Overpriced burger joint with a girl who looks like shes not happy about working there as she took the order. And for 20 bucks a person, yes youre going to take the order, not us at the table. Manager was OK, dropped the food off and rushed off. Not busy at all and I see why.

Found HAIR in my burger!!!!!! Got home and was so disgusted that we couldnt even eat the burger! That was actually strike TWO! When we opened the bag after getting it from the employee, the fries were empty and at bottom of the bag. Really!? The girl was also not very nice and wanted to get us out quick, but not in a good way. We have a 10 month old and definitely could not afford the time to go back so I Called the restaurant and of course no one picked up. We LOVE Freddy s but this location is a hard pass unfortunately. Now a bot will ask me to complete their survey which I already did.

It was the best experience I have had at Freddys! Thank you Brook for making our experience so wonderful! The kids got T-shirts! For our daughters birthday, they brought out a free ice cream custard, a pair of glasses, and sang a song! The staff was so kind and generous! Kept asking if we needed anything. I will be coming back here more often with my family. Love this place!

Unclean place. Nobody apparently wipes down the tables or empties the trash in the bathroom. Was going to give two stars, but watched the employee wipe down the top of the overflowing trash bin in the restaurant but make no effort to empty it. And this is during a non busy time. Poorly managed.

This Wylie store is an absolute disaster. In the past, weve ordered burgers and received chicken sandwiches. When we order cheese sauce, 90% of the time its missing. Its become a running joke in our house that Freddys will get the order wrong. Tonight takes it to a whole new level. I ordered delivery for dinner and got notification that Doordash would be picking up my order. The driver gets to Freddys and theres no order, but Freddys says theyll make it. Then about 30 minutes later, Freddys tells the Doordash driver that the order is not in their system and they will not make the order. Freddys is actively turning away business and wasting my time as well as the drivers. The food is fine, but come on Freddys. Get it together.

I love Freddy s but the drive thru at this location is SOOO slow. I ve been 3-4 times and it s been very slow every time. Just went on a Thursday evening and it took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. There were only 5 cars in front of me.

This was only the second time I had been to Freddys, the other time was on a road trip in Missouri. I was blown away by the service when I went up to the counter to order food. I didnt know what to get, but the guy at the desk offered suggestions and went out of his way to be helpful and kind. The food was simply amazing, and the custard was out of this world. Decided to eat here for the first time on my birthday, was not disappointed at all, slightly pricy but really not any more than McDonalds or Wendys. Good portions and filling. Tried the French onion burger, juicy and great flavor, reminded me of a burger with a French onion soup on it. Cheese curds, nice cheesy salty flavor and crispy outside. Had heard the fries werent great but tried some and really liked them, very crispy and good seasoning. Also had a small cup of frozen custard with Snickers pieces in it, thought it was very good as well. Will definitely be back for another meal soon. :)

Went for the first time after being refered by my daughter. Food was good. I don t care for shoe string fries so had I known, I wouldn t have gone here, but the burger was good, but small. The quantity for the price in my opinion is ridiculous. You can get more food at Whatabuger for less money and a little better quality. Sadly we won t be back. For five to eat was over $70. The service and cleanliness of this location has been in steady decline since it opened. The last two times I went, this location was open but the doors were locked. Another customer had to let us in. All of the trash bins were full or overflowing with garbage. The last visit, it took over 45 minutes to get my two mini shakes. When we did receive them, the rest of our food was already cold. This place needs a new manager to bring it up to par with the other Freddy locations. Update: This location just progressively gets worse. We were waiting in the drive-thru line over 30 mins. Thats 30 mins with other people pulling out of the drive-thru line and driving away. When we got to the window, they handed us melted concretes and cold fries. Told them to fix it and got the wrong size and flavor concrete and no utensils. This is the worst Freddies location that I have been to and wont be visiting here anymore.

The most amazing delicious hamburger I have eaten in a long time. Got the Freddie s California Style. Hot fresh and delicious. I ordered a Turtle Sundae for dessert. Was disappointed with it. I don t think the girl knew how to make it. She put about a tablespoon of hot fudge and a teaspoon of caramel in the bottom of the cup. Then a scoop of vanilla custard on top of that. Put some pecans on top of that and a cherry. Left off the whipped cream. Basically I had a scoop of vanilla custard for $6. I will be back though to try it again.

The food and service have gone downhill. They only offer Military discounts on Monday and Tuesday. The food was overly salted. One hamburger had 2 patties so heavily salted that it was impossible to finish by themselves. I cannot believe this place has a 4.2 rating. I went there for the first time tonight. I had the Freddys Double and a Chili Dog. The bun for the chili dog tasted weird, almost like wheat bread, but not quite. The chili was bland. If there was cheese on it, I couldnt tell. Honestly, a footlong Coney from sonic is half the price, gives more food and tastes better. Seriously... 6.50 for that!? The burger might have been good... I dont know. I couldnt taste the meat over mustard slathered on it. Condiments are supposed to compliment taste not overpower it. Also, have you heard of Ketchup? Much better on a burger than a ton of mustard. Freddys is a nice change from Whataburger McDonalds and also the fancy burger places like Liberty Burger and Smash Burger. It has a 50s feel to it and the prices are right in line with everyone else. The burgers are somewhat unique and I recommend trying the french fries with the spicy Freddys sauce instead of ketchup. There are no waiters and therefore no tipping. They call your name and you walk up to the counter to get your food. Their big hook is their various forms of ice cream and milkshakes. I enjoy coming here every once in a while.

They charge as much for a grilled cheese alone as the for the meal. I dont care for fries and dont do carbonated beverages or tea, so dont want to pay for fries and a drink.

Went to Freddys for the first time and it was a nice experience. The main reason that I am giving 3 stars is because of the price to quality ratio as I didnt feel that the quality of the ice cream was nowhere near what it was priced at. It wasnt bad or anything, but in comparison to Andys and other custard venues, this was MID at best. Otherwise the staff was really nice and patient with us and there was nice lighting, ample parking, and outdoor seating.

Freddys can be summed up as fast food speeds for much better than fast food. They deliver your order in the same time it takes any ol fast food restaurant but the burgers and custards are several notches above in terms of quality. Their patties taste great and the ingredients are always fresh (and customizable), especially the pickles which are legit-size full pickles. Prices are very fair and their custards are great, my family members usually down one cup in the short time it takes for the food to be ready and everyone takes another to go. A lot of days when were coming back from somewhere and its just too late or too much effort to cook, Freddys is our go-to for picking up quality food at low prices on the way home with friendly service and no long wait.

Burgers have NO taste. Best item on the menu is the cheese fries. Rather have the infamous Eddie Murphy welfare Burger. Lol
