In regards to my order #6922898216 Sept/9/2024 Ive really been biting my tongue but this is like the 4-5th time already in a row Ive ordered extra seasoning on my fries and you guys literally give us fries with ZERO seasoning every time. Makes me wonder if youre even giving our wings the extra cook time I requested if you cant even shake some salt on some fries. Other than that the wings were good but come on, pay attention please. If I had to compare wing-stop to Buffalo Wild Wings, wing stop would win this by a landslide. The timing and quality of the orders was great as compared to the hour wait at Buffalo Wild Wings which has horrendous wait times and customer service. The customer service at Wing Stop could use a little work in terms of actually looking like the cashier is happy to see someone walking through the doors (yeah, we all know that s not true). there s something very discouraging about seeing the cashier just blatantly asking what you want in a monotone voice and grim look on the their face without bothering to greet you . Other than that? Everything else was perfect and the food came out as I expected it to.

This is the biggest wingstop Ive ever seen, they have 2 doors on each side, and plenty of tables. The day we went was on a Friday, we stopped on our way to Mexico (9 hour drive) to eat a quick meal. There were so many people, but they still took our order fast, and before we were sat after getting our drinks our food was out! That NEVER happens with my hometown wingstop. It was super fresh and hot and delicious. We were in and out, the bathrooms were clean and spacious too. We left feeling very satisfied, and ate our leftovers for dinner.

Phone service is absolutely horrible. You call and are asked to be placed on hold. Your call wait time is exceeded 5 mins . The person gets on the phone 30 seconds before pulling in the parking lot. Walk in and the dining room is completely empty and there is one person waiting for his order . You make a comment to the cashier and she states oh you should have seen it 1 minute prior to your arrival. Well I pulled in 30 seconds prior. Obviously there would still be people in line cause it had only been 30 seconds not a minute. Wow !! Thinking they need another person to cashier for them . Or one person to answer the phone. Mind you I went on a down time for restaurants here in Victoria. Hope Wing Stop resolves thus problem if bit ill still pop off at the mouth when I go there . Maybe not so nice this next time . Its 2024: Time to stop taking phones orders. The establishment doesnt have the counter staff to have a phone ringing off the hook all day and I typically wait an extra 5 minutes to pick up food that Ive already paid for because the associate is talking on the phone. Other than waits, the place is great. My food is always fresh.

I typically order online to get the deals. Every time Ive been here, the staff are always polite and quick to help you place and order. Just remember, they cook your order once its been placed to give them the time to make your order, and they are typically busy around lunch and dinner, so be prepared for a little bit of a wait sometimes then as well. They are pretty fast, so that why I ordered our wings online so they are ready to sit down and eat when i arrive at the store or they are ready to go either way. Get your wings on!

Ordered online for delivery through wing stop website and the wrong order was delivered. I called wing stop and they told me to call door dash because that s who delivers for them so they couldn t help me. Called door dash and they said call wing stop because I paid directly to wing stop not through door dash. Called wing stop back and they said answered and said please hold and put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and two more times they did the same thing saying please Hold before I could get one word out. I called the door dasher that delivered our food and she said they gave her the wrong food and she was bringing my correct food . However the food she delivered was still wrong and missing items. It s terrible that both g. An be done when this happens because both companies blame the other

So I called several times and each time I was put on hold. Got irritated so when I walk in and see no one on the phone I immediately call manager/owner. I told him I need to speak to him I explained I called several time just to put on hold and I walk in and I see no one on the phone. They took my order and the manager put his thumb on the register and said it was on him maaaaan never had that before. This owner definitely earned a 5 star today. Food was good too, but that shows he cares about his customers.

Got off work & went to pick up my order 5 minutes early, it was ready. When I get home i realized my food was ICE COLD and they Didn t even give me ranch when I paid for extra. I ordered an 8 piece boneless combo - 1/2 Mango Habenaro and 1/2 Atomic. The 4 Atomic were not boneless. Very disappointed with the spice. The Mango Habenaro had very little spiciness. And it took 2 Atomic wings before I felt any heat. Finally, after 2 of each flavor, my nose started to run and my eyes started watering. Both flavors were tasty, but I wouldnt be proud to put them as the 1st and 2nd on my spicy scale. The fries were a mix of tasty and shouldnt-have-been-served. And it took longer than I felt it should have for my order. There were other, larger orders ready for people who had ordered after I had.

Update: I had to call them back after they disconnected the phone, but the manager offered to remake my order and had it ready for me in 10minutes. It was much better the 2nd time around, it just sucks I had to complain for them to get it right. I m not a big complainer. Normally wing stop is a go-to place for my husband and I. After today s experience it definitely won t be anymore. We ordered ahead, the food was ready when I got there which was great. The fries were soggy and cold. No seasoning, the chicken was cold and dry, and worst of all, I m 100% sure the ranch was sour. It was chunky and had a terrible smell to it. I called in to place a complaint, they had me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me.

I went here once and I will probably never go back. I ordered through their website hoping it would be faster to just go in and Pick it up and pay. The young lady in the front had no clue what she was doing. Was very frazzled and seemed miserable. Id say all of the staff looked miserable. The place was packed and everyone was waiting a very long time. I waited 25 minutes for an order that i placed 25 minutes before I arrived there. I think all the employees need to be retrained and a member of management be present at all times.

I haven t been here in a while because of COVID, but it s still really amazing. The boneless wings are very delicious, in Hawaiian sauce. You can get a small combo with fries, a drink and an additional bread roll for $12. It s a little expensive but worth it because it s yummy. You can dine in and they have TVs and you can get paper towels for wiping your hands. Fast service as well. Right near where the old Hastings used to be, next to the gym and Walgreens. Definitely try it if you want wings; they have all different flavors! :)

I went there 6 different on different days to pick up à order for my wife and she wanted flats extra well done crispy and when I go up to the register I repent myself to the cahier please please well done extra crispy tell them 6 times and they say ok ok . On a timely matter when the order is done I race to drop off to my wife because shes a médical profession at hospital. She opens the bag and there all soft not well done or crispy . I see if it happens once because its busy but 6 times in a row . Do these employées look at the screen or reciept thats taped I see them look at while there cooking. Its à habit thats why im on here . Make sure you check your order before you walk out even if your in a hurry to get back to hospital because your à nurse or any public profession . My wings were not even slightly crispy, was like eating raw chicken skin. The manager said that was standard 13 min if cooking, but I have my doubts considering Ive never had this issue at any other wingstop
