I ordered on DoorDash tonight. And my order was incorrect. I call sonic to let them know. And the girl that picked up the phone put me on mute for 33 minutes. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Definitely disappointed. I wasn t rude or disrespectful I just stated what was wrong and instead of fixing the problem she made it worst. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I recently visited Sonic Drive-In and had a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots, and both were delicious. The cherry limeade was also a refreshing treat on a hot day. The carhop was attentive and made sure all of my needs were met. The overall atmosphere was fun and nostalgic, with the classic carhop service and retro decor. I would definitely recommend Sonic Drive-In for a quick and satisfying meal.

The whole experience was horrible first the food took way to long to get to me 45 mins I timed them , then the girl went to the wrong car, the food was cold and not what I ordered the grilled cheese was so greasy I threw it in the trash , I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes and guess what was only on my burger ....thats right pickles and tomatoes , I mean really get some workers that know how to listen push the right buttons and get peoples orders right ,oh yea the soda was flat , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC IN HILLSBORO TX THE ONE BY WALMART !!!!

This is going to be a weird review but I felt it was worth sharing. The food was great, and service was quick. The gentleman who brought my food out was SO kind. He walked up, payed me a compliment and I cried. I d had an absolutely terrible day and his kind words were exactly what I needed to hear. We hugged through the window of my truck and I left In much brighter spirits. There s customer service but then there s being a genuine human who s kind and cares. So thank you

Love the Route 44 limeade! Best in town. When you think back to when you were younger and ate at Sonic. And had a foot long chili dog with cheddar cheese on top, mustard and chopped onions. Great Talked to my grown son today. He ate a foot long chili dog for lunch at Sonic. I ate one at Sonic for dinner. . We laughed and loved our foot long chili dogs. Just like 20 years ago. Checked hours before going and showed 10:30. Arrived at 10:05, all the lights were on and another vehicle was waiting for their food. An employee came out to bring the other cars food. After waiting a little while an employee tells me over the speaker Sorry, but we closed early tonight at 10. Will never return to this location and will think twice before going to any other.

Have outstanding service during the day. Fast service and car hops are friendly! No complaints there. However, I ve come multiple times 30-45 mins before closing and I always get told we are now closed or no answer at all when I push the red button. Please update hours if it s going to be continuous. If I came 5-10 mins before closing I would understand but not more than 30 mins. I would also understand if y all were short staffed and were forced to close early but being this has happened multiple times even YEARS AGO, it seems nothing has changed. If you can t be open until your listed time for closing, then change it.

The owner lowered employee wages so they could add a tip option to transactions in order to shift the blame onto the customers who are expected to give a tip BEFORE receiving any service (whether good or bad). This is not tipping, this is dishonesty. Pay your employees! In addition, the intercom system functions so poorly it is difficult to even place an order, especially at the drive-thru. This has been a problem at this location for at least 2 years now.

Went to try my first slushy from Sonic. I couldn t see the flavors on the board and I wasn t sure which ones they had. I was in the drive-thru lane and and there was nobody behind me. After asking them what flavors they had they said, they are on the board and if I need more time to pull into a stall! I told them Nobody was behind me and I just wanted someone to tell me the flavors they had available now. This was at 2:00 p.m. after the lunch rush and she could not be bother with me. She told me to pull over or leave! My husband was with me and we were shocked. He was going to order a bunch of burgers for himself and our boys!!! We left to go to the Sonic in Hewitt. Rating a 5 not because of the food, it was normal and good for fast food. The Service though was top notch! 104 degrees out. The Server came running out to drop the food off. After I told him it was hot slow down I can wait and am not that important, he went on to tell me I was and we (customers) were the core there, so he ran. Amazing attitude and nice to hear and see.

I had a short mens and a long woman s hair strand in my burritos in the first bite. They never offered me a refund. They tried to bring me out two new ones before I could ask for my refund. After I asked for it they only refunded me for the burritos and still tried to charge me for the drink. So The employee asked for the drink back (they were going to throw away) so I could get my full refund. I don t suggest you go to this location
