Went in extremely nervous but came out feeling soooo much better! Very thorough and understanding. Melinda had some great ideas to keep me not coming back, which works for me! James was caring and did a great job with my IV despite me having a minor freak out (sorry James!). Would highly recommend for fast, professional and thorough help. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this ER. The lobby is clean with a pleasant atmosphere and calm. We were able to get right back and very quickly. An attentive team took care of us and was not long till we saw the emergency room physician, Dr. Sautner, who was fabulous.

Fantastic service! Melissa, our RN, and Dr.Okpon-Onabajo, and the rest of the team, got me taken care of in no time! Skip the horrible wait times United Regional or Kell West--I would still of been waiting by the time I was treated and sent home from ER Now. They have everything a regular ER does, but much, much better service.

I had an extremely painful cyst removed at ER NOW when my primary care facility wouldnt do it. The front receptionist, nurse, doctor, and x-ray tech were very professional and took care of it within 1 hour. I am very thankful this facility exists and isnt downtown. The only reason I put a star is theres no way to choose negative stars but this place and the staff will be report to the proper channels to have an investigation open into the reason they stood there talking while an unresponsive woman was laying in a chair in their waiting room I had to literally carry her out of the place and start transporting her to a real emergency room while in route I flagged down a texas department of public safety officer which assisted me by calling for an ambulance to come get her out of the vehicle to transport her to the hospital cause she had started having seizures caused from anxiety disorder I Wouldnt Suggest or Recommend This Place to FAMILY FRIENDS WORST ENEMIES OR EVEN MY EX-WIFE SO PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND ANYONE YOU A FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE THE VET CLINIC OR HOSPITAL WOULD AT LEAST HELP OR CALL AN AMBULANCE

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Came in for my daughter having a rash and a bad cough, after being there for 1 1/2 hours she was swabbed for strep & covid. Another hour goes by tests come back negative. Doctor comes in to tell us he s not sure what it is and to follow up with our primary doctor. Terrible experience all the way around.

I was seen on February 7, 2024 for dizziness. I got really great care from everybody there. Rhonda was working the front desk and she was so nice! Amy was my nurse and she was phenomenal. Bryce took my vitals and he was so personable. The ER physician Dr. Menchaca was also phenomenal. Everybody had great bedside manner! Lane was able to start my IV and that is extraordinary in itself since I am an hard stick. All kinds of tests were performed to get to the root of the problem. Thanks to the wonderful care team that took great care of me. I would highly recommend ER NOW to family and friends.

I brought my daughter in and the experience was great from the start to finish. Alyssa at the front desk was very helpful with paperwork a getting us back fast. Nurse Amy & Rad. My husband was experiencing an ongoing headache and lump in his throat for more than 10 days. The wait was very long at United regional and he was concerned so we called ER now and they had no wait. When we got there i was taken back by how clean and nice the facility was. They had refreshments while you wait and it was very well cleaned and maintained. Anna at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Our nurse Amy R was also great and between her and James, they ran multiple tests to see what the issue was. They were very polite and quick about taking care of us. We met with the ER physician Dr. Hinton and she was kind and understanding to our situation that my husband was nervous. They made sure to make us comfortable and also get us out as quickly as possible but with the proper care. I would definitely insider ER now if you need great service and quickly. Highly recommend!

This review is for Brenda Hinton. She gave me tramadol while I was on Vilazadone. Which I have come to find out is a serious no no. She was extremely rude and uncaring. She also gave me norflex which also interacted with my regular medications. If you have the option to choose where you go for the er do not go when she is working. She s absolutely awful. Please take this review as a warning. Menchaca is an absolute saint though if he s working your in good hands. Not Dr Hinton though!

We love ER Now! It is clean, fast, and the staff is awesome. Amy (nurse) was fantastic with our 5yo who had to have staples in his head. Bryce (radiology tech) was playful with our child and eased his nerves. Dr. Zardain was sweet and had a great bedside manner during the procedure and ended with high fives and fist bumps! I ve used this ER a few different times and all of my experiences have been very pleasant, but my most recent visit was by far the best service I ve received here! Nurse Sam, Physician Walker, Radiology Tech Bryce, and the receptionist Miranda were all so kind and patient with me. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be at all times and helped me walk in and out of the building (was visiting with severe back pain) and even helped me into the car. Miranda was very attentive and walked my mom through all the paperwork so I wouldn t have to worry about it as much. The team at this ER never disappoints me and I definitely recommend visiting when you re in need of urgent care! They joked with me (I need laughs when I m uncomfortable) and didn t make me feel crazy for cracking jokes in my situation.

Great care while there, got us in and out but just after we left my wife started to vomit and hasn t stopped for 8-9 hours, called them several times asking for nausea medicine, they were supposed to call in it for over 3 hours now and nothing, we are having to go to another clinic now so she can get some kind of relief from vomiting every 20 minutes

Er now Dr Ruiz did a fantastic job. very professional and caring doctor and RN nurse Mitzi was a very sweet and compassionate nurse! The receptionist was very courteous and helpful as she could be ! Everyone was great except for the Radiology Tech Tirk she came into room complaining and slamming door open and rude like she was having a bad day or something but I wasn t to pleased with her service . She bruised my arm so bad it hurt for days after the visit . Hope she has better days now . But thanks ER Now for the fast and friendly service ! We truly appreciated it.

Amazing experience! It was your classic frisbee to the face situation for my 3 year old except it hit him right in the crease of his eye causing him to need stitches. I really did not want to take him to the hospital are so we decided to give ER Now a shot. We are so happy we did. They were so gentle and patient with my son. He was terrified and everyone tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible. From Laykea at the desk allowing him to get Cheetos to Nurse Amy and Rad Tech Bryce who went above and beyond to make him comfortable. Dr. Saunter did a great job with the stitches and allowed us to get out of there within 1 hour! We were very impressed and while we hope it s not for a while, we would definitely go back.

We had to take our 4 year old in. This was an option and we had not been here before. I can guarantee that we never will again. He was scared to sit on the table they wanted him to sit on, and instead them trying to make it an easy experience for a little one they said no he has to. They went to test for strep and flu and stuff. They shoved the swab down his throat and nose so hard. I have seen it done plenty of times but not this forcefully. His nose kept bleeding. And now several weeks after visiting he still is scared something is going to hurt his throat again, so we have to battle brushing his teeth. We never had this problem before ever. If they don t want to have a gentle and caring attitude then don t take kids. I was a very unhappy mom and almost left. The only reason I didn t was because we got that far I wanted the results.

We went here on a Saturday close to 7:30/8pm. The front desk, Ana, was super nice and approachable. We were the only ones there and it took maybe 5-10 minutes after we were checked in to be brought to the back. The nurse, Dorinda, was thoughtful to bring my daughter a juice as well as my son while we waited on medication. I have never went to one of these ER places before and my experience was much better than my expectations.

Great experience at ERNow. We were immediately seen. My daughter injured her wrist and they did a thorough diagnosis and we were ready to go. We were in and out within about 20-30 minutes. Nurse and Dr had great bedside manor. Dr spent time to explain to my daughter what her injury was and how people receive the injury. Again, Great experience.

I smashed my thumb at work. Went to United Regional and as usual it was full with a more than 4 hour wait. Thanks but no thanks. Then I went to Urgent care and they want you to sit in your car and register. Well, if you only have 10% battery and forgot your charger plus you have to wait until they call you, not cool either. Then I went to another place on Kemp. Waste of time. Enough said. After all that plus I had family in town for 2 funerals, enough was enough. On my way to nowhere I passed ERNow. I remember their ads and some of their doctors. I walked in and the receptionist ask how she could help me. That was enough to bring me to a full blown break down. I was crying because I was so done with everything. Needless to say Rhonda, Amy, Dr. Hinton and Kinleigh were the ones that hooked me up. Everything was bam bam bam. The only thing that sucked, was the long wait for x-ray results, but best believe me, it was way shorter than United Regional. Yes, I broke my thumb. Thank you so much ERNOW. The only regret I have is that if I would have went to ERNow first, I could have saved myself a lot of frustration. Thanks again and yall have a blessed day.

Yes I went into ER now and the girl at the front desk Rhonda she was so sweet and friendly she was very welcoming to me she just took me right on back and didnt even hesitate she had such a sweet small and I knew I was in good hands. As soon as I got back in the room my nurse Adrienne she walking me through talking to me being very sweet asking me what was brought me there she was so helpful and so understanding she listened you could tell she really cares about her patience she took fantastic care of me the whole time I was there she explained everything to me she is definitely a caring loving person. And then my check came in and she had put a IV on me I didnt even feel it when she put that ID on me she was so gentle she also you could tell she really cared for the people that she was treating and my ER doctor Dr Hinton came in and sat down and we talked she listened to everything I said you could tell she cared about what I was going through and we talked and she told me what she was was going to do she walked me through it she didnt have me guessing and then she came back and she explained everything that she found and she was the best doctor that I have seen so far I have been in and out of the hospital lately and it seemed to me they just wanted to get rid of me they really didnt explain to where I could understand but this doctor she explained to me in the terms that I could understand not in the way a doctor understands but everyone that was on call that day was fantastic you could tell theyre in it to help their patients and take care of their patients they all had such a caring heart I was so lucky that they were there

From the moment we walked in, we had an amazing experience. We walked in and were taken immediately into a room. The ENTIRE experience was very smooth and comforting. You dont visit places like this just because, but they made sure we left with smiles on our faces. My 15-year-old daughter has never felt more comfortable. If your choice is this place or die, just go ahead and pass away. AVOID. I wish I would have read the reviews before we went here. I took my husband here tonight. The receptionist was friendly, but the RN Dorinda, the other lab nurse, and the Dr at times were extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never been met with such attitude in my life by people who are suppose to comfort and care in a time of pain. They were only concerned with if we were going to use our insurance or pay 1520 up front, and continued to make sure we kept our masks up because covid but then the rude nurse and receptionist didn t have theirs on. Everything about this night with them was AWFUL. I will never recommend this place and would die before I came back here.

Honestly, just go wait at the regular emergency room. But if you have to come here : Adrian my nurse went above and beyond for me. It was a weird, difficult situation at she did her absolute best to help. The front desk lady was also very, very sweet. The doctor was horrible. I completely understand not being able to do much to help, but the way she talked to me and my mom were unacceptable. I m pretty sure I know what doctors I see, and her lecturing in the moment was uncalled for, ESPECIALLY for what I was going through. There s a way to talk to people, and that certainly wasn t it. The ER is clean, we were seen very quickly, and there were definitely some positives to the experience. But overall, I wouldn t recommend this facility.

Do not come here. Came during the night and the RNs were so unkind and unprofessional. We came here with an urgency to be taken care of because it s a flipping ER and the nurses were more concerned with telling my sister (who was panicking and struggling to breathe) to keep her mask on than actually seeing what was wrong with her. If you can t have an ounce of compassion for people then don t become a nurse. These ladies are doing patients a grand disservice.

This was the absolute worst care I have ever received in my life. I was only Patient when I walked in. At hour 1.5 IV line was dropped. All the time being shut behind a door with no call light (never was I given call light). Upon arrival they revealed they had no manual spygometer so BP not taken until 2.5 hours in which I requested before given IV Zofran. At that point I had severe jaw discomfort going into shoulder blades and into left arm. The nurse helping said we need to get EKG. Another hour passes and still having no call light I opened door and radio tech sitting at desk I requested an EKG. In which she goes (we cant do that just cause a patient asks). I think if you are even a Dr in a box you have P&P for that. Hour 3.15 she runs and the EKG I saw the EKG and it had so much artifact that any MD in his right mind would not have accepted. I told them that I could feel miserable at home. After a little over 4 hours there I had a total of 2 sets of vital signs. This care was not acceptable! Left feeling absolutely no better.

She did not have to wait long, but the lady could have told her she was going to have to wait. Then she could have sat down. After thinking all that unrelieved pain, Dr Kamath wants me to see Rheumatoid doctor as he feels like there s a high possibility that I have an Autoimmune Disored. Changes nothing you did wrong. If I could give more than 5 stars I would went there late at night with a laceration that ended up needing 9 stitches. I cannot say enough about how pleasant Dr. Menchaca made what would otherwise have been a purely unpleasant experience. This man is representative of how all doctors should be-as down to earth and likeable as could be and obviously truly enjoys his profession. Adrienne my nurse was likewise just as pleasant as could be, and even went the extra mile of treating the blood I got on my pants with peroxide to prevent staining! My husband and I are from Tennessee and were visiting our daughter and sil, but will absolutely use this facility again if ever needed! The people of W.F. have a true asset in this facility.

DO NOT GO HERE. FIND AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL! My husband went here because he came down with a severe case of food poisoning while traveling and was extremely dehydrated to the point he was unable to drink anything without vomiting. He was unfamiliar with the area and was told the closest ER was this facility by an Urgent Care clinic he went to first (we tried searching for ER in Google and Apple Maps but only the military base hospital would pop up). Thinking this was an actual medical institution, he drove carefully drove there. While he was in pain and delirious, they refused to treat him at all unless he paid them nearly $1600 upfront and assured him that the payment would cover ALL treatment (we just got a bill from them in the mail). Then, they refused to put him on an IV in case he needed surgery, couldn t tell him what medication they gave him or how long it would be in effect, and gave him an X-Ray instead of a CT Scan, which THEY recommended!! He never saw an actual physician, only a couple of nurses on staff. The nurses refused to speak to me, despite me being an approved contact- then they complained to him that I was calling up there to begin with. He was there for nearly three hours with no treatment or doctor consultation, just pain and nausea medicine that no one knew the name of and an X-Ray he wasn t supposed to get. Fortunately, our family was able to get him and take him to a hospital closer to home (3-hours away) where he received actual treatment- an IV, a CT scam, and prescribed medication to help him at home. An actual doctor treated him and was able recognized how severe his dehydration was based on the same information he provided to this facility, and determined he had a very bad case of food poisoning from the CT scan. To this day my husband thinks they were going to let his kidneys fail before they treated him, and that s why they kept saying no IV in case of surgery. I think they are all idiots who couldn t care less about the actual well being of their patients other than the amount of money they could squeeze from those who don t know better or are in no condition to choose another facility.

My significant other had a bike wreck and a concussion. He also wanted me in the back because he couldn t see a thing and wanted my support and comfort. While walking with them to the back, a staff member asked me to trash my drink. After doing so, I was locked out from the back and told by another employee they don t allow visitors in the back due to covid. I understand that this might be a rule, but why is there an inconsistency with the rules amongst the staff members and why was I forced to throw away my drink if I couldn t go back there. I had high hopes for this place and am completely disappointed in the way they conducted themselves. We won t be back again.

Don t go here if you have anything serious. Goes for all free standing ER s. Family member had COVID and qualified for monoclonal antibody transfusion since she is high risk. Needed the positive result of the covid faxed over to the infusion center. Timing of the infusion after symptoms onset was extremely important to avoid severe COVID pneumonia. Hospitals are overwhelmed and people are dying at an alarming rate. This was lost on them. Complete incompetence. Secretaries from hell wouldn t help in any way. Wouldn t even allow me to speak to a physician. They only want your money.

My one-year-old fractured her arm, and these folks were amazing. They were fast! Ive never been in and out of an ER so fast, and with a broken arm?! That means admittance, interview, x-rays, review, diagnosis, splint, referral, and outprocessing, and we still got home by bedtime! Okay, close to her bedtime. And they kept her smiling! Amazing. They do accept Tricare, but they are not in the network, which is more a fault of Tricare than of the ER, itself.

I was billed over $4,000 for going in to get a burn cleaned. I was there maybe 10 minutes. They told me to come back in a few days to make sure it wasn t infected in any way. They were very adamant I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED for the follow up. It took all of 2 minutes to look at my thumb and then tell me if it was good or not. They charged me nearly $1,000 dollars just for the follow up which they told us would not be an additional charge. Horrible. Night staff was awesome. Helped me through my burnt finger, but the day staff when I came back were the rudest people I have ever experienced.

This is NOT a minor emergency clinic. They charge the maximum listed on your insurance for a full ER visit. I was hit with a bill for $950 when I went in for low blood pressure. Also, the nurse who took a blood sample from me squirted my blood all over my arm and the floor. Go somewhere else.
