Ive been going here for the past decade for our dog Gibson, whom we adopted here more than 10 years ago. They always have great staff and people/pets you meet here are typically nice as well (remember, ask before approaching someone elses pet, we never know how an animal may be feeling or what their main jobs are.). Keep in mind they dont do everything, but they cover a lot of your household pet needs, and the basics are really covered. The big plus here is that theyre budget friendly

The ladies here are wonderful! I left my cat early in the morning to get neutered. All the ladies were very nice and welcoming. I got a msg as soon as my cat was ready. I highly recommend this place. Answered all my questions and took very good care of my fur baby!

The vet here has a bad habit of not showing up to work. I called the day prior to confirm if an appointment was needed for vaccines and was told that no appointment was necessary. I showed up during regular business hours, only to see a sign on the front door stating the vet would not be in that day. Thankfully, there are several low cost vets in the area who were able to assist me immediately. Avoid this place unless you like having your time wasted!

They are amazing for the work that they do. They spayed my dog that my cousin left with me for a relatively low price and they also gave her flea medicine. Which is really cheap and expensive doesnt over charge you. Its a great place to go to get your animals needs taken care of.

The workers are very nice. I took my cat to get neutered here and it was very simple and he healed up really quick and without a hitch. They made sure I knew how to care for him afterwards and told me to call them if I needed to ask any questions as this was my first time getting a pet fixed. They made me feel good and reassured me after being very nervous. Highly recommend

This is a no-kill animal shelter in Victoria that is actively reducing unwanted pet populations by offering low cost spay/neuter services to anyone who wants them. Low cost does not mean low quality service, they really care about every animal they see. I wish there were more community conscious organizations like this.

They did a great job with my pup. Got her spayed. They were very informative and helped answer all my questions. I would definitely take all my animals there. And even better they are so affordable. Over half price off what my vet quoted me and I got dewormer and flea control and her nails cut and still didnt come close to what my vet quoted for just spay. The people are very friendly as well. Absolutely absurd policy requiring you to commit to having an animal spayed with them when it is old enough before they will agree to perform any vaccinations/deworming. It isnt the getting spayed part I have a problem with, it is that if you dont agree to give THEM your money in the future, they wont keep your pets healthy, extortion at its finest.
