Very dissatisfied. We waited an hour for a single plate, while they gave our exact order to customers that ordered after us. Disorganized ordering system, a lot of confusion when handling orders. I asked for a refund, and they were unable to refund my card, so they gave me cash instead...in the form of a bunch of pennies . Gunshots were heard nearby.

Waited 30 min. Told me they were out of hot sauce after i ordered. Didn t give me extra ranch. Didn t give me loaded fries. And the wings are skimpy.
