripping with grease. Oh we had to clean our own table.

Great burgers, however this location is under staffed. Stood and waited at the register for around 10 minutes only to be told there s a 10 minute wait until they re able to take our order. Unfortunately only 2 employees working at this location during the afternoon rush hour. Not the staff s issue, but poor staffing coverage from their management. Another customer told us last time he was there the line cook needed to shut down half the restaurant since the cook was the only employee working at the restaurant! I feel bad for the staff.

My burger patty was very salty and cooked med rare to medium. Normally it is much more cooked or I have been asked how I like it cooked. This caused it to sweat and turned the buns to mush. My fries were cold, old, and again very salty. Our second order was not as salty but was under cooked. The sweet potato fries were good and fresh and how we know the regular fries were not fresh. It seems like they changed their burger patties when they changed the menu as they are also thicker and lost the crunchy exterior we loved. New menu so far is 2 thumbs down.

Sloppily made burgers. Both burgers were wrong - they were both supposed to be double patties and they were both single patties. One of them was supposed to have avocado and it did not. Buns are pale and soggy. Fries are okay but the guy forgot to salt them.

Horrible customer service. Went inside grabbed two singles 1st visit here ever and wont be back. Soda was out I tried hi-ci nothing but syrup told the guy at counter he said add water to it im like ummmm okay... no water. I said youre out of water too he gives us two bottles of Dasani-eww! No thanks. I said I paid extra for drinks and you give me bottles water. No thank you! He didnt say sorry or anything. I said umm I expect to get what I paid for even tipped! If I was a true Karen I would demand my tip back. Smdh! Wont be back and wouldnt recommend just based on service alone.

After going to the mooyah in Prosper for work multiple times and loving it, I decided to take my lovely wife to mooyah to enjoy with me. I live closer to mesquite so this location was closer. I regret bringing my wife here because the burger and sauce was just off. Did not enjoy it and will not be returning. Customer service was good though

This was my first and last time at this location!!!! As soon as I walked in, I was told that there was a 25 minute wait. I ordered anyway. I went over to the drink machine and the catcher was flooded with soda. I tried to use one on the flavors and a syrup-like substance putted out. I proceeded to try to use the water to rinse the syrup out so that I could select a different flavor but the water didn t work. All of the condiment containers were empty and the counter was dirty. I will NEVER return.

Very disappointed. When they first opened in Wylie, they were really good. Thought we finally hit on a perfect fast food burger. BUT they got very sloppy with 2go orders, greasy, messy, and NOT cooked to order. We passed on them the last few months and decided to see if they straightened up their act today, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, more sloppy and worse than before. We are absolutely DONE here. Sorry Mooyah

It s was our first time trying mooyah and it did not disappoint. I Wasn t sure what to order Christian was amazing very helpful and patient with me when ordering. My kids loved their burgers, Definitely recommend this for the family. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian burger and grilled cheese. Love the gluten free options. Even have vegan and vegetarian options. Burgers were just ok. Gluten free buns were very dry and not prepared correctly. But the burgers really were not bad. Homemade chips were flavorless and chewy, oil too hot and not cooked long enough. Tea was undrinkable. Tasted like some cheap off brand tea. Service here is great. And food came out very quickly. Just need to work on quality a little more.

I left a review on here a month or 2 ago and it is missing from Google review so I am leaving it again. This location is garbage, I ordered 50 dollars in food which by the way is overpriced, usually great at EVERY other location Ive ever been to but this location is terrible, the management is terrible, the employees dont care about you, your order, getting your food right, or putting the items you paid 2.00 extra for on your f food, ordered 4 custom turkey burgers ,1 no veggies ,added bacon and mayo and ketchup, another that was normal with bacon, another that was no tomatoes Everything else normal, and 3 of my burgers were missing the bacon I paid 7 dollars for, and i received no lettuce or anything on all of them, had to check before i left and realized they were all missing lettuce and tomatoes and onions, had to get it separately which is annoying, then i get home and realized there was no bacon on any of the burgers i ordered. This is downright incompetence. They also do not answer the phone here and after leaving a albeit HEATED voicemail, i never received a phone call back, I would give them 0 stars if I could and bulldoze this location, and make sure the managers and employees can do something they would be good at like sorting trash

Gentleman who said he was owner appeared to not know what he is doing - we had a large order that they usually put in separate bags with names for person getting burger- they did not do that, and they messed up 4 out 7 hamburgers making the wrong burger and forgetting one of them and still made that one wrong. Went in for a combo only got a cold burger and a scoop of ice cream (shake) was so thick I couldn t even drink it. I asked for my fries and the gentleman at register said he would get them and never even came back. I glanced a few times and nothing. He kept playing in the back and talking to other tables. The cashier could have been nicer. There was nobody in line except for my husband and I. The menu is not very clear. We ordered a mushroom burger and medium fries. Asked for extra tomatoes, onion and lettuce. Were charged $16. They gave us a huge tray of fries and mushroom burger without the extras. They gave us the tomato and lettuce on the side after we went up and asked for it. Will not go back to this location due to lack of hospitality and not getting our order correct. Just no attention to detail. You can tell when the workers just straight up dont care. The food was delicious though, thats why we gave this 3 stars.

I used to love this place. They changed staff, and it s a total mess now. I ordered online, so keep in mind that I had no contact at all with the staff other than my order appeared online. Tell me why I found a booger in my queso? My burger was cold and soggy. I ordered chips, got half eaten fries instead. What reason other than my name, would they have to treat me like this? I paid $23.90 for this meal. I even gave a 20% tip. I will never visit this location again. One staff member had a huge beard, looks as if he don t clean it, it was flakey and nasty looking. We was preparing food. No hair net. The owner must be so proud!
