If you have not been here before, you need to go. I ordered the honey habaero pizza, and it was a perfect 10. The crust is light and tasty with just the right amount of crunch. I have found my new favorite pizza joint in Wichita Falls.

Poor service. Attitude was horrible. Someone told me that this place was better than Rapid Fire, and that is untrue. The pizza and service is WAY better at Rapid Fire. We will not come back here and we will make sure that we tell everyone that Rapid Fire pizza is better and the service there is 100% on point. We felt so unwelcomed here at Firo tonight and they pretty much ignored what we asked for overall. This is the prime example of why I dont like to try new places. The manager or shift lead in the green shirt, was the main attitude problem.

First time here, paid $50 for a family of 3 (thats insane) the attitudes by the staff are absolutely terrible like no one wants to be here. The restaurant is completely empty (that should have been a red flag). We will never be back just based on how terrible the staff is. Stick to rapid fired pizza just up the street. Better attitudes and better pizza.

This is an ok place for pizza. My wife and I had one each - but ate half each. We thought it lacked toppings - just very sparsely made. But very greasy. The cauliflower dough was nice. Ok to eat here - but not really satisfied nor impressed. The service was fine.

Food was great as always. They were not very busy, but we felt very rushed in the making of our pizzas and had to repeat what we wanted on them many times. We got two sides of habanero honey, but had to ask several times before we actually got it. Will definitely go back for the pizza, but maybe the employees will be more attentive.

Firo Pizza gave me a pizza that had pork on it and they know I do not consume pork due to religious restrictions. After they gave me a pizza that had pork on it and I refused to eat it because I do not consume pork. They made me a new one and made me pay for it. They refused to refund me the original one that I had paid for that had pork on it. So I ended up paying for two pizzas, but only ate one

I came in around 8:30pm and the two girls working were just flat out rude and not friendly at ALL. This very sweet couple came in right after me and mentioned they have never been here before and they just didn t care to explain how it kinda works like subway they were just standing there confused wondering why they weren t getting a response. I came in, and I told them I was picking up. They told me to go to the geloto and wait. When I got over there, a girl asked what the name was, and told her and pointed at the pizza, mentioning that it was mine. Then, I walked away. The girl making it ignore me and put it in the warmer when I was standing there mentioning it was mine. Also, she didnt bother to ask what my name was or if I needed anything. After that, I saw a worker there, I knew we talked for a bit and eventually told her my pizza was in that warmer. Other than that, the pizza was delicious.

The inside is warm and it s not over decorated. The worker are very patient as you try to think of what you want to put in your pizza. Then the worker walks around to make sure everything is good and that you got everything you needed. My friends and I came here to eat in-between classes and had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming and the environment was very clean. The pizzas came out in a timely manner. Okay guys. Sooo this isn t just any regular pizza place. Firo is out of this world!! For starters, customer service was great from the minute we walked in the door with a warm welcome from the staff. My family and I are new to this restaurant, and the staff happily explained everything. The Build Your Own pizza we had ordered tasted so amazingly!! And the salad was the cherry on top! This pizza is always the best. Never any complaints from my family or I when I order from here. I ve eaten here maybe 6-7 times. It s about 10$ a pizza so for our family of 4 it was about 43$ and we sometimes get two meals out of the pizzas depending on how hungry you are. It s also good reheated. My son says they have the best cheese pizza. I love their jalapeño popper pizza with brisket. Before I ordered the jalapeño pizza I chose a honey habanero or primo which are both delicious too. Definitely will order from here again and again. You should too if you love good pizza!

If you are not familiar, this is a build and bake style pizza shop. In other words, its Chipotle/Subway style, where you build the pizza as you go down the line and then they toss it in the oven when you get to the end. Ive tried another similar pizza chain, MOD pizza, and I have to say I think Firo was better, mostly because their crust was a good happy medium not too chewy, not too crunchy. Not only is the pizza pretty damn good, they also offer some tasty looking Gelato. I recommend the Honey Habanero pizza as is, and I added banana peppers. Bonus! They offer military doscount. Edit: they will ask you if the pizza looks how you want it before they toss it in the oven.

I don t know if it was just a bad day or this is something normal but the food was not all that great. At first look pizza looks wonderful. But when I picked it up everything just fell off. And the flavor wasn t there. We tried cheese pizza, extra cheese pizza, pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza, also a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza. The crust was thin and somewhat burnt. First, I wanna say that the food is always amazing. But yesterday in the afternoon I had ordered four pizzas by calling them. I waited in the drive thru for 55 minutes after the 20 minutes I was told it would take for the pizza to be made. It took a fair amount of effort to not just drive off and get food somewhere else. Especially when I have two hungry toddlers in the back of the car. It took entirely too long.

My wife and I met the owner at the MPEC trade show and he gave us a couple of free coupons. We ate there today. Was the best we ever had. We live in Graham, 60 miles away, and I will drive to Wichita Falls just to eat at Firo Fire Kissed Pizza. The other added feature to them is they had the most friendly staff youll ever meet. First time in a Firo Fire today around 4. I had a gluten free crust Carne pizza and some oreo/cheesecake gelato. My friend had a regular crust custom pizza. They slide the pizzas in the fire brick oven after you choose crust, sauce, toppings, etc. We both had great food and service. Well be back.

I was really looking forward to trying their pizza. Not impressed. The young lady behind the counter who took our order was wearing a mask and talking very low. We could hardly understand a word she said. I hated to keep asking her to repeat herself. A young man made my husband s pizza and put a lot of cheese on it. A young lady made my pizza and had very little cheese on it. I think she said something about the toppings were going to be less if we wanted to make our own pizza. I m not sure if that s the norm, but I was surprised but I did not have more toppings on my pizza. Fire Pizza responded that they put less toppings on the pizza so that the crust will cook. That is not the case with MOD Pizza. MOD s give you all the toppings you want. No problems with the crust cooking either. In comparison, I prefer MOD s. Additionally,I must say that I did not like the pizza crust. Just bland! Sadly, I was very disappointed!

I love this place. But the sign on the drive thru about being understaffed and to be patient with the ones who chose to come to work tells me that they should pay their staff substantially more if they wish to be not understaffed. Raise the price on pizza if you have to.. it s cheap as it is and I d rather the employees make a decent wage and that the restaurant can retain them long term
