Meredith Roel and her team were absolutely amazing! Working with them, they expedited our sale and simplified the process, particularly as we were absent from the property and living in another state. When we first discussed selling our home, Meredith provided us with incredibly useful and cost-saving advice, helping us be prepared for when we would actually list the property. More than just selling our property, Meredith put us in a very good position to simplify our move and maximize the proceeds from the sale of the property. She assisted us in arranging an estate sale before listing and put us in touch with an awesome Estate Sale coordinator. She coordinated the change from estate sale to home sale, mitigating every potential problem or challenge we faced during this process.
