Steven got right on my job within 2 days of contacting him. He did a great job cleaning up our Austin white stone that had gotten pretty nasty. Also his price was very fair. Will definitely be calling ETX when I need more heavy power washing

This is the third year in a row that I have invited Mr. Davidson and his company to do work on my residence. As in my past reviews, he is a genuinely nice, professional, and reasonable individual who is very responsive and transparent. He did exactly what he said he would do. The quality of his work was excellent and the cost very reasonable. Overall, this was a very professional experience and I would recommend his services highly.

Steven with ETX Services promptly came by and gave me a very good price to clean our shingles and clean out the gutters. I asked a few questions which he answered to my satisfaction and then when he came out to do the work he saw some other areas that needed attention which he took care of free of charge; that is what I call customer service.

What a pleasant surprise this was! For so little money, you can really give your house a face lift. We were so impressed with how careful ETX Services was and the attention to detail they gave all the way around when they power washed our home and cement porch. Super friendly service, too! Steven is great! He did a miracle cleaning my 75 year old rental house. The concrete looks awesome. He is super friendly, very professional, and his price is great too! I ve already told several of my friends and family about Steven.

ETX Services power washed our pool deck, patio area, sidewalk and driveway. It helped give a updated look to these areas. And the cost to have all this done was less than what we had anticipated. Steven was right on time and immediately prepared his equipment to power wash the backyard fence & patio, as well as the 2 fences in the front of the house that face the street. Wow, what a difference the power wash made! It looks like we have new fences and he removed all the mold and stain from the patio in the backyard.. I would not hesitate to recommend EXT Services! The owner of the company, Steve, was very professional and honest. He quoted me a reasonable price to clean all my gutters but told me if he found any that did not need cleaning he would deduct the cost of that square footage. Before he started, he showed me the condition of the gutters and several gutters did not need cleaning. He was very honest. I will hire him again when his services are required.

Thank you ETX Services for the outstanding job you did for us. Our house has never looked better. My husband is extremely pleased with how good his shop looks. No more mold & mildew. ETX Services did a GREAT job washing my house, carport, boathouse, and decks. I live on Lake Tyler in a cedar and stone house, which spider webs LOVE. Somehow, they managed to get all visible cobwebs gone!! They also stained my decks around my house and boathouse and did a great job! They were quick to respond initially, kept me posted throughout the process, and were very professional. I felt they were reasonable in their pricing and I will definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with ETX Services. I was looking for gutter cleaning for our 2 story house. I contacted them through the website and received a response within a few hours. They came by the house the next day and I received an estimate via email. I approved the work through an email link and was scheduled for the service within 48 hours. Once the service was completed, I received pictures via email of each section of gutter and proof of cleaning. I completed the transaction on the website. The price of the cleaning was very reasonable. I will use this company again if I need further services they provide.

I am editing the below comments to update. The owners contacted me, after I reached out, and explained their situation, and came to make the repairs to my work. I feel very strongly, as a business owner myself, that this is the MOST difficult thing to do, the right thing. They stood by their work, and their word, a rarity indeed among contractors . I recommend, and would actually use them again. hired this company because they seemed like such nice people and they were local. We had a lot of trouble getting the work done, they didnt always come when scheduled and frequently didnt call to explain why. Once the work was done there was a problem. I met in person with both owners and they assured me that they would follow through .as soon as I wrote the check (thousands of dollars) they wont answer emails, text, or phone calls. They said they would be back in three days when we spoke in person and that was a month ago. I am so disappointed that you cant take people at their word or count on them doing what they say. Buyer beware.

ETX Services is an amazing company to work with. They actually LISTEN to what the customer wants. We wanted something so out of the ordinary and after trying to please us they finally said- we will just make it for you! Our pancake shaped pavers for our Walk of Honor were way above and beyond what we had even imagined! The quality and service by ETX Services was top notch. We have had these guys come out to clean our concrete floors and some heavy equipment a couple of times and have always had great service! They are on time, have the biggest pressure washer Ive ever seen, and take extra care not to damage our equipment. We will definitely use these guys again and again!
