In-house dining to watch a football game. Service was awesome! Food, however, is the same old boring unhealthy garbage. :-( Only difference is now its exorbitantly overpriced. For the $27 my meal cost here for wings and tater tots, I could have gone to a decent restaurant and had a fairly nice sit-down meal.

Firstly, I want to highlight how amazing the manager, Ms. G, was. She really knows how to turn an unhappy guest s experience around I hope she s seen, heard, and respected by her team. She knows what she s doing! Our server Alyssa fell short. She lacked initiative in checking on us, whether we were ready to order drinks or entrees, and even after our appetizers were served by someone else. She didn t introduce herself and only brought our water two at a time for our four-person table. Twice, she walked away while I was trying to place my order :( After speaking with Ms. G, Alyssa s service improved significantly, but I still hope she can receive additional training to better her skills. Making sure that future guests don t have a similar experience should be a priority.

I went in for a to go order last night when I got home there was not one but 2 hairs in my ranch. Obviously appetite is ruined at that point. I m a frequent flyer at this location so I tried to be courteous not do these public reviews and just tell the store manager so she could address it with her staff. In the middle of me talking she interrupts with a short snarky I m sorry ma am and then silence. I know people assume when you call you are trying to get something free which was not the case I m trying to let her know that her establishment is clearly not following the proper guidelines with hair nets etc. These kind of things are serious and need to be addressed that s all I ask for but when you re rude to me I can tell it s not going to happen. It was once I asked for the corporate office number then she changed her tune, you had the opportunity to be sincere the first time and you chose not to address it properly. Just beware of hair in the food and the GM Colleen brushing it off as if it s ok.

I was really disappointed when I got home with my takeout order and saw ALL of my ranches were under halfway full. We re paying good money for food the LEAST you could do is give me some damn ranch and seal it properly. I suspect the waiter was too high to do an adequate job of serving our table. It wasnt very busy, but the 2 simple cocktails we ordered didnt arrive until after the food. They got lost with a to-go container and couldnt remember where it needed to go, even though it appeared they had only 3 tables. It was the slowest, most lackadaisical service Ive had in a long time.

Went in to celebrate my sons birthday as well as Father s Day the host was super friendly sat us at a table that I was unfortunately unable to sit comfortably being 7 almost 8 months pregnant I asked to add a chair at the end and she said yes. Another lady walks up and says I can t place the chair because it s a fire hazard I understood that so my husband ask if we can put it at the other end again she said no with an attitude so I asked if we can get seated at a table and add another table at the end and again with an attitude said we can add a chair to the end of our original table. It was her whole attitude for me. very rude all she needed to do was tell me This from the beginning I let her know that s what we asked from the beginning and with her attitude let me know she was only doing this as a courtesy for me granted I did start getting upset because the attitude was very unprofessional and unnecessary . While I was walking around to place the chair at the end she made a comment saying i should loose my attitude!! I personally did not hear her say this but my family sitting in front of her heard this. My whole family got up not wanting to eat there no more if you are in management you know how to talk to people she walked out being rude from the very beginning. Alyssa is her name. Be better especially being in a management position know how to make a situation better not more complicated.. I have already reported this on the website That was very unprofessional from Alyssa being in management

UPDATE: 5 June 24. I know its hot outside, but that is why we dine in, to get out of the heat. It must have been 78° in there! Either FIX the AC or turn down the damn thermostat! The menu is just fine. Its just a big chain sports bar. Good food, lots of sauces to choose from if youre going for the wings and a very tasty Burger. Iced tea is always fresh and beer is always cold.

Love the brisket burger, my boyfriend loves the wings and craves them multiple times a week. Will say it gets busy no matter what day of the week but the food is still good enough for the wait. What me and my boyfriend have done in the past is order to go and eat down the street at a park off h3 due to not wanting to wait. our poor server was her first day and we had a party of 12-15 people she clearly wasn t trained enough but she managed and was very very sweet. however; whatever manager was there thursday night, had a nasty attitude. we all didn t arrive at the same time (we re servers and we all left our job at different times to meet up) so we sat down as we came and waited to be greeted and by the time all of us arrived about 15-20 minutes into us waiting, no one came yet so we asked the manager, who we thought could maybe help us out, but instead we were told that we wouldn t be getting our drinks because we all came at different times. she said maybe if you all came at the same time you would have gotten your drinks which doesn t make sense because it would be way easier to get our drinks as we come rather than wait and have to grab 12+ drinks all at once. we all looked at each other like did she really just say that to us because our managers at our job would be the first to step in and grab some drink orders for guests who are waiting. she also didn t help the server what so ever. it s a shame that the staff have a manager like that.

Worst service experience my family and I have had. We had 5 adults and 2 children, 1 of which required a high chair. The waitress said we couldnt have a clean booth due to the need for a high chair. A table that was dirty needed to be bused. What should have been 2 minutes turned in to over 10 minutes while we watched several employees screw around. No one cared and there we people stacking up behind us. The place did not seem to have a staffing issue. We never sat down, we just left. Disappointing way to start our vacation.

Realized the servers were different more often than seeing the same faces in the dining area. So I would just do takeout cause I assumed high turnover. But the quality went down with the size of wings and the missing ranch, that was paid for, and the time for order taking longer than estimated in app. Came in with coworkers and the atmosphere for a late night dinner service on a weeknd was so slow. 3 servers and 2 trainees quit within a month recently. I do not recommend eating here. I actually feel itd be safer for the community if they closed or had better management. Parents having to call in to see about their child not feeling safe at work because harassment between staff is condoneable to current team members. Holistically not a good location. Not coming back.

Krystal was our server. She was amazing! Very attentive eventhough she was super busy. Plenty of televisions to view all the games in a 360 radius The reason I gave 3 stars is because the wings werent fresh. It was a busy night, I believe in attempt of the kitchen trying to stay ahead, someone was batch frying the wings and sitting them under the warmer. And probably another person preparing the orders, using the oldest wings first. I understand this method but This made the wings way too crispy some parts extremely hard to eat. Not all were evenly coated. I actually dont recommend the wing special on Tuesdays since it seems to compromise quality.

Fruit flies and soapy glasses. Poorly executed food. Dirty restrooms. This place has it all! The bar back even mentioned that the dishwasher wasnt working properly, which we could smell, and the bartender said management was already aware, and proceeded to put them away. The smell of rotting beer and dry sewage was unreal. The bar seats had no covers and lots of Rips. And service was minimal at best. Recommend avoiding this one

Update: My family and I all got food poisoning, missing work and kids school after eating at this nasty place. First of all my waiter Dezmen was really nice and was good at what he does there, but the facilities have seen better days. The booth had rips and tears everywhere. The restroom was kinda dirty and only one faucet works. The food was ok at best, they seem to be cheaping out on as much as they can so Im just going to find a new place to dine for wings. This restaurant is great but for some reason always have trouble with the app for ordering here. Sometimes it says they don t have boneless wings which when you call they do. This time I ordered boneless wings only to find traditional wings instead in the bag. Luckily found it in the parking lot and was able to go in and get it fixed quickly. Dined in on Tuesday night. We ordered an appetizer and our server (had her name wiped off badge. Had dirty blondish hair with a pink clip in) went straight to the table behind us and started gossiping for over 15 minutes without ringing our appetizer in. Wings were okay. Fries were old and soggy(they were replaced with a fresh batch after complaining) Service was mediocre. I had to ask server for a rag to clean the table myself. Definitely not going back.

Walked in, walked right back out. This place is an absolute dump. They don t take care of anything. Gnats flying around. Chairs are split with nothing g but cushion left. The mgr and district mgr need to be fired or at least address this disaster. What a horrible establishment.

Boneless wings are good...just not as good as wing stop wings. Service was lack luster on this visit. Asked for certain things, simple things, like napkins and they never showed up. I feel like the bathrooms could be cleaner.

These people are getting worse by the day.. How can you tell a customer they cant have their chicken cooked crisper after that person waited for wings for 40 minutes and ordered them extra crispy.. They werent done enough so I sent them back and the manager is a very rude person on top of everything else.. Try somewhere else people.. Trust me.

They were the most beautiful TASTELESS wings Id ever seen!! They take chicken wings with not a lick of salt or seasoning and just slap sauce on top! The minute i took a bite, disappointment set in. After the third wing, I lost my appetite.

Worst management I have ever experienced. The chain is fine, but this one is run poorly and with prejudice. Parking: Parking behind building, which could help with overflow, especially on game nights, but not marked.

The bartender Caleb is doing the best he can alone, still giving exceptional service! On the bar side the lights are really dim, more than likely due to the AC not working on this side. The manager came out briefly but didn t bother to help out nor did she ask any of the customers how we were doing, apologize for the wait, etc! Caleb is making up for all that. He s definitely getting a great tip! Thanks for the best service you can provide with what you re working with!

We went in last night and waited 8 minutes for drinks. In this 8 minutes the manager came by and just told us she would send someone over, then the host came by confused and asked out drink order but didn t bring them. The whole time the manager stood by the kitchen watching our table but did absolutely nothing to fix the situation or to just get our drink order herself. A table was serviced 3 times before we were and then a table who had just sat immediately got their drinks. Our waiter finally showed up, when I asked the manager what the problem was she just told me poor communication but beyond that it was just pure laziness. Then come to find out this morning my debit card was charged for the wrong amount. We had a 25$ gift card and the rest was going to go on the debit card. I was brought a receipt showing 15.56 but my card was not charged that. Overall a horrible experience. Edit to add: same manager was on shift when I went to talk about the wrong charge in the card. She did help in providing me copies of receipts for my bank and I ll follow up when it s no longer pending.
