We have been enjoying Sakura they opened. Always very pleased with the food and service. We don t come very often, maybe twice a month or less, but the waitress that seems to have some ownership on the restaurant, still remembers us every time. She knows what we drink and eat, very polite and appreciative of our business. Will continue to support these guys.

My mother and I were picking up an order for doordash. the service was okay, but the food service was slow. We had about a 5 minute time frame to get the order and deliver it to the customer. Doordash said the order was ready when we arrived but it wasnt. We had to wait a total of 15 minutes or so for the order to be ready. But We did apologize to the customer. So In my opinion the overall service could be better. But The lobby and restrooms are clean.

The service here was horrendous. Waitress kept walking right past my table after making eye contact, didnt refill my drink once, prioritized tables that came in after us, and ignored us when we raised our hand for assistance. The only time she came over was when she saw me complaining to the manager. We will not be returning to this establishment.

Moo Shu Beef was very good. The Wonton Soup was tasty. The Harru Maki (egg rolls) had an unusual taste. I couldnt figure out if it was the stuffing or if they were fried in old grease. The restrooms were clean but no paper towels instead theres an air dryer. Waitress was okay.

The food is so amazing. Ive been here at 4 times now because I live in Refugio so its about an hour drive but everytime I go I never not eat there. My favorite is the oh my God roll. Its so good and so filling. The service is always friendly and courteous. I would never stop eating here. I love that they have hibachi too, but I could never pass up the hibachi for the sushi rolls. Im such a sucker for the sushi rolls. The best thing about this place is that it has something for everyone so even if you dont like sushi they have hibachi and Chinese. I love it. I will be going here for as long as Im alive and its around.

We had a party of 11. The servers were very helpful, however the food was not made the way we were told it would. The chefs made the food the way they wanted. I asked for an egg with my fried rice and didn t get an egg. I asked for no bean sprouts and bean sprouts were inside my fried rice. The manager refused to issue a refund. On top of that, our food came out several minutes apart.

Usually restaurants with such a big menu worry me but the food was delicious! The presentation was great. I ordered the combination tempura appetizer, and it came out quickly, very crispy, and tasted great. I had the chicken teriyaki box for me, and it looked very appetizing. It is very filling and worth the price. The only issue was the atmosphere, which was a very tacky buffet style with noticeable clutter and packaging up front. Honestly, a great experience will definitely come again.

The pad Thai was dry and had no sauce and was too spicy and also the chicken and beef teriyaki bento boxes they had no sauce or flavor either. For the prices the food should be way better and the quality of the food has changed over time from what it seems and also too stingy when it comes to anything tempura they only give you very little pieces and for the prices it s not worth it.

The Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Chicken were some of the best that I have tasted in a very long time. The vegetables with the chicken were crisp, fresh, and tasty. The food arrived hot and was served with hot won ton soup and hot fried rice. The fried rice was cooked perfectly and the won ton was not too soft and again dead on. The portions were generous as well. We ate at 9 pm on a Friday night and if the food is this good at this time, it must be even better during the day. I recommend this place highly!

STAGFLATION is in effect here. The Sushi has taken quiet the fall in quality and size. Prices are up a bit however, everything is up. Go for cooked Chinese plate/bowl meals, GOOD quantity and GREAT quality was very good. Dont know how sushi got so bland with expensive rolls seeming almost half the Gerth. Picture is beef teriyaki 18$ but good amount and VERY GOOD. Dragon Roll (Bland and small roles compared to before absolutely corrupt liberals took power), Philadelphia Role x 2, Smoked Salmon Roll, 4 Teas, 5 Crab puffs(Crab meat & Cream cheese at this place but bland)Teriyaki Beef plate, 2 plates of Happy Family $14.95 each VERY GOOD and decent amount for price (Sakura usually does have much larger portions across the board, the bland sushi especially a main 15+$ Roll is frustrating especially at half the width and height)

Good food and very attentive service! The straws tend to dissolve and become useless. Also, the fried rice just seems to have soy sauce thrown on it, then put on your plate. Other than that, its very comparable to Yamato. Only, faster service, and faster food! The service speed makes this place stand out like any other restaurant in Victoria! Had the rice been more tasteful, yall would have got 5 out of 5!

The quality of the sushi here is very good, although its quite a bit overpriced. My biggest complaint is that the service is ridiculously slow. It took 30 minutes for me to get a take-out order, and I only ordered 3 items. If theyre so busy, then it makes absolutely no sense to only have one chef working. I did appreciate the fact that the person who finally gave me my food apologized for the delay and thanked me for coming in. Based on that, the service seems to be good.

The tuna & avocado was great the tuns was very fresh . We had the tempura udon. The tempura was terrible too much thick batter the zucchini slice was so thin all you taste was the batter same with the sweet potato.The miso soup had NO miso taste & too much seaweed. The onion soup hardly any taste .The udon was ok but did not like the big chicken pieces. Oh ya the dipping sauce for the tempura was soooo sweet yuck. The service was nice place clean . Horrible customer service! I spent over $60 on sushi. Not only did they get my order wrong, they didn t provide me with soy sauce and wasabi. LOL. I was upset, I Spoke with a manager by the name of Jack. He stated he was sorry for the inconvenience. He took down my name and info guaranteeing me a credit. I went the following day and informed him who I was. He remembered the conversation and proceeded to say I didn t say I would give you a credit, I said I d give you a side of wasabi smh.. I ll don t recommend this restaurant to anyone. Severely overpriced, and horrible customer service

Very quaint for a little shopping center, Atmosphere was pleasing. Went on Mothers Day for lunch. Very nice. They gave each mom customer a beautiful large red rose, very special. I will be coming again. Staff and Sushi chef and cook are excellent and professional and caring. Very delicious food. Filling as well. Had the yellow tail sushi and the shrimp teriyaki bento box, even had leftovers for later.

Very delicious food and very kind wait staff. They always remember what I like to drink and are very courteous. The menu is what makes this place EPIC to me, it has Chinese and Japanese selections. They do not have habachi where they cook in front of you as entertainment, but they do offer the habachi dishes already prepared, and they do taste great! Lots of sushi options, unagi, unadon, comfort food such as donburi and soups such as tempura udon. Pretty towers as well. Subarashii! My photo here is chirashi, which has the unadon. Definitely give this place a try if you want to try Japanese food, or want to have comfort Chinese food! (The lemon chicken is very good, its more of a katsu type I think.)

Came to the restaurant at 12pm. I waited about 20 min just to place a To go order for one roll. While I was waiting 5 tables got sat before anyone took my order. All together it took over an hour to get 1sushi roll. One of the tables that got sat while I was waiting finished their meal, and on their way out they apologized to me for having to wait. They didn t even work for the restaurant they just seen me WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR! I love their sushi and this is normally my go to place, but I m not sure if I ll come back here over Tokyo grill or Yamato. I ve never had an issue with service at these places. Update: came back a second time I ve been waiting an hour for my food while 2 tables that ordered 20min after me both got their food already

Nice seafood selection with both Japanese and Chinese dishes. Good service from a young women who knew nothing about the menu or how to serve wine. Still very pleasant and a good overall experience.

Very good as always the service was a little slow it wasnt the waitress it was the kitchen three people and everybody got there entree at a different time but when you got it it was really good
