Multi times im at pick up counter for orders. Watching them bare hand handle food, grab frys bare hands or use scooper than bare hand to hold frys on scooper. Burgers constantly bare handled . Saw older guy manger grab frys bare hands than take to Customer dinning in. Absolutely horrible food practices.. Food safety not taken seriously. Week after review still witness same thing . This time another tall shift manager picks up someones chicken fingers bare hands to move over on plate to add frys. Thats 2 male managers with no clue about food practices

I order from here all the time . i love chilis but yall are SO out of line for this . I paid $30 for a tiny scoop of undercooked food . I dont mind pink meat but THIS is crazy . and it was so tough like it was RAW or cut wrong . this TINY serving of fajitas for $27 ?????????? Yall are dead wrong for this . I ordered extra tortillas because I normally need more than the original serving but what yall served me was crazy . I only needed a couple tortillas but I honestly didnt even it because I was so upset . This was worth $10 at best . My rice was also cold and hard .

Terrible experience. This will be the last time my family and I visit this restaurant. They are literally crap. My steak dish was terrible. The steak was overcooked and the meat was tough. You could tell it was not quality meat. The mashed potato was not fresh. It felt tough and as if it had been there since morning. But even more terrible was the treatment of the manager they have there. He came to the table asking what happened, without identifying himself and without any courtesy. We explained to him what was happening with the steak and he dared to say that I practically ate the whole steak when he didnt know that the steak was 6 ounces and was smaller than the palm of my hand!! He said he has experience with steaks... Come On!!! This manager urgently needs training on how to talk to the customer in a complaint situation! He thought we wanted the dish for free! No sir! We didnt want a discount or anything for free. My family and I just wanted to eat well and have a good time! There are definitely many better restaurants than this one and of much higher quality!

The server was apologetic when delivery the food it was late cold and a ton of salt on the burnt burger. Some more fries came later but we were done. Not sure how this could even leave the kitchen. Was trying to have a family lunch. We don t come out much with our kids (we are a big family) the restaurant was not busy at all. We sat down waiting maybe a total of at least 10 minutes. The food was bland and cold when I picked up. I guess they dont have ways to keep food warm? And dont bother actually trying to pick up your order. Youll stand around for 10 minutes, and when someone does show up in front of you at the to go counter, its not their job and they dont care. Its Chilis. I was at the airport with lots of time and I was hungry. I was just gazing at the menu, and the two greeters were friendly, talkative, and funny. I saw a salad with pico de gallo on it and thought ok Ill try it. Let me tell you about the Santa Fe Grilled chicken salad...OMG LOVE IT! Its spicy and has pico. No dressing needed. I had stopped liking Chilis years ago, but this salad has me going back.

For some reason in recent years the chilis experience is diminishing. The quality of food is inconsistent and the cleanliness of the restaurant is hit or miss too. We ordered our regular Cajun Chicken Pasta today and decided to get it to go. Got home and it barely had sauce on either entree. Almost noodles and chicken only. And for how much they charge now, needless to say it might be one of our last times visiting this location.

absolute garbage experience. they brought out the wrong burger i ordered, then when i asked them to check if it was the right burger, the small asian woman holding the burger TOUCHED IT with her bare hands? she proceeded to ask do you care if i touch it? This Chilis is preferred to one closer as it seems to have a more attentive staff. There was another table that was seated after mine & was served quicker. Not sure why. All items ordered came out hot. I ordered the Margarita Chicken. Very good. And, as usual, a bowl of chips & salsa was devoured. The restaurant appeared clean. Would recommend.

Went to celebrate a birthday and my server was fine except that he disappeared for a long while after we got our food and we needed other things. Then my husband ordered an Old Fashion from the bar and there was as a fly in his drink. After fishing it out we explained the situation to the server and they brought us a new drink however they proceeded to charge us for BOTH drinks. Ill admit that I never really wanted Chilis for lunch, but Im glad that I stopped by. I needed something inexpensive and kid friendly, and this spot met both goals perfectly. We came a little after the usual lunch period, and there were plenty of seats in a clean looking restaurant. Our server/bartender Lexie greeted us right away, and got our drinks going. When we ordered food, it was hot and ready in a matter of minutes. I grabbed the lunch break special, and while I reluctantly went with a house salad to start, I was very impressed by the amount of veggies and cheese in it, not to mention the delicious balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The chipotle chicken bowl was also very flavorful, with just enough heat to be delicious without being tough to eat. The other day I ordered pick up via Doordash. When I arrived, I had to go into the restaurant to pick up my food. Had I ordered via their app, they would have brought out my food. Nice deal 3 for $10. Nice amount of food. Update: My wife and I have gone somewhat regularly on Saturday evenings withan older familymember. This location is OK but not as good as it once was. What phenomenal service tonight. We sat in the bar area booths. I can t remember the servers name but man he was fantastic. Every time he passed our table he scanned it with his eyes and made a stop on the next pass either with refills or just to check in. Food came out like less than 5 minutes after we ordered which was also incredible. I m the GM of a restaurant and this is the service I strive to instill in my crew. Great job, chilis.
