Pest control man from Woolson Reality killed my 13 year old dog then evicted me 6 months later bc I didn t trust them to spray poison around my other dog! My dog had to be euthanized 2 days after Christmas when I told that man she was fragile. They never even apologized. They had a meth drug bust that I witnessed accidentally at The Lofts off off of Airline, they tried to say I was lying lol I got in the middle of it coming home from dinner. Those women are scary, please be warned. They are dishonest, and well evil people that have no shame for their actions. Meth dealers didn t get evicted!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Dustin for close to a year, only because I was picky in regards to the options in the area we requested. Dustin made things effortless for us, kept a positive attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. He made the long drive multiple times with a smile on his face to show us anything and everything we requested. Once we found our dream location and home, he almost literally jumped through hoops to make it fast, easy and the most enjoyable experience we have had buying a home. This is our third home purchase and by far the best purchasing experience. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have invited Dustin and his sweet family to the house warming party. We came into this looking to buy our forever home, we very much achieved that, but we also gained a friend in the process!! Molly Volek is fantastic to work with. Shes highly organized, and very budget conscious. Shes been thru the home buying process so she understands the highs and lows of buying. That being said, shes well prepared in terms of what the next step is. I think because of her agriculture background shed be fantastic to help purchase land from (which is definitely our plan for the next home). Shes very much a people person, which makes it so much easier to connect and have someone understand our home buying goals.

Excellent place to do business at. Good people, great honest service! We rented one of there properties for almost 4 years and never had any major problems. They responded quickly to answer any concerns. They update the properties as often as possible and they charge reasonable rent.

Jeanette is: Honest -- Reliable -- Super Professional -- Very Competent -- Reliable Jeanette is fantastic! I am so glad I got connected with her. I am an out of state investor and rely on agents, and property managers a lot. Most agents do not answer the phone, and if you finally get a hold of them and they determine that there may not be anything in it for them then they quickly get off of the phone. Jeanette is not like that at all. She answers her phone, and has this wonderful calm attitude of how can I help. She is extremely knowledgeable, and confident, but lacks the big ego! She spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me analyze a commercial multifamily complex. She then offered to drive out to the property and get a good look at it for me. She did so that same day and by morning of the next day I had a full detailed report of what she found and her honest opinion as to whether it was a good, safe investment. I have never had that level of service, and an agent or property manager do this. Jeanette provided a ton of value. Jeanettes experience and honest opinion saved me from making a $1.8 million dollar mistake, and ultimately much more than that. After working with Jeanette, I really wanted this property even more, because I knew it would be extremely well managed. Finally, Jeanette has a wonderful way of making you feel like you are friends, and that she wants what is best for you. I highly appreciate her, and will utilize her every opportunity I get. She is special, and I hope Woolson Real Estate compensates her well! Thank you, Jeanette!

We have been so pleased working with James Wearden an Woolson Real Estate. From the first person I talked to when we decided to sell our house to James coming out and understanding exactly what we were looking for and now we are just a couple of days from closing and he is still providing just stellar customer service. It was by far one of the best experiences I could have asked for, he helped us price appropriately and gave us reasonable things to do to help our house sell. Mary Otto sold our home right away when we thought it would be an impossible task! She did a fantastic job of taking care of the many details from the paperwork to having service people do the necessary repairs. She poured a lot of extra time and work into the sale and we got the full price we were asking. If you need a home sold call Mary, she goes above and beyond!

Nice, until you start actually renting. So many things were left unfixed before we moved in and had to deal with workers coming in and out and not picking up after themselves. Had them come back numerous times to fix something and never had the parts or didnt finish what needed to be fixed. Was shamed for having dishes in the sink after Easter weekend. Roaches and spiders all the time. We were desperate after the hurricane, but the house isnt even worth the almost thousand dollar rent. We were late and now will be evicted with only two days to move out. I understand we signed a contract, but this real estate company is purely about money.
