Extremely SLOW service!! Not even friendly! And $15 for a black coffee and two chocolate croissants ( not even average quality)?!?! So tired of mix restroom: Men can shoot a deer at 300 yards away but CANNOT even aim into a toilet!!! Disgusting ! Starbucks should stop with this nonsense male/female bathroom! Drive Thru was very busy. Went inside instead. The barista was very helpful and friendly. It was during the BoGo weekend. Our drinks did take a bit long. Ordered at 4:20-4:25. Received at 4:45. I ordered a total of 4 drinks. 2 were made pretty fast, and the other 2 took much longer. Our drinks were delicious . All 4 came out so good. The vibe was pretty chill. It was nice to hear the baristas working and getting along so well. Next time we are in town. We will definitely stop at this location. Trash needed to be taken out. The food display looked good

My first time going to Starbucks and I have to say that I absolutely love it. I got a white chocolate cold coffee drink and it was DELICIOUS plus all the employees and customers were extremely nice and helped with anyone that needed any help with anything. Highly recommend!!

Every time I go here they are always out of stock, for the last 2 years I have lived in this town they are always out of everything. I started going to another coffee shop instead. Today is red cup day where you get a free reusable cup with your drink purchase so I figured I would give them another shot. 8:50am and of course all of the cups are sold out... Took my granddaughter she loved it . I spent $20 on a cake ball, a green drink, and a coffee. Cake ball was stale. I couldnt say about the green drink, but my coffee was not hot and it tasted like old watered-down coffee . we waited over 15 minutes . I watched a man pick thru the orders to find his ,walk out with something, come back and put it back, and grab something else.

My mother-in-law has cancer for the second time in 3 years, and her doctors appointments have been numerous. This has been an almost daily treat on our way to her radiation appointments. No matter which employee waits on us, were always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We have never had to wait long to get our order, and they have never gotten it wrong.

Friday 10am Drive through line backed up, parking spaces full, 6 employees efficiently cranking out the coffee as fast as humanly possible. I had to wait just a tad longer for my dark roast but only because the current brew was cold and they brewed a fresh batch to meet the 5 star expectation.

I ve never had a bad, or even mediocre experience at this Starbucks. The staff at the drive though is incredibly kind, 10/10 customer service. My orders always right, delicious, made quick, and such a welcoming/vibrant crew. This really is the only place in Victoria I can say I ve never had a bad experience.

I ve tried 2 times to get a double tall almond milk latte. The first tasted like bad almond milk and the second did not have the extra shot, I couldn t taste any espresso. Stopped into the lobby on Saturday 04/08/23 10-15 minutes before closing and let me tell you the three baristas in there had the happiest friendliest attitudes as they were getting slammed in the drive thru right before closing time! literally every time i come here i walk in and stand there for 5+ minutes and no one says anything to me. i don t get greeted i don t get asked what i need. i don t go to starbucks how am i supposed to kno i m just supposed to walk up to the counter and take my mobile order. literally annoys me everytime it s the 2nd time this has happened and i ve only gone twice. tell your employees to greet and ask customers what they need if they re standing there for 5+ minutes, it doesnt take 5 minutes to make a drink so why would i be standing there that long?? so annoying so horrible i m literally never going again.

I absolutely love Starbucks and have never had any complaints about them ever but just now I ordered a chai latte and a white chocolate mocha both venti and hot and was very disappointed they didnt taste nothing like what they were they tasted like nothing but hot water with no coffee or flavor in it at all. I live in Houston but I grew up in Victoria. Every time I visit my hometown and go to this location it ends up being a disappointment. First, I don t know what they re doing inside but the service is slow. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru 30+ minutes. I never have this issue when I m in Houston. The line could be out of the street and it will still be moving. Second, they can t ever get your order right. Every time I go my order has been wrong. And the barista at the window just stares at you like you re supposed to accept it like that. Nah, go fix my order that I paid for. Your apology and smile isn t fixing my order. After today, I have decided to never use this location again. It is complete trash.
