WORST customer service experience Ive ever encountered. I placed an order for a lunch delivery and it arrived WREAKING of marijuana. (I live out of state and the recipient specifically requested this restaurant) The receptionist at the office it was delivered to stated the driver was CLEARLY under the influence and even questioned my guest on the contents of the delivery because the smell of the weed was so overwhelming. I immediately contacted the restaurant to discuss it with a manager and was told they were busy (understandable since this was during peak lunch hours). Once I explained to the young woman on the phone my issue shes placed me on a brief hold. When she returned she told me they couldnt do anything, all they did was make the food and place it out for delivery pickup and that I could call the delivery service to see if THEY could do anything for me. NO apology was extended and it felt as though the staff were unconcerned and simply dismissive. I proceeded to text the third party delivery service and THEY were GREAT! They apologized and immediately cancelled my order and submitted an action to refund, they then followed through with a promise to address the issue with the partnering driver service as to avoid this happening moving forward. I order from area restaurants frequently, and unfortunately due to this experience will no longer patronize this location.

Love that I found a locally owned restaurant in Wichita Falls that is great. Friendly waitstaff and great pizza! We will be back to try more dishes! Vegetarian options: Many items that can be vegetarian with different pastas, different sauces and pizzas etc. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure but nice atmosphere if you dont have kids too.

Came here today to try a new Italian restaurant and i also looked up real authentic places and this is the only place that came up that is owned an operated by the whole family. I ordered the Calamari appetizer it was excellent, along with the red marinara sauce that was with it!! My main course was the Lobster ravioli in pink sauce, extremely phenomenal!! The prices were awsome as well not over priced at all!! The bread that they bring to you is like your chewing on a cloud its so soft an taste good!! I rate Mia s a 20 out of 10 also everything was fresh an hot. The music was even good. Ive never heard the song by Ed Sheeran perfect sang in italian before either!! I should have took pictures but i forgot!! Parking: Plenty of room Kid-friendliness: The owners little kid needed to greet us an even waved hello!! Wheelchair accessibility: Pull in an pull up to a table!!

**UPDATE** So we have ordered a few more times and visited the restaurant and this is one of our favorite places. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The pizza is very good and our favorite place to get take out when needed. If it wasnt for the poor service on our first visit, Id give them 5 stars. **UPDATE** We ordered a pizza to go and when we got home, found out the crust was burnt. It seemed like the center of the pizza was undercooked. I can tell the ingredients were fresh and will give them another chance, but this first impression was not a good one.

I ordered their lasagna dinner plate and it was hot and fresh and delicious! Update: went for dinner 1-12-24 and had their large Mia Supreme Pizza and it was hands down, the best pizza in town! Well, second only to Smoking Joes Pizza! But really, it was top notch. And the service was excellent. So kudos to Chelsey(sp) for being an excellent waitress top me and my wife and friends.

We stopped here for dinner on our travels through Texas. Quiet little place with excellent food and service. We started out with bruschetta, then the Spaghetti Works and Raviolini Delicate for main entrées and finished it off with tiramisu. Everything tasted amazing. It definitely might be a stopping point when traveling through the area again.

The Bistro was clean and smelled amazing. The service was on par and timely. The food was excellent! Nice traditional flavor. First-time guest. My main server was very friendly, and the food was fantastic! You can taste the distinct authenticity of Italy . Way better than imitators (olive garden). The reason for the one star review has nothing to do with the food or even the service we have had in the past. When I got home after picking up our order the bruschetta was on the bread not on the side because why would you put a sauce on bread to get soggy (common sense)? I called the store to let them know and the manager wouldnt let me finish anything I had to say or even try to fix it. What came next shocked me even more, she said her family owns it. So when your a manager you 1. Listen to the customer. 2. Apologize and then maybe explain. 3. Try to fix the issue not apologize for thinking the customer is wrong.

This is the best almost truly authentic Italian food you will find outside of Italy. Ive always gone to Olive Garden for an Italian food fix and decided to finally try somewhere new. I am so glad I tried it out. I love local. This place now has my business for my Italian craving! Stromboli is perfect, not too much and not too little. Alfredo sauce tastes very homemade. My son loves the NY style cheese pizza, little slices for the little people. Cannoli was the perfect finish, nice cool and crunchy. Wonderful!

Such a nice Italian restaurant hidden in Wichita Falls. I have been coming here for years and I love the food here. I would try to recommend something, but I literally enjoy everything on the menu. As a matter of fact, sometimes I struggle choosing. Ive only eaten here for dinner and typically its in a large party. The service has always been great and the prices are very reasonable. Actually, one of my favorite dishes is the salad with their house dressing. Anyway, check this place out at least once if you havent already.

Dishes arent anything to rave about... just solid flavor ... just like mom does back home. We came here while visiting the In-Laws who recently moved here after a 35 year military career. Horrible Horrible service, ordered Calzones today both were done more than normal but one was burnt. Brought up to waitresses attention and was told thats how they were when baked. WRONG....Calzones are not supposed to be burnt or overdone in any shape or form. Wayyyyyy over priced for the quality and service, not first time weve had issues. Every bite I took was so good it made me feel feelings. I dont know if you are allowed to fall in love with a bowl of pasta but I did and I have no regrets. The bruschetta was beyond glorious and I cant wait to come back here

Great food and friendly service. Definitely a favorite. Wish we had found this sooner. We ll be back for sure. There was no sign so you have to search it up. Don t let the outside fool you. It s plain outside but nice inside. Lasagna and meatballs and Salmon with Parmesan cream sauce with shrimp and spaghetti with garlic and olive oil were great!

Last week our meal was 5 star tonight 1 . Our pizza was over cooked and a different taste the pepperoni was bad. My salad had like boiled chicken instead of grilled. There was 2 artichoke soggy pieces wilted lettuce and stale dressing . It went in the trash.

We were pleasantly surprised how good our meal tasted. My husband raved about his tortellini. I enjoyed the calzone that I ordered. The first in many years that I had tried that was made right and tasted delicious. We look forward to many more meals at Mias. Definitely better then what you find at chain restaurants.
