We had a reservation as a church group for 29 people, and was not told they could not accommodate us until we got there. They wanted to scatter us over the restaurant and the manager was not willing to work with us. Mind you this reservation was set weeks ago. Pappas your customer service was far below par and I will never support this establishment.

Another great part of this chain. The Hennessy drink is fantastic, dangerous even, and pairs wonderful with salmon dishes. Our waiter Alejandro was fantastic. If youre unfamiliar with these restaurants, they serve excellent grilled, blackened and baked fish. Somewhere between Americana and Cajun, southern elements are found in the spice blends and some French elements in the cooking techniques/styles. Creme brulee is always good, and an excellent way to end the meal.

The food is so delicious here. I had the salmon covered in some you re of shrimp and crawfish sauce. All I can say is I woke up wanting that taste back in my mouth. Also, if it s your first time going you ll get a free appetizer or dessert and I the seafood fondue dip and it never disappoints.

Love Pappas! We had a wonderful meal. Seafood Skewer with Jambalaya was out of this world. Husband got fried shrimp with fries. I ate ALL of mine, and 1 bite of his shrimp. Very full. The seafood cob salad sounds and looks amazing too. I wanted to get Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake, but was too full. It really was delicious! Clean restaurant with very friendly, attentive staff. Yummy!

Don t get me wrong this place has great food, but unfortunately they act negligent towards people with allergies. I myself had an allergic reaction at this establishment due to not being informed that one of the desserts contained nuts. This unfortunately costed me a trip to not only CVS but the E.R. as well. I recommend eating here but be very cautious as they seem to not take allergies too seriously.

The food was delicious but our server ruined our first experience there. When he asked for our drink order we asked for water. We had a toddler with us but he gives her water in a glass cup. We asked for him to put it in a plastic cup. When he comes back with the cup, it was barely filled with water. The cup was barely at half. He had a really horrible attitude throughout our service as well. Our cups were left empty without asking us if we wanted a refill. We had to ask for a refill after minutes of him passing by us, looking at our table and not refilling it. PAUL LEONA is a horrible server and needs to be retrained. Our friends paid for the bill and still tipped him 18% which he highly didnt deserve. Food was delicious but if the servers treat customers this way at an establishment like this, it ruins the decision of wanting to come back.

We typically come here once or twice a month, but the service has gone down progressively over time. Yesterday we were here for my mother in laws birthday, and they tried their best to ruin it. They made us wait longer than everyone else around us for a table for 10, which is literally 2 medium tables pushed together. We called in for a reservation and were told 15 minutes, which turned into an hour. Once we were seated, the service was slow, as we had 1 server named Patrick, who we had to keep asking for refills, condiments, etc. Prior to receiving our meal, a random server started cleaning the table and took my clean fork and my glass. I asked for my fork back and noticed my glass was gone while I was eating and had nothing to drink. Patrick brought everyone refills and didnt even question where my glass went. He mixed up 2 of our tickets when ringing them up, which caused us to wait another 20 minutes for it to be corrected. He apologized, saying it wasnt his best service that day. Lucky us, while were celebrating what should have been a happy occasion. Meanwhile at another table, they started sweeping before a couple sat down, because the man said the floor was dirty. Apparently they cater to some and not others when delivering good service. 3 people in our party had to ask for a to-go container so 1 person in our party could leave. The manager was one of the people we asked, but she never brought one either. She never asked if we were doing ok at our table, just started sweeping on the side of us. This is no longer the 5 star restaurant it used to be, and Pappasitos is going down with them as well.

Pappas Seafood offers a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, and our server (whose name escapes me) was exceptionally friendly. She was attentive and provided thorough answers to all of our inquiries. To start, my spouse and I opted for the crab meat spinach dip, which was outstanding. It was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the garlic bread. We also tried the fried cheese with tomato sauce, which was decent. As for our main courses, I selected the seafood platter featuring shrimp, scallops, crab cakes, salmon, and roasted butternut squash. While the dish was tasty, the portion size was a bit small considering the price. The presentation on a large plate was lovely, but the spacing between each item made it appear more substantial than it actually was. My husband ordered the fried catfish and shrimp etouffe. Although the flavors were lacking, the portion size was generous at a lower price point. Nevertheless, the exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience.

I bought two fried catfish combos that had one catfish, 3 or 4 chicken tenders, 3 or 4 shrimp & french fries off the lunch special menu for about $19.00 & it was absolutely great. There was enough food to eat half at one time & half later that night. I also bought a garden salad that was so good & the ranch dressing was so tasty. Like all Pappas restaurants, this place is pricey but the food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Weve had the whole lobster here with the melted butter and it was amazing. You can pick a smaller lobster as well to help with price. We have also tried the salad that comes with shrimp and it was amazing. One last thing weve tried is the fried shrimp and it was delicious. Amazing experience overall. Our waitress Amanda was very knowledgeable of the menu and the roasted oysters she recommended were delicious. We were treated with respect and she took the time to check on us. Will be coming back

Im not impressed. I purchased the family pack to go which is suppose to feed between 3 and 4. Catfish too spicy. Green bean to feed maybe 2. 20.00 for this crab dip. Why Shiuld have gone to Red Lobster for this price. Will NOT do it again. The only reason for a 2 is because the customet service was good

Very delicious seafood and the bread was fresh and warm! Sorry no photos, was too hungry! The only disappointment was the pineapple drink. It didn t have a strong pineapple taste and that s why I ordered it because pineapple is my favorite!

We visited Texas for the first time and this was one of our first meals. We went early in the evening. Almost right at 5. We got seated immediately and a wonderful girl named Alyssa was our waitress. She answered our questions very well. We ordered and got our food very, very fast. There was SO much food. It was fresh and hot! We got mostly fried seafood, along with some stuffed crabs. It was all delicious. No way we could eat all that they gave us!!
