This is by far one of the best Dennys Ive been to and Ive been to alot cause I was a Truck driver for 26 years and been to them all over the U.S. they were very courtious and friendly. Their food was still hot and the waitress kept our drinks topped up. It was a very clean environment you could tell they actually still care and want people to come back like some Ive been to. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a hot meal and a friendly environment. Just ate here again and still have same opinion as before very friendly staff and still very clean. Love this location. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp so its accessible.

Do not eat at this Dennys in Whitcha Falls, Texas. We stopped there July 20th and the waitress refused to wait on us after I confronted her about being on her phone and not seating us when we walked into Dennys Restaurant. She was rude and the manager did not even show her face after her employee told us she wasnt going to wait on us. We walked out of the restaurant and went and ate at Cracker Barrel. A way better place to eat.

Food is ok it is a Dennys after all, the wait staff is friendly enough but the kitchen staff are nothing but filthy mouths that can be heard in every part of the restaurant. Our last experience was terrible. We had a kitchen cook come out and sit at the booth next to us and yell the F word as loud as he possible could. May or may not be back we havent decided.

They servers fight amongst each other and with the kitchen staff your entire visit. Short staffed and make you know it so you feel bad for them and that youre a burden. They mess up the food and cannot get it remade on the fly or at all. This location has gone down hill. For the price being paid on 6 people the experience and food we received was far from satisfactory. Has the potential for greatness but needing new staff!

Our waitress Carla was phenomenal!! Have been driving across the country and stopped in late for food, she was the only waitress working but you wouldnt know it. She was so friendly and attentive, didnt forget anything and was on top of numerous tables with a smile! She also had great recommendations! She is definitely a bright spot in the trip!! The food came very quickly and it was all perfect, kudos to the great kitchen staff as well! Definitely stop by if your in the area looking for great food and fantastic service, ask for Carla, she will brighten your day!!

Burgers are good. Usually Dennys burgers are good though and this one was delicious. We shared nacho appetizer as well , the half portion size and it was actually still a lot of nachos for being the half size. He had the chicken fried chicken and portions were large and filling. The veggie omelette I ordered at first had decayed mushrooms in the greasy sauteed veggies. The hash browns wanted to be good, but they didnt stand a chance in the pool of oil they came in. The manager offered me another choice, so I went for a cheeseburger and fries. The meat tasted of the previous dishs grease! The fries were good. I had warnings walking in, but I ignored them: the railing was greasy/sticky, there were weird sticky marks on the front walk, and the windows were filthy! Not all Dennys are the same.

This Dennys is Fantastic, our son is an Airman at Wichita Falls Airbase, so we come over from Houston every weekend to see him. This Dennys is a place that honors Military and AARPS, discounts, serves a great breakfast, and the waitstaff is gracious, courteous and kind, not to mention that the food for breakfast is fantastic for the price the amount that is on the plate, the expediency with which it is prepared..., and my husband is a Chef...so we know food !!!

Everything about this place was amazing, my wife and I decided to go on a mini road trip for a different scenery and different food options! Yes, we ended up ordering the same normal breakfast we get from any restaurant but it was so worth the mini road trip in my eyes! I recommend Dennys to anybody, they win in my books! We ordered a simple pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, bacon, and sausage link meal! We shared because we both eat like birds if Im being honest and we spent $8 and some change to both eat, get full, and be happy! Parking: There was parking on two sides of the building from what I saw, I was so hungry I didnt really look too hard for parking spaces just hard enough for one for my wife and I! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp leading into the establishment! My wife hates stairs and I asked her You would feel so much safer on the ramp than you would on these little stairs, wouldnt you? She said, Yes I would, I hate stairs. I replied, I know but thats cool they have a ramp. She agreed, but there was maybe 5 steps max and they were small steps so it wasnt a huge and scary deal for my wife lol but at least we know for next time theres a ramp so she doesnt have to take the stairs! Were definitely going to make a trip there on a regular basis if its up to me!

The railings around the restaurant appeared to have not been wiped down in years, pretty dirty. Bypass the bathroom. Service was not good at all. She seemed to be in a bad mood. Dirty coffee cup with chips all around it. OUCH. Water cup had a large crack leaked all over table. Used my 1 napkin to stop the spread of the water and dried it. No additional napkin was offered. Food was well, Meehhhhh. Edible but less that desirable. Ordered dinner steak for takeout, but steak was overcooked, and the plastic utensils would not cut the steak. Potatoes and salad were the sides. Kids grand slam was thumbs up. Waitress was very cheerful. Kid-friendliness: They provided 4 crayons with kids menu and the waitress spoke to the child but looked to the parent for okay on the order.
