We not only hosted our wedding at The Waters Point venue, but we also stayed at the cabins onsite for the weekend with a bunch of our family. The cabins are SO beautiful and comfortable, and the property itself is amazing, being situated right on the Blanco riverfront! The staff were absolutely incredible to work with, and they really brought everything together so seamlessly, that the result we got on our wedding day far EXCEEDED our expectations. We didnt even expect perfection, yet I was in tears of gratitude the day after the wedding as I processed just how perfect everything was, seeing the vision of our special day flawlessly materialized into reality! We went with the all-inclusive wedding package, which I cant recommend enough, as it made the planning and coordinating process SO smooth and stress-free. We felt like red-carpet royalty the whole way through, and we are so grateful to the Waters Point team for their wonderful service and dedication! We plan to make another visit to the cabins again in the future, maybe for a romantic anniversary trip! Rooms: The Waters Point cabins are all beautifully upgraded with modern finishes and touches that make it feel like a wonderful glamping experience, and they include everything you need/want for a comfortable stay. Nearby activities: Theres lots to do nearby, from visiting Blue Hole and/or Jacobs well, to taking a hike and bike trail nearby, to restaurants and artisan shops, and more. Safety: The property is gated and there are only I think 10 cabins on the property, so the only other people on the property (aside from staff during the daytime) are the other guests. Its safe to walk about after dark. Walkability: Very close to the town square, with so many shops and restaurants nearby. Its walkable for sure, but in the Texas heat you might still opt to take a car depending on how far youre going. Noteworthy details: The cabins are right on the river (a few have porches and/or balconies with river views) and you can go swimming right off of the riverbank. They also offer to host wedding ceremonies right on the rock flat on the river.

We hosted our wedding weekend at Waters Point in May of this year. It was absolutely perfect - everything from the cabins to the ceremony site to the reception! The staff was a fantastic team to plan and work with, and everyone went out of their way to help us create the ceremony and reception that we wanted. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about all of it. :) I absolutely would recommend. Waters Point team, thanks for giving us a wonderful wedding weekend! :)

My husband and I were lucky enough to get married at The Waters Point in November. As everyone knows, weddings are a big investment of your time, money, and energy. The venue you choose is integral to whether that investment feels worthwhile amd trustworthy. We toured a number of venues in the Austin area that treated us like just another number and left no room for personalization throughout the wedding planning process. The Waters Point clearly stood out in this regard. From the very beginning we were treated with immense care and dignity and were never shamed for the many questions and personal requests we had along the way. The customizable packages that TWP offers are unlike anything else we came across in the saturated wedding industry and truly allowed us to have a wedding that reflected our personal values and traditions. Special shoutout to Ashley, our wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure that our events went off without a hitch. We told her that if she didnt have such a calling for wedding planning shed make a damn good therapist! Her emotional support along the way, especially the day of, put our whole wedding party at ease. She is worth her weight in gold and is just a joy to work with. Shoutout to Natalie and Kerri as well for handling all of the moving parts and helping our vendors integrate so seamlessly. TWP is simply a beautiful and memorable place to be married and spend quality time with your loved ones, rain or shine! It is intimate, humble, and nature-filled. Its beauty speaks for itself and guests can really feel that. We are extremely grateful to have been married at TWP and highly recommend it to couples seeking a special and meaningful experience.

Absolutely amazing venue! The cabins are fantastic, the location is stunning, the venue is beautiful and doesnt need too much jazzing up due to its natural beauty, and the team was so helpful and accommodating. My husband and I recently got married at The Waters Point and can t say enough good things about the venue, staff, food and on-site accommodations. Everyone was so helpful and made planning our wedding so easy. Ashley was our day-of coordinator and she did an incredible job preparing us for the big day and keeping us organized the whole weekend. The chef did an incredible job preparing the meals for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. I also loved the selection of on-site rentals the Waters Point provided. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. There were many great photography spots all over the property. Lastly, our wedding party and family stayed on site at the cabins and it made the wedding weekend flow so smoothly. The cabins are very nice and the bridesmaid cabin was such a fun and beautiful place to get ready in. We can t wait to go back and spend a weekend at the Waters Point again soon.

My husband and I stayed at Cabin 8 and enjoyed every minute. The cabin was the perfect size for two. We were able to swim in the river, which is just walking distance from the cabin. The whole resort is beautiful with large shade trees. We will definitely be coming back.

We couldnt be happier with Waters Point for helping us make our daughters wedding weekend a dream come true. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful/well-equipped cabins. Smores at the fire rings after the rehearsal dinner were an especially big hit. The food at the reception was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about the beef tenderloin and everyone agreed that the mashed potatoes were an absolute MUST have. Ashley, our wedding day coordinator and general hand-holder, went above and beyond. She truly listened to my daughters ideas for venue decorations and effortlessly made her vision come to life. We were overjoyed and overwhelmed at the beautiful outcome. My husband and I had our wedding here November 5th, 2022. It was MAGICAL! We signed our contracted on July, 4th 2021 to start wedding planning and secure our date. To say the staff became our family is an understatement. My husband and I honestly wish we could do the whole process over again (EVEN THE PLANNING PART). Every question, concern half thought out idea was answered with care, love, attention and detail. We had some road bumps along the way with people cancelling at the last minute and the whole staff was incredibly accommodating and literally did everything we asked. The Waters Point treats your wedding and event like it is their own. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I am very Type A and detailed and the stress of finding vendors, creating planograms for décor, drinks and food was lifted off of me. - At one point my rehearsal space had to cancel on us around 2 months before the event. I called The Waters Point and they immediately started to point me in the right direction and give me advice. They honestly went above and beyond and NOT ONCE did my husband or I have a bridezilla/groomzilla moment. - Having the cabins available for myself and out of town guests was amazing! I had the most important people with me before and after the wedding! The Cabins were spotless, a part of history and talking points. It was so much fun to see everyone walking the property and many many guests, friends and family said it was a resort like experience. - I could say SOOO much more, but to sum it up: If you want to feel like you are the most important couple getting married, value, good pricing, stress free and feel like you are family you need to go with TWP. I did the package at this venue for my wedding and it was the best thing ever. The owner, coordinator and staff were all so sweet and amazing! I worked with the coordinator, Ashely, the most and she is the best. She made sure to answer my many questions for her and we had a handful of planning meetings to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. She was there the whole day for the wedding and made sure everything went to plan and was on time. She also made sure me and my husband were given a drink and fed! She really went above and beyond and I can t thank her enough for her kindness and all her help to make sure our day went smoothly. We also stayed in the cabins for two nights and I love the cabins! They are so clean but also feel very homey. I will definitely be coming to stay in the cabins again!

While searching for a wedding venue, a beautiful outdoor setting that was all-inclusive was high on our list of needs. Another important thing was having a place where traveling family and friends could spend the night(s) and enjoy their time as a vacation. The Waters Point was everything we could have hoped for and more - we held the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and river gathering onsite. The weekend felt like a true getaway where all of our loved ones could celebrate, spend quality time, and enjoy nature. From planning and guidance to all details of our wedding weekend, TWP staff were focused on making sure we were taken care of. Communication with staff was clear and prompt. They had our best interest in mind throughout the process. What a dream come true!

We booked this Venue over a year in advance. And Im glad we did! Im pretty sure they have been booked every weekend for the past year. Even with how busy theyve been, Natalie, Amanda, and Kerri were always open for any questions and had an answer within a day. And if you listen to what they say to do (timeline wise) your day will go off without a hitch; we were ahead of schedule the ENTIRE day. I cant emphasize enough how beautiful this venue is, either, especially once it is decorated. I highly recommend booking all the cabins, as well. 1. No random people walking around the day of your wedding. 2. Getting ready is much easier, since everyone is already there. 3. The after party can continue on with no noise complaints/ no need to worry about people drive after drinking.. Seriously, you cant go wrong with this venue.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. From the moment we met Natalie and Amanda at the waters point we knew this venue was the one for us. We only saw one venue and fell in love with not only the ceremony site, the gorgeous reception area, cabins accommodating for 75 guest, but how they truly want you to have the perfect day possible. I had worked in the wedding industry for 3+ years and being from that background was truly blown away at their business. Natalie s family has such a gorgeous piece of land and she took that vision of opening a wedding venue and really created something magical. She has a heart that you can clearly see is so genuine and good. Even after my mother in law passed a few months before the wedding she was so thoughtful about reaching out when that was not even close to being apart of her job. Amanda is one of the most incredible wedding planners I have met. She is attentive, listens endlessly lol, creative, and you can tell this is truly her passion form every angle. She blew me away the day of and made my day completely perfect. We did the everything but the dress package and used their entire vendors list, which I highly suggest. Cindy their florist was AMAZING at seeing my vision and executing. We texted through concerns/ issues and she had a creative solution every turn. We had our wedding here last weekend 11/7/2021. Is there a word better than perfect?! Natalie and Amanda, the coordinator, were so amazing! Even when there were hiccups, they were extremely accommodating and communicative. We went through them for floral and food & received so many compliments on them. We also stayed the night at the cabins on site which were so pretty & very clean. It was such a great weekend that my parents are looking to renew their vows here. Can t thank them enough!

The Waters Point was amazing to work with beginning to end! During the planning process, they were fast and clear communicators which helped ease any worries. I got one of their packages which made planning SO much easier while still being able to customize whatever we wanted. From the rehearsal and dinner after (which we did at the cabins), campfire afterwards, to the wedding, and even the next morning breakfast and saying our goodbyes to everyone, we kept hearing how much everyone enjoyed not only a beautiful wedding, but it felt like a whole weekend vacation together! I would highly recommend booking the cabins the night before and night of to turn the wedding into a whole family experience. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!!

Fantastic venue with gorgeous views from basically every direction. You have the Blanco river providing a cool breeze even on the hottest of Texas summer days and youre within walking distance to the shops in Wimberley. We were married here last week and even in mid-June it was LOVELY. They bent over backwards for us. Very accommodating and helpful. We loved that our guests from out-of-state could stay the night and we could continue the party after the wedding over at our cabins.

Gorgeous property! Our cabin was cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here with our family. My only complaint is the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I would suggest a light weight blanket also. Other than that it was a great place to stay in Wimberley. We loved all the deer on the property.

I cannot recommend The Waters Point enough! When looking for venues, we wanted a unique venue in the hill country with a beautiful property to give us an outdoor, romantic scenery. TWP delivered that and more! The moment we stepped onto the property, it took my breath away! There were so many awesome placed to take pictures and my photographer loved the options and views - especially on the river during golden hour. Its an absolute hidden gem and you would never know you are right next to downtown Wimberley. Through the planning process, Natalie, Chelsea, and the rest of the coordinating team were so accommodating and went above and beyond for my husband and I to make our day better than we could ever expect! Bonus for us was having lodging on onsite as an option for not just myself but the bridal party and extended family so that we were able to make our wedding a weekend full of celebration. I will recommend TWP over and over again!

Would not recommend for a wedding we had ours this past April 2019 and the staff forgot my wifes flowers and multiple things we were persistently told no. I feel like they were not professional enough and would definitely have done it elsewhere if I was able to do it differently. The flowers is what really did it in for me so they took that away from my wife. Again reconsider your options if you are looking for a wedding venue. Chelsea is the wedding coordinator there so again reconsider. Will ne renewing our vows but definitely not there.

I wish I could add two stars of my own for scoring Waters Points at seven on top of the maximum five stars permitted by the rating-system. Our daughter and now son-in-law wanted to get married in the Texas Hill Country and we are happy that they selected Waters Points for tying the knot. Everyone in our wedding party (350 guests from within the US and nine different countries) simply loved this fabulous venue on the Blanco River banks and relished festivities spanning three days. What surpasses the substantial charms and elegance of this rustic site are the owner Natalie Meeks unmatched services and hospitalities. From the start to the end, as we organized our events, in our countless interactions Natalie patiently answered all our questions, provided valuable help for locating local suppliers, and diligently worked on many detailed tasks for orchestrating multiple events and food and beverage services throughout. Matt, her husband, and a team of personnel she hired were likewise superbly cooperative, flexible, and ready to serve our smallest needs. Thank you Natalie for everything you did for us.
