We bought some furniture tonight and we received probably the best service I ve ever had buying furniture before. Fabian and Phillip the manager provided us with Outstanding service and Fabian even Helped get things strapped down on the trailer. We will for sure be doing business here in the future for that reason!!!! Thanks for being informative on the things we were buying as well. Keep up the Excellence!!!!

Wow! The level of service has changed so much, compared to how this location used to be ran years ago I used to enjoy shopping here because everyone was so friendly and the store was well organized, know everything is so crammed together you cant even get a wheelchair in the furniture and summer sections, shouldnt all of the aisle be wheel chair accessible. The worst part was this elderly lady that works there trying to load a heavy dresser, Big lots you can do so much better for your employees and customers.

Hard to manuvar around since they put all the furniture in front. Now if you want grocery items you have to walk all the way to the back. Very difficult for this old man to walk. Since moving coffee and stuff go back I shop less. I have talked to my older friends said the samr

My sister was wanting to buy a love seat. There were 3 employees in the furniture department. We were ignored. Finally asked one about a love seat. She said the computer showed 2 on stock. She went to the back and couldn t find them. We didn t buy anything and left.

The big lots in Victoria, Texas, has bad customer service from 1 person. She had no business working there. The one lady that did help me told me that the other person is always like that. Its sad that no one has reported her. Thats how rude she was, my walked away so he wouldnt tell her nothing.

Normally I liked going here expect for last Saturday there was two ladies working and the main one that was working in furniture department asked if we needed help, we said no just looking right now and then a little later found a couch we were interested In I went to the lady at the register and asked for help when one of them gets a few mins , I knew they were short handed so we was not rushing them and i did say when one of yall are free ,one of the ladies came up and looked at the couch we wanted and she looked to see if they had it in stock she told me it looks like we have one but it is in the truck but are you positive you want it before we go look and the other lady that originally asked if we needed help an i told her that we was just looking ,She made the comment they need to be sure because i just lost a customer because of them, No mam you lost the customer because they where not interested in what they saw, and after that comment we left so now they lost 2 customers ,we ended up going to Ashleys Furniture and got a way better deal and it was a way bigger sofa ,and the other customer that the lady at big lots said she lost because of us also was at Ashley furniture and they also purchased furniture there .....

I love this store. Nice items and prices are reasonable. Every Friday till Christmas, they have select items at 50% off. Ive gone every Friday and found some nice items. With Christmas around the corner, im selecting a few items to add to my collection of ornaments. They also have some cute Village accessories. I have gone to several towns and they are about the same. All clean and organized. Their Halloween sale was terrific. I purchased some nice table items at 75% off.

I keep having bad experiences here. I asked for the white gel foam they said this gray one is the only one we have a twin Well, I had tested it at a different store and I knew they had the white ones so I went over to their display of the twin beds and guess what they had a white one at the price that I was expecting Not $50 more than what I was expecting The last time I was here as I was checking out I asked for help to get the small piece of furniture. I bought out to my truck. The guy said I m going on lunch break. I ll be back in about 10 minutes. I m sure my jaw hit the ground because I couldn t believe he was gonna leave me standing there waiting 10 minutes just for him to take something out to my truck (same guy) I watched the clock for how long it took him to get out there and it was right at 10 minutes Jeez, Louise

Very disappointed. With a store this size I would have expected more inventory. This store has so much unused/poorly designed floor space. Shelves are lacking inventory. Not enough personnel to handle crowds. Store in Leon Valley near San Antonio smaller but better layer out and more inventory.

Great place to shop for household necessities, and imported food items not normally found outside of big cities. I stock up here regularly, and the employees are always friendly. Big Lots doesnt get the traffic it deserves in my opinion, its a good retail store.

The day I was there the lady at the register was excellent!! Her attention to my needs made me feel as if I was the only one in the store. She was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel rushed even though there were several people in line behind me. Although I didnt purchase much that day, she made my experience at Big Lots memorable. I hope she is treated by her company as well as she treated me and I look forward to seeing her again the next time I shop at Big Lots.

If you like shopping for a bargain, this is your store. Furniture outlet, cleaning supplies, for the energy drinker cheaper then Walmart. School supplies, crafts, candles, phone cards, headphones. Very cheap and reasonable pantry items, assorted plastics, trash cans and trash bags. A bit of everything.

Placed an order online for curb pick up on an item that showed 5 in stock so I ordered 2. I not only recieved a confirmation email stating my order was ready for pick up but drove 1.5hrs to pick it up. When I arrive they had no record of my order. I showed them my confirmation email with my order number and items. Their simple response Sorry maam we have no record of your order. We only have 1 in stock would you like to take it?... Not even to offer a slight discount or something for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service!
