Miss Veronica is a talented and sweet and the owner is a cool and funny guy. I love going in there, looking at all the beautiful art and having a good conversation while at it. They dont charge a lot for reframe paintings and have a nice selection of frames. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I went into Arts Etc with a picture I had bought from another store! The woman behind the counter was knowledgeable and informative. She informed me of all of my options and what it would cost me! After seeing the quality of the work done in the shop I decided to pay for a good quality frame job and Im glad I did! The manager kept me updated every step of the way and even gave me 40% off my purchase! They also have a great layaway program allowing you to put down whatever amount youd like and make payments whenever you can. I highly recommend this place for all your framing and picture needs!

I warn you to stay away. With 30 seconds of entering, I was insulted by a woman behind the counter. The customer service was by far the worst I have ever seen. I cannot tell you how bad my experience was. I will never step foot in there again, and recommend you follow suit. If the owner sees this, I recommend you get rid of garbage employees. She will do much more harm than good. I am quite sure the others what were shopping were shocked as well. They were gone before I could get to the door.
