The venue itself is great and clean. The three stars come from issues with communication from management. From receiving an invoice promptly to instructions on what to do the day of, communication was terrible. Communication is an area that needs to be improved. Everything else was pretty good though. __________ Response to the owner: I appreciate you not charging us for the throne chair. We shouldnt have used it. It wasnt delineated in the contract to not use it, but that goes without saying and is on us. Nevertheless, Communication was an issue before Ms. Esmeralda had her baby and became hospitalized. Im happy if you truly do keep this review in mind. Not for my satisfaction but just so the communication of your business all around is the best it can be and complimentary of the top-notch venue that you possess for the benefit of all future customers.

Very clean and a beautiful space. Bathrooms were clean, the Kitchen was big, plenty of tables and chairs. Anything and everything you might need. We had my daughters baby shower there and it turned out amazing!

Very clean and a beautiful space. Bathrooms clean, Changing table in bathroom too is a definite plus for us with Littles. Kitchen big, plenty of tables and chairs. Anything and everything you might need for a party to an art show to a wedding.

We were very disappointed in the forth rightness of this venue. We had 3 discussions before it was disclosed of all of the hidden fees, which were not listed on the website, and they added almost $400 to the cost. After 2 discussions and a tour, my son took the deposit and was then the one told about the extra fees after the cost had been asked about several times . The extra fees were not in our budget. I was very disappointed because we lost our deposit which was part of our budget. Lookers beware of the the hidden fees!

First class service, the owner Viviana Smith goes the extra mile, every detail carefully fufilled as agreed and ensures your celebration is executed just as planned! I would highly recommend. Pros: Professional, courteous and caring staff. Perfect location in the beautiful Castle Heights area. Great rates w/ more bang for your buck! Cons: None

Great place to host an event. They allowed us to book our own DJ, catering staff, and bartender outside of their suggestions unlike most places. Downside was in return for the freedoms granted we were responsible for cleanup. Staff was great and easy to work with.

Nice venue but the lady helping my sister with her wedding was not very helpful, made things confusing. And the floors were not clean before the wedding started even though they claim the floors were. The floors were extremely dirty that the kids who took off their uncomfortablenshoes their feet were completely black and even after washing them they are still black. The bottom of my sisters wedding dress was blackish as well. Would give more stars if the floors were actually clean like they said they were and if the worker was more clear on things and nicer about things.
