I have made this my last visit, l asked the server how was the Mexican street corn prepared, she didnt really know was her reply, l took a chance and it was a bad choice, the street corn is the same substance as the broccoli soup instead of broccoli there are a few kernels of corn, and of course l was not expecting SOUP for Mexican Street Corn, I use to enjoy your meals with the 1st menu you came with,the last few times l have frequented your establishment l have been very disappointed and choose not to return

This was by far the friendliest Panera I ve ever had the privilege of going to! I brought my family here after driving an all nighter from St George, Utah. The food was excellent, the manager greeted us when we entered and offered us complimentary beverages after we ordered, someone came and cleared our plates! It was wonderful! And here s a pic of the remnants because we gobbled everything up before a pic was shot!!!

UPDATE (6/26/24) Much has changed, and I dont think my family will be coming back to this restaurant. My grandmother and I were stuck in the drive-through waiting for a loaf of baguette bread for my mom. When we gave the bread to my mom, she discovered that it wasnt baked thoroughly and ended up throwing it out. The food here used to be so good, but I dont see any reason to come back after this. They got rid of a lot of good menu items.

We came in today and no one was at the counter. Then she had showed up and said sorry I was sitting outside . She had her phone in her hand the whole time just tapping it nonstop while taking our order. She never asked what size salads or a side for our sandwich. Still hasn t put her phone down. Then she proceeds back outside to stare at her phone and vape. Phone never leaving her hand. The lady that cleans the tables was always working and so kind!

Food is always great. Love being able to order at the kiosk and have to talk to or deal with anyone. Now they have taken all the drinks away from the kiosk (I assume because of theft?) and you have to wait until you get your food to get a drink cup? Even Taco Bell and McDonalds lets me sit and enjoy my drink while I wait on my food. Tried to get our drinks from the girl at the register and was told no, we had to wait and get them at the window with our food? Please staff the kiosk or put a camera above it, everyone there is paying with a card, no cash....if they take a drink and dont pay, charge them. Put it in your terms and conditions and make everyone acknowledge it on the first screen when they order. Stop punishing your paying customers and sip club members. Do better Panera.

I love Panera and used to eat there all the time. I remember when Pick 2 was actually a good deal. This Panera is clean and well kept but the service and food are lackluster. Had to order at the kiosk instead of an actual person to ask questions. Kitchen staff wasnt knowledgeable and unfocused on customer service. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. All in all and ok experience but nothing like they used to be. Sad.

I actually just had a Daves triples from Wendys and was eating it inside of this establishment. What I can tell you that the restaurant got looked clean and the food looked good. My friends were eating it and they were all like. This is some great food and so I assumed the service was good as well even though I was gone getting my Wendys when they were ordering. So anyways, I really think this restaurant is quite good and has a lot of character to its content. So get the soup and get a piece of bread and eat it at Panera bread. I recommend it.

We enjoyed a simple, fast, easy lunch. It was quick but refreshing. We had broccoli and cheddar soup, along with a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Both were extremely good and we highly recommend. We also tried the new Blood Orange Charge Splash. I liked the drink, however my husband didn t care for it (maybe because it s Zero Sugar). Restaurant gets busy but they are pretty fast with orders and cleaning off tables. Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu. The menu includes different varieties of salads, soups, sandwiches and flatbread pizzas.

This place is in my opinion is one of the best places in Wichita Falls. The sandwiches are always on point the soups hot and the coffee here is great. The customer service here is the best in town. I have never had a bad experience and if something is not right or missing in a order its fixed asap. Oh and for the people complaing about iced coffee giving bad reviews. Proper iced coffee is hot coffee poured over ice... hence the name iced coffee. SMH. Thank you Panera employees for great service.

The general manager is super amazing. Every time I go in the staff is amazing. Minus one time an employee didnt notice my daughter behind her because the employee was walking backwards. I always order off the app and I love using it. Expect from one day I wanted to experience ordering at the register. My kids and I wanted cinnamon rolls. After she was gathering the rolls I wasnt quite sure if she gave me a receipt after paying. I asked if she handed me one and she said I just walked up here. Super shocked with the response, my daughter also noticed she was laughing at me because I was trying to just tell my son to wait on giving him the box of cinnamon rolls. Ill just continue using their app because it seems to be customer friendly.

I was on my way to work. I am a manager for another restaurant in Wichita Falls and I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee.. the girl at the front cashier was very sweet, but she got nothing right on my order I ordered a hot vanilla coffee, not a cold and then I get to my restaurant ready to eat my avocado, white eggs, spinach a sandwich, and I got an egg with bacon. Very disappointing when once I m at work I can t leave again and I am being very careful about what I eat and don t get what I ordered. Walked in ... wait ... front door was locked or jammed (broke - not marked). Had to go in through side. Ordered my food, the attendant (young skinny brunette with a pony-tail) was very helpful - hence the 2 stars. Besides that, people just sitting around. One employee was smoking just outside the door in the outdoor seating area. Tables needing to be wiped off. Floors under tables had napkins and straw trash. This Place is just too pricey for me. I got the $6 duets meal with 1/2 sandwich and a small cup of soup. Bread had large holes in it which allowed all the goodies (which wasnt much) to fall out. I could have had 3 of these meals and still have been hungry. Give me a huge burrito and a tea (you know that place around the corner) for that $6 and Ill be satisfied. Just saying.

I had the Turkey BLT today at my Panera in Wichita Falls, TX. It was the blandest tasting sandwich I ever ate. The Turkey was like eating nothing. I was visiting Witchita Falls for the day and decided to stop by some place familiar. But this Panera is nothing like the one back home. I was delivered a gorgeous sandwich with very friendly service. They even took care with my unusual allergy. The building is beautiful but the atmosphere they have created with their friendly staff made everything that much better. It was a great place to grab lunch and beat the heat. I visited your location in Wichita Falls, TX and was contemplating which beverage to enjoy, and was thinking of trying the Charged Lemonade. Fortunately, Team Lead Laura was nearby, and I asked her about the lemonade. She informed me that the Charged referred to a boost of caffeine. This is a really nice location. Its new, so everything is squeaky clean. Staff are friendly and food comes out reasonably quick. Ive only eaten at this location four times and twice theyve forgotten an item. So, be sure to check your order if its a pickup (I was all the way home before I realized my chocolate chip muffin was nowhere to found). All the soups, salads, and sandwiches I have had have been good. My two favorites and the Roasted Turkey & Avacado BLT and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup. If youre a fan of Panera, this location will not let you down.

Panera is one of my favorite go-to spots in town for soup and oddly.. coffee. The atmosphere of inside is very low light with open spaces to sit and relax. If you want a quiet spot to meetup with a friend or a date, this is perfect. The staff are always friendly and wont rush you out. Been 3 times, each visit has been progressively worse. Weve experienced orders being wrong, orders missing food, cold food including soup and today we waited 32 minutes for a bagel and it was missing its cream cheese.

This place is always consistent in quality of food and the smoothies are excellent. Panera has pizzas?! I didnt even know but man they are tasty at this location! Very nice employees and a fantastic manager. Everything was clean and in great shape. Not too far from the college and the only panera in town. Certainly an impressive representative of this franchise. Owner must be proud hiring management that runs everything so smoothly.

We ve had two instances of mold growing in dairy products from this location. Legit solid mold. And I m convinced they are selling bakery products from the day before (or older). For instance, I bought a croissant this morning that was so hard and tough I could barely pull it apart. In was loud when I tapped it against the table and I seriously struggled to bite into it. We also have had cookies from there that are the same; so dry and so hard that they crumbled and tasted terrible. We were so excited to get a Panera but every time we go we are convinced even more that we should stop going.
