Very unhappy experience living here. You cant control who your neighbors will be. But, during my time here I had peaceful neighbors and I had very disrespectful ones. Currently dealing with disrespectful neighbors. They slam doors around/ cabinets; smoking in a non-smoking lease when they were spoken to over and over again. It goes into my bathroom really badly and sometimes in my living room. They Play Music with loud bass that fill up my whole living room. Also, they leave their trash out for days on the patio. Its already bad pest issues, roaches would sometimes appear even after constantly spraying myself and reporting no avail. So much more has happened. Im not being responded to or heard when Im constantly saying what the constant issues are. Or the Office door is locked at all hours, etc. Please take into consideration being heard is a must. Most people want their moneys worth in their living spaces and want to feel safe. Im definitely not getting that here. Also, I put in work orders and my work orders have not been done when I put it in weeks ago. 15 Mar 24-16 Mar 24: Was not taking serious about my neighbors smoking indoors between 11PM -4AM. Currently have a cigarette smelling bathroom the moment I type this. Also, the same smell happens when I open up the door to my washing machine and dryer. The smell was not occuring earlier. So, the smokers know what they are doing. When you report cigarette smoking indoors which is prohibited you will not be taking seriously here. Health concerns are not important to these people. Management should send out a mass email to all residents to utilize patios and that smoking indoors is prohibited. Thats the issue with smoking its hard to catch once it clears out. Especially, hours later. 22 Mar 24 The Apartment Manager refuses to address the constant roach issues. I spoken to her about it even after someone was sent out to fix it. They are still in the apartment who no changes Also, the noisy neighbors below me the manager refuses to get involved. They slam doors around very hard during the day and quiet hours. They make banging noises in the kitchen that shoots up to my apartment.. its very inconsiderate. Also, be wary of Saul the regional manager. I spoken to him in the past on issues with the apartment and was very calm. He seemed very off putting and accused me of trying to argue when I was telling him the issues thats going on. Your money is being paid you have the right to want pest control and your neighbors put in check for disturbance and harassing me in my our living unit. Be weary of Jessica. I sent her a recording in the past of previous tenants partying well into quiet hours and she refused to do anything about it. She does shady business. Doesnt send out mass emails to tenants about second hand smoking inside the apartment. My neighbors underneath me smoke between 11PM-4AM. She did a daytime inspection and said, its clear but she is not here during those hours so smoke has time to clear. My neighbors dont utilize their two patios they also leave trash out on their patio for days and its a bad roach issue here. She also, ignores emails concerning noise complains and chooses what to response to. When she gave me permission in the past to contact her if theres constant issues. Dont worry hard karma will come for her and the neighbors. I may not see it coming.. but its coming and its between them and universal law. You treat people poorly whos paying their hard earned money. The universe will clean house when you least expect it. The managers in the past took care of the issues and ppl stopped immediately. Thats how serious they was about fixing the issues.. That is not normal apartment noises below me. The old neighbors before them was 10x better very reasonable and knew how to respect boundaries and didnt disturb me at night or daytime..WATCH OUT YALL . Update: Met w/ manager last month w/ key issue in package room, no follow-up. Checked again and Package was missing, but company refunded me. Thank Goodness!

Jessica is the best. She is very kind and tenant minded. I took an issue to her last week and she had an answer today! We are full now and that is fantastic. Saul, if you see this, kudos to y all and her. There will be disgruntled residents anywhere you go. I have been here for a long time and it is the most pleasant apartment experience I ve had. Jessica, the manager is amazing. Work orders have been taken care of in a timely fashion. I have never seen one bug in my apartment. If you are looking for a good place to live, by all means check them out.

God I love Jessica everyday she puts a smile on my face! She is so helpful even with the smallest things!!!! She makes the apartments feel so welcoming. Everyone is so friendly. I would recommend to everyone!!!

Hello, I was looking for an apartment thats peaceful! Right now I am living in apartments that are really loud, and there are Houses near me and the neighbors will leave there dogs outside all day and night making it hard to sleep. Do they have houses near this apartment complex? also do you accept disability housing?

Living at La Donna has been fantastic, Stacy is very helpful when it comes to any issues or needs and genuinely cares about her tenants. I couldnt recommend this place more. It is generally a quiet and peaceful complex.

These are the best apartments I ve lived at so far. The office is amazing at helping whatever I needed. Elizabeth is amazing (not the Elizabeth in a previous review, she s new and been here about a year now). She is super helpful and made the moving process so much easier. I am going into my second year here and gladly signed a lease again. I recommend anyone to stay here! They are remodeled and it s a pretty quiet property.

Ive lived here for about 7 months now and I couldnt be happier. The apartment manager Miss Stacy is what really sold me on this place, shes amazing. I came here from Chicago not knowing anyone or anything about Wichita Falls and she quickly became a second mom for me. The maintenance man, Rubio, is always on top of things when you need them and super friendly, plus Ive got some great neighbors as well. The apartment complex itself is a great location in town, I love it. The only bad part is Google wont let me give LaDonna more than 5 stars!

If you need a place, this is the one. The manager Stacy is sooo nice and won t rip you off like the other apartment complexes in town! She s always worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The maintenance is super nice and efficient as well. All together a great team. If you want a nice place AND a good property manager, come to Ladonna!

Lived at the complex for 2.5 years. Never had any problems, maintenance and management were very nice! Apartment was a nice size and my neighbors were quiet and friendly. Overall a good experience living here.

I lived here for a year and I had absolutely had the best experience here whether it be maintenance to the management. The apartment manager will go above and beyond to make you a happy resident and she truly cares about you. I would defiantly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

When I tell you I looked at almost every apartment complex within a pretty substantial radius before I made my move from PA to TX, I looked at EVERY complex! I chose LaDonna after I continually received quick individualized responses, a genuine care from Ms.Stacy and great pictures of all the updated available units. In all honesty, I came here because of Ms.Stacy. When I had looked at the other complexes I also dealt with their managers, and I always felt like they were trying to sell me a dream or a used car. Not only did Ms.Stacy share with me the goods of the complex, she also kept It honest and gained my respect immensely. She treats everyone equally from the mail lady to the maintenance workers and I havent found a neighbor yet that has had a bad word to say about her. Coming from out of state with no one, it meant a lot to feel like I was truly being welcomed home.

I worked with Stacy over the phone for months to find the apartment I was looking for. She did everything she possibly could to get me everything I needed for a smooth move. Maintainance is friendly and quick to get what you need. I havent heard my neighbors yet, and the other tenants are very friendly.

Any way you put it the new management and specifically Lisa in the office is a master at her craft . She does a tremendous amount to ensure the happiness of everyone here and that has to be alot. While not being topical and with insight to all other apartment locations around and in Wichita Falls Its understandable and very appreciated! Thanks Lisa

I haven t lived here or even seen an apartment. I called and talked to the lady in the office set up a tour and everything. I drove 20 minutes to this place and when i got there no one was in the office. They had a sign on the door saying they would be back in 2 hours!!!! The lady in the office knew i was coming. Wasted my time and my gas. VERY unprofessional and frustrating.

All though I didnt really have any problems with the apartment complex, this place is not very understanding. I received a promotion at work and was being transferred to a whole nother area and due to the fact I wasnt in the military I had to break my lease and flat out pay what was left plus the 100 dollars they offered me to renew my lease and when asked if there was anything they could do since the answer was flat out no. Only military personnel were allowed to get out of their lease. In my opinion that is kind of discriminatory. So if you dont plan of moving up in your job good place to live. If you do better hope they offer it to you when you lease ends other wise you will pay all of whats left in your lease.

LaDonna Place Apartments is such a beautiful community nestled in the center of Wichita Falls. Its located close to the mall and by plenty of restaurants. They have gorgeous upgrades and have very spacious floor plans. My fiancé and I lived there for a year and we were so sad to have to leave. The Property Manager Renee is absolutely amazing... she is genuine, down to earth and truly makes you feel at home! The whole staff there was always extremely friendly and very attentive to us! I would definitely recommend LaDonna Place Apartments to anyone that is looking to live in a beautiful community and wants to experience outstanding customer service!

I lived at La Donna for almost 3 years and I loved it. The apartments are large and you get a lot of space for a very reasonable price. The updates theyve done make the apartments very nice like granite counter tops and raised sinks in the bathrooms. The community at la Donna is great. Since its a smaller complex, you get to know your neighbors and everyone is very nice. There also isnt much noise pollution. We never heard our neighbors for the entire three years we lived there. The best part however, is the staff. Renee is the best apartment manager you will ever meet. They do everything they can to make sure you feel safe and happy in your home. Love La Donna!
