Grant is a Heller a guy! Seriously, I didnt think anyone could fill the cavity left by Dr. Lotts retirement, but Dr. Heller has proven a fitting heir to the crown.

I needed a tooth extraction done pretty quickly. The ladies at the desk got me in first thing the same morning I called. Dr. Heller talked me through every step and was awesome the entire time. He knew I was terrified and dislike the dentist and he put My mind completely at ease. Will definitely recommend!

The staff is so friendly and makes you feel as if your part of their family. Like most people, i dont like going to the dentist, but they all do their best to make it as comfortable as they possibly can. Highly recommend Dr. Grant.

Grant did an awesome job fixing an old filling and capping a new one, he took great measures on ensuring I did not feel any paint or discomfort. He also took pictures of the tooth thought the process and explained exactly what he was doing and why. A+ job, will recommend

Does good work and will agree to do dental work under complete sedation over at the maxillofacial surgeon next door for high anxiety. I was a special case and got a few fillings done at the same time as getting all 4 wisdom teeth pulled with no problem. But to get the sedation and double procedure like what I did at the maxillofacial place make sure you use Dr. Fries not Dr. Carter because Carter says no to it fyi. Dr. Heller did my fillings first and Dr. Fries did my wisdom teeth last. 2 bird with 1 stone rather than wasting another day to come back in and go through a second experience. Very accommodating! I was under about 1 1/2 hours for both procedures.

What a fabulous place! I actually got to see all the exrays which showed me what my teeth looked like and what could be potential problems. The personnel were very compassionate and I felt very at ease. Dr. Grant Heller is nice and very personable. I have definitely found a new dentist. My husband had gone to Dr. Grant before and suggested I try his practice. We are both completely satisfied. Thank you all!

Had a back molar taken out by Dr. Heller, (assisted by Kelly) on August 2nd. Both were very professional and cognizant of my fear of pain! Both treated me with kid gloves like the sissy I am. Couldnt have asked for better treatment. Really appreciated the call from Dr. Heller to check how I was doing afterward. I highly recommend this office!

I recently visited Dr. Heller for routine maintenance and was very pleased. His staff is courteous and attentive to questions while being respectful of my time away from work. After my cleaning, Dr. Heller spent ample time with me reviewing my records and giving guidance for healthy outcomes. I am happy to say I have found a great doctor and look forward to recommending him to everyone in Victoria and and the surrounding area.

I would highly recommend this office and its entire staff. I had a horrible toothache and due to traveling cross country, was unable to get in anywhere. The office manager, Tracy Ransom, after hearing my predicament, got me into the office the very next day. They had a new patient special for a full exam and xrays for $1.00 ! They accept Care Credit, which allows me to pick my payment plan that best works for me. They found, as I had suspected, a cavity near a root that was causing all of the pain. Later that afternoon, Dr.J. Lott did my root canal. He was very thorough, attentive and discussed every detail with me. I was over due for a cleaning, so a day later, I had one done by Liz Youngblood. She did a great job. They also have two more Hygienist, Janet Matthews and Jessica Silvas to help accommodate all your cleaning needs. That same week I went in for my crown prep work. Dr.Grant Heller did all the crown work, choose a perfect color match and set the crown when it came in. Both of the clinical chairside assistance, Kelli Love and Stacy Taylor were attentive, caring and very efficient with working with both of the dentist. The entire staff treated me with great respect, monitoring my dental fear, stress and high anxiety levels throughout each appointment. They did blood pressure and pulse rate checks, gave me breaks whenever needed, explained each procedure before hand and had a stress ball waiting for me at each appointment. My only regret is that I do not live here permanently to keep this office as my only dentist!

Had a wonderful experience! Dr. Heller and his staff were very professional. Confirm appointment via text and then you receive a reminder a couple of days prior to your appointment! I have only had cleanings. Very efficient but still made me feel important. My father-in-law had more intensive work completed. He only had good things to say! Hes been going to this office for 20+ years. Because of his review I knew I would have a great experience. Thanks Dr. Lott and Dr. Heller for all that you do!
